I thought it was a cute book about finding a dead body when you arrive for a temp job and no one is there. The ladies who find the body try to figure what the day lights is on gone. There are other indicants of questionable, such as the ladies almost being run over by a car, robbery, and how data is used to help solve problems. Kinda of a cute cozy mystery story with a twist, but don't all cozy mysteries have a twist? Sometimes it's fun to read.

This is the first book in the QWERTY Mysteries Series. Greta Cox and Alice Reese are temp workers for a local temp agency. When they report to their new assignment, they find their boss on the floor. He is still alive, but he has been shot. They continue to work for the business at the request of the family lawyer and the owner's wife. While doing so, they also try to help figure out who tried to kill their new boss. I loved the two main characters, Greta and Alice and am looking forward to upcoming books in this series. I am giving this a sold 4-star review!

I am reviewing a copy of Errant Mobile through Netgalley Connect and Netgalley:

It sounded like thunder to her but it wasnt, it was a gun shot!

Alice Reese never imagined when she goes to start her first day at Errant Mobile that she would find her boss on the floor gasping for air. Alice and another temp Greta Cox are hired to sort out book keeping for the business.

The women soon learn this mystery won't be solved by Forensics but by spreadsheets and thumb drives!

But where do all the cartoons of Mobile devices for in?

I give this fun lighthearted mystery five out of five stars!

Happy Reading!

Temporary workers get more than expected from the job, mostly in the form of bruises and excitement. Who ever thought doing inventory could be so dangerous. An engaging tale of mobile phone and tablet theft with some twists and turns.

Errant Mobile is a fascinating story. Has any of you ever worked for a temporary employment agency? Well I have. Can you imagine being sent to somewhere and there was another temp there and there wasn't anyone else in the office - what would you do? Well these two ladies go and look around and all the offices were locked except for one and guess what they found behind that door? Well let me tell you - it was life changing - and it is something well worth the read for you to find out - it is unreal - it never crossed my mind as a temp that I would ever walk into that is for sure - Alice what a whiner and very selfish to me - and Greta - she was wonderful - she was there for anyone who needed her and if she couldn't be there physically she could be there for them in prayer. Will all of Greta's prayers be answered?

You will enjoy solving this mystery story that starts with a cell phone robbery, and with two women who discover an almost lifeless body on the floor of their boss’ office!
Greta and Alice are hired as temporary help to straighten out the offices’ paperwork and finances and they run into more trouble than they expected! They are the only ones who heard the murderer speak - saying that the boss was on an overseas call.
Then about a week later, a black van tries to run the ladies over!
Then, their boss’ house is broken into and the ladies try to figure out who the attacker is, is it the boss’ best friend, a multimillion dollar company the boss used to work for, or an old family friend?
You will have to read the story to figure it out - enjoy

Very cute, good start to a new cozy series with engaging characters. Fast moving and well written. I look forward to the next one.

*I would like to thank the author/publisher/NetGalley for the impunity to read this book in exchange for a fair and honest review*

Oh, I just loved this book!

When she shivered at the sound of rolling thunder, never in her wildest dreams would Alice believe she actually heard gunshots.

During my early years as a pharmacist, I would pick up shifts with a temp agency. But, my experiences does not match that of Alice Reese and Greta Cox.

I love cozy mysteries, especially when they feature smart, savvy women.

As a pharmaceutical data scientist, I love spreadsheets. The mere idea of reading a cozy mystery about how data was used to solve a crimes had me excited beyond measure.

With fully developed main characters, each with their 'qwerty’ quirks, this book has me craving Underground Dinner (book 2).

Recommended for data-loving bookworms, who are seeking a light-hearted cozy mystery.

Moral of the story: Data saves lives!

I liked this book. I really liked this book. This is the first book I have read by Peggy Ryan Hembree and it certainly won't be my last. The book manages to be light, entertaining and engaging all at once. Greta Cox and Alice Reese are strangers sent form the same temp agency to an attorney's office to do book-keeping. There is only one problem - when they arrive for their first day on the job they find their new boss dying on the floor. Who did this? Why? And how can two temps team up to solve the mystery? Errant mobile drew me in from the beginning. It is a perfect summer read.
