This was a quick, sexy read that I really enjoyed. It's one of those books that's excellent fantasy-fulfillment, while being completely unrealistic and situation you would never actually want to find yourself in. But it was fun and hot, and I'd read more Ember Cole if it came across my desk. There isn't much of a plot to go over, though - it really is just 2 people having really, really good sex.

I didn't really like the previous book, but Ryssa's list was pretty hot. Zach has had a thing for her for a while, but Ryssa's a little nerdy who got tongue tied around him. They were really hot together. He keep worrying over his past, but it was never really revealed why just kinda of glossed over.

Quick and fast paced read. Predictable but likable story line. The characters were also likable and relatable. Would recommend! 3.5/5

Not my usual genre but so worth requesting. It was a quick read and I enjoyed it very much. I will look for more by this author!

This is the third book in the series but definitely reads as a standalone the only connection with the previous books is the building they live in. This is Ryssa and Zach's book shes a scientist and he is a cop who grew up on the rough side of town. These two have had the hots for each other for over a year now and often bump into each other in the elevator but he does not think he is good enough for her and she does not think he likes her that way as he barely speaks to her. So when Ryssa's friend convinces her to have to some anonymous fun she also cons Zach into being the man to rock her world. I liked this book there really is not much plot but it is a really steamy read.

I love seduction , I love erotica and all novels of that subject matter. When i first saw the cover I knew in that moment that I was destined to read that book and that It would have me intrigued at every turn. Sure enough, this book was frigin amazing, A definite must read. Loved it. Enough said.

This book had some very hot, very naughty sex scenes but I have to admit I did struggle with the whole idea of having sex with an anonymous stranger.

Quick steamy read to pass a few hours

Oh wow what a story. I was hooked from the very beginning of the book, it was well written and the storyline was spot on and was well executed. I couldn’t put it down. Just loved all three books by Ember Cole. “Stiff Discipline, Private Prick” and now this one “ unlawful Entry”. Definitely be one the look out for more books by this talented author.

Unlawful Entry was a overall well-written story with lots of heat and some drama. I liked it for the most part.

Fast read. Likeable characters and a nice storyline. I really enjoyed the book and plan to read more books from Ember Cole now.

As with the other two books in this series, there's not a lot of story, but a lot of sexy times. If you're looking for a quick hot read, with not a lot of substance, then this is your book. The writing itself flows well, I don't have a problem with that. I just wish there was more story.

And then she tells Zach of the plan and he refuses to let her do it...unless he's the man making her dreams come true.

Zach may believe he isn't worthy of Ryssa, but he refuses to allow anyone else to touch her. His protectiveness over her is one thing, but the possessiveness surging through him at the thought alone isn't something he can ignore.

Ryssa’s best friend was Kristen who had been lab partners with Kristen back in college. Ryssa works a lot of eighty hour weeks. Ryssa basically works and sleeps with a once in awhile visit with ne of ehr vibrators to relieve some stress, Ryssa is a lab technologist at a small biotech company. When Ryssa saw there was an opening for a PR position she told Kristen to apply for it and Kristen got it. Then Kristen helped Ryssa get an apartment in her building which was owned by ex military and most of the units were rented by active duty or former military guys. This helped Ryssa feel extra safe in the crazy city she lived in. Ryssa felt that she really needed to have sex as it had been almost a year. Ryssa thinks of Zach Kayle- a sexy cop who lives next door to Kristen and was the star of Ryssa fantasies. But Zach is not an option in real life for one Ryssa has no time for a relationship and she can’t just screw Kristen’s neighbor who she run into a lot it could get awkward. Ryssa is very responsible about her job and feels she has to check the samples at night and be back to work the next morning Ryssa told Kristen her career is the most important thing to her. Kristen knows Ryssa feels she had to work twice as hard in a male dominated field. Ryssa also felt one day she would be running the show but she had to pay her dues as she was doing now. Said job was leaving Russa drained and frustrated. Ryssa had even made a list if her fantasies. Ryssa was even thinking of calling off at her job so she could have a one night stand . Ryssa was determined no hooking up with people she knows or might run into again. She also won’t use an app like Tinder. But nice men meant effort and time Ryssa just didn’t have to spare. Kristen said she had just the man for Ryssa to hook up with for a night of anonymous sex they would even blindfold Ryssa and she added the man wasn’t to talk or kiss her lips that was too intimate. Ryssa then agrees as she would have no idea who the man was. Zach got home after an exhausting day as a cop. He thinks back ti his beginnings - he grew up in a rough part of town, orphaned at eight, juvie by ten. Nothing serious or Zach or Zach wouldn’t be a cop now. The cop took an interest in Zach, turned him around before Zach hit the point of no return. The reason Zach was a cop now. Zach then r=enlisted in the Army so he could get his head straight.. This same cop put in a good word for Zach when he was out of the Army and wanted to join the police force. Then Kristen is knocking on Zach’s door. For about a year Zach had a thing for Ryssa and she pulls an oddly protective instinct Zach so he won’t hit on her. Kristen explained to Zach she was setting a night up of anonymous sex for Ryssa. Then Zach is determined no one is going to fill Ryssa’s fantasies but him and he tells Kristen he will do it. Zach felt Ryssa was so out of his league but this way he could be with her at least sexually for one night.
I enjoyed this book nut would have liked a bit more of a story. The sex was hot but I would have liked more than basically just sex. This is a very erotic short enjoyable read. I liked Ryssa and Zach together. I was so glad Ryssa found out Zach had been her anonymous lover . I liked the pace of this book. I liked how Kristen cared and worried about Ryssa. I liked the characters and the ins and outs of this book and I recommend.

WOW!!! Unlawful Entry was a SEXY story. While I think the situation was pretty far-fetched the story itself was well written & entertaining.

Unlawful Entry is part of the Carnal Mischief series but can be read as a stand alone.

That was one steamy book1

If you are looking for a titillating and sexy story filled with emotion, then this is for you. It is a super short read, but fulfilling. It easy to finish when you are short on time. It is definitely a well-rounded story even with its short format. Both characters are super likable and I was rooting for them. The end was super satisfying too. I have not read this Author before, but now I want to go back and read the other books in the series.

Sorry, I did not give away more of the story, but I think the blurb does a great job of giving the premise of the story and I am afraid I would end up retelling the whole story.

Ryssa is a gorgeous girl who has no time for a life. She’s an overworked lab assistant and she’s tightly wound. Her best friend convinces her that she just needs a good lay, but Ryssa is reluctant. Not only doesn’t she want it to be an awkward encounter with someone she’ll have to face again, but she doesn’t know of anyone who’s even attracted to her. Yeah, she’s one of those delusional chicks. One conversation convinces her to experience a random hookup - blindfolded and no talking. She figures that no matter who it is, she’ll be imagining the man is Officer Zach, who she’s been crushing on for a year.

Zach has also been crushing on Ryssa. Yeah, she’s a knockout, but he also sees how smart, kind and amazing she is. When he hears about her plan, his protective instincts spring up and he decides that if she wants a man to handle her business, it better be him. Although he believes he’s too damaged for a sweet girl like her, he can’t pass on this opportunity.

Such hot and pleasant times to be had in this story. Zach was freaking HAWWWWTTTT and Ryssa was no slacker. I’ve read another book by Ember Cole and it holds no candle to this one. If this is what the author is capable of, then she’s found a new fan in me!
