The Shadow Minds Journal is an exciting story filled with betrayal, ulterior motives, and power plays. Vivian finds herself caught up in a power struggle between Haymen and Gabe (the angel of war), while battling inner demons, nightmares, and something that is hunting her. It is well written in alternate perspectives. I found it impossible to put it down! The relationships between these characters are not superficial, which keeps you tantalized and engrossed. Looking forward to the next in the series!
