This was an enjoyable reading. Yes, it's not demanding or deep, but it was quick and enjoyable, and it is the right book if you just want to relax and have some fun!
Teegan is a likable character, highly so, and even Budd is not bad himself. The story is fast-paced and you find yourself at the end of the book before knowing it.
It is the right book if you want to spend a couple of pleasant hours, with some humor in it and enjoyable MCs.

Awesome read, whilst I hesitate to call this romantic suspense, it had elements of romance in it and a happily ever after, but don’t feel enough romance to call it romantic suspense.
I loved the characters Budd with his overbearing arrogance and ego was just destined to crash back down to earth. Tegan with her intelligence and beauty the perfect heroine/ main character. Whilst i couldn’t but cringe in sympathetic embarrassment at the first exchanges. Anna was a weird villain, impossible to like and almost happy to see her demise and failure. Whilst the story had a good plot line and flowed well, the main characters having a nice chemistry to add to it. It failed with its secondary characters, in the sense that there were quite a few and none described well enough to actually warrant any memorability instead only creating a mild sense of confusion as I wondered everyone’s place.

I admittedly picked this one up due to the cover...Vegas and a tough chick, I had to check it out :) I'm glad I did.

Teegan is an awesome character and I'm going to be looking for more of her, even in a cameo type role ;). Budd was an iffy character for me but the fast-paced storyline made up for my feelings about him.
