When you begin reading The Power...you might stop at being overwhelmed, upon viewing the table of contents. But, don't. Don't do that.

It's a lot of work. It also has a high pay-off. Do the exercises, keep your charts and records.

The Power...employs tapping, meditation and a lot of observing.

I really enjoyed reading this book & loved the exercises. I love how they incorporate the physical body (down to the DNA), mind & soul. I love learning how to expand & grow as a person. This book opens up another level of expansion.

This is a very interesting workbook for those interested in clearing old DNA programming and cellular and body memories. The info about using paradoxes to shift paradigms is great, and the exercises are mostly easy to follow. It seems that it would be good to participate in a group using this book as a workbook so you would have assistance if needed while making big shifts in consciousness and emotional releases. I would recommend it to anyone on a path of expanding consciousness. It goes beyond the information in the mainstream and suggests new ways to think about old issues and reaches into other dimensions for new healing modalities. It offers some new tools for the planet and the people as it reconnects us with the idea of our oneness with source.

I wanted to love this book. The concept is there, but I got so lost (and quiet frankly, bored) in all the rest of it. books on this subject really need to be concise and easily relatable in order to be digested by the masses. This book just wasn't concise or relatable unfortunately.

This book is great. It shows you how to get rid of blockages and connect with your soul. I love the exercises in this book. It is the first in a series and I can't wait to read the rest of this series.
