A very racy romance and thoroughly enjoyable. This book has a good plot and characters you root for.

Another sinfully sexy book from Ember Cole! I loved Bekka in the first book. Her crazyness was something else and I so wanted to see with whom she’ll end up. Adam is the perfect match for her!

She finds herself stuck in an elevator and her claustrophobia is surfacing. Adam comes to save the day and keep her company until it’s fixed. What neither of them anticipated was the instant attraction between them. From the time their eyes meet the air is oozing with sexual attraction!

What I really liked about this book is that it’s not only hot scenes. We get to see the tender and vulnerable side of the characters. Bekka may come out as crazy, superficial and confident but deep down she’s like every other woman with her insecurities and overthinking. Adam has a tender loving side, a side that Bekka sees from the start and that scares her.

It was so good to see them both overcoming their issues and realizing that they are better together than apart. This may be a novella, however the book gave me what I wanted to see and left me wishing for more!!!

This was a fast paced and addictive read!

Overall, I felt it lacking in development a bit sometimes and I guess that’s maybe because I was expecting more pages? The story was over before I was expecting it to haha! That’s why I gave it 3 stars. It was really fun, sexy and addictive but it won’t be a book that’ll stay with me for long because there wasn’t a really in-depth story line you know? Just a perfectly fun, sexy and romantic story to read in between!

Bekka was one hell of a fun main character. I loved her feistiness and her little outburst. Her yelling in that elevator, cursing to the heavens brought a huge smile to my face haha. And there were many moments after that, in which she made me smile. She's just wonderful!

And Adam was such a sexy sweetheart. I love love love those male characters who are sexy AF but have a vulnerable side as well. He was so lovable! But I do think the characters lacked some depth as in; I missed more background story to them. I definitely wish there were more pages added to the story but alas.

The romance itself starts off as insta-lust and the chemistry between Adam and Bekka is so well written down I think! It was so palpable and hot and... I was just so frigging hooked from beginning till end. The banter between these two, the chemistry between them and the sexy times are just to die for!

I can’t wait to read more by this author because the talent for writing addictive romance reads is definitely present!

I read the first book and enjoyed it and went straight on to read this one. This is Adams and Bekka's story and was quite a hot read in places. I really liked Adam he has his own insecurities after being abandoned by his Mum while Bekka was a bit ditzy and has terrible look with men but then again who uses Tinder for dating. These two end up hooking up after she gets stuck in the elevator in the building he manages for Dad Daniel afterward's she freaks out and decides she cannot see him. I have to admit I did not really get these two together and she annoyed me a lot. I still liked it but not as much as the first book.

Super steamy quick read with very likeable characters. I haven't read the first book in the series but that didn't stop me enjoying this book.

This story sucked me in from the very first page, okay the cover had me first, but the book does the cover justice. I’m ready to pick up the next book “unlawful Entry” as anything like this book and “Stiff Discipine” I know it’s going to be fabulous. Absolute recommend this book

I keep thinking I'm in for a sexy read but I am always surprised by the raunchy ride Ms Cole takes me on. Hang on to your Kindles ladies, this one is a scorcher.

I have chosen not to finish or review this title. The blurb was interesting, however the execution of the story made me unable to like either character and it caused the story to not work at all for me.

As always, I appreciate the opportunity to read and review.

The title sure did live up the story. Private Prick was good and I liked most of the storyline. Good writing.

This was a quick read that was over much too soon. I kept waiting for some big secret from Adam. But it is what it is. The story has fun dialogue and lots of sexy times between Adam and Bekka. After a bad breakup, Bekka finds herself stuck in an elevator. When Adam comes to her rescue she pretty much jumps his bones. After that it a battle of insecurities and a quick resolution. Quick trip to love and happiness.

This novella was the perfect amount of sexy laundry time and witty, fun conversation. Bekka is our leading lady. And she has just found out that the guy she has been sort of seeing is actually engaged to a friend's friend. So, as poor Bekka is leaving his apartment from telling him off, OF COURSE the elevator would break down. Insert Adam - the building owner's son. He has the giant task of calming her down. And boy does he deliver. It starts with a kiss, and gets super steamy the second they are out of that godforsaken elevator.

If you're looking for a quick read full of naughty laundry, super dirty talking and insta-love, this is absolutely the book for you. I would definitely recommend taking it with you for a pool day. Just lay out, work on that summer glow, and dive into Bekka and Adam's fun and sexy road to happily ever after.

Kinda flighty redhead gets stuck in her building’s elevator and promptly loses it, though due more to men problems than claustrophobia. Then the super drops through the trap door and first frightens her, then satisfies her. A lot of stories would end there, but not when the “crazy chick” can screw with the guy some more.
I really wish this main character wasn’t so erratic, if not completely batcrap (her own word), but at least the writing is keeping me here, being snarky sarcastic in the most brilliant way.
In the end I did like it, though I don’t think I would’ve been as forgiving as he. I wish there’d been a better reason for the hiccup in their budding romance, though.

Dang this book was hotttttt! Bekka and Adam’s chemistry was absolutely incredible! Bekka was unsure about taking things beyond a hookup due to failed relationships but Adam wanted more and I just loved him! Adam was so sweet and hot! When Bekka got over her fears and went after her man I was totally cheering her on lol! This was a hot read and I definitely recommend!

**2.5 Stars**

Getting trapped in an elevator is the stuff of nightmares for most people, Bekka included. Thankfully, Adam grips the shaft, of the elevator you gutter minds, and joins her. Wanting to take her mind off her claustrophobia and keep her company until they can get it fixed. Besides, she's been running through his mind for a while and spending time alone with her is not a hardship.

Bekka cannot believe her boyfriend didn't mention he had a fiancee. Yeah, finding out was not one of her best moments and getting trapped in a small metal box in an old building is not helping. Adam, however, is.

Their chemistry is explosive, but it can only be a temporary, as in until they're free, arrangement, right? She isn't ready for another relationship so soon after the last one blew up in her face. But there's also no way they can resist what's between them, something so hot the slightest spark ignites something unstoppable.

Adam is determined to convince her otherwise, to show her how perfect they are together. That nothing else worked out for her because they weren't him.

Will Bekka open her heart to the possibilities? Can Adam prove he's worth the risk? Will they get the HEA they both crave?

One-click now and follow along as two people catch fire whenever they're in the same room and must decide if it's worth the risk of getting burned. I really liked the idea of the blurb, but the follow through fell a little flat. Bekka was just too much in her actions and behavior.

While not typically a fan of insta-lust, Private Prick is an erotic journey between two passionate personalities. While some readers may have a problem with the speed at which the couple’s relationship progresses, the author did a marvelous job at stuffing a complete story into a short novella. The reader has a clear image of the characters and their personalities and they story itself feels complete from beginning to end despite the majority of it taking place in the elevator.

The author should be commended for her ability to create such dynamic characters is such a few short pages while ramping up the heat. The leads have chemistry from their first scene together, with each following scene building upon it. Miss Cole has obvious talent with both development and satisfying sex scenes.

It's hard to give this "story" any more than 3 stars, because there really isn't much of a story. It's mostly sex scenes with a little bit of story thrown in. I guess it was enough for me to not like Bekka. She was a jerk to Adam. She was complaining about how she wanted a connection with someone, and wasn't finding it on Tinder (gasp! really?!). Adam was a nice guy, she used him for sex, and then threw him out of her apartment. Guess it's not really all the guys fault, huh? They end up with a HEA, but it's a pretty rushed ending.
