Interesting, and gave me lots to ponder and think about with regards to what makes me happy. Well written.

A very inspirational, feel-good book. It is empowering and motivational. The perfect thing to help us re-set those negative tapes that run in most of our heads most of the time.

The title "Goddesses Are Happy" caught my eye and didn't turn me off because we need all the positivity we can get in this day and age! I also loved the cheery, vibrant bright pink color of the cover, which made me feel good. (It's one of my favorite colors,.) I found Ava Miles' book to be inspiring, interesting and motivating. Miles' exercises and philosophy helped me refine my longtime personal goals and come up with a few new ones. I was unaware of the prolific author's other Goddess books and novels but now I'm intrigued and I'll check them out.

I didn't read any of the previous books but I did find this to be an interesting self help read as she guided readers. I will admit the title at first turned me off but soon I found my self on a self discover. The author has readers ponder, write and discover their happiness.

Don't be turned off by the title it is a very interesting self help book for those who are in need of finding true happiness.
Thank you to netgalley and the publisher for the copy of Ava Miles Goddesses Are Happy

I have really enjoyed the Goddess Guides that I have read so far, and I was really looking forward to this installment. Happiness is such an interesting topic, and I was eager to see how this book would be laid out. I appreciated reading the sections on over-complicating and putting conditions on happiness and found this really thought provoking. I'll admit I rolled my eyes a but when she started talking about magic and enchantment, but it grew on me. The exercises of thinking back to childhood were eye-opening, as were the sections on packaging and advertising. I do like how she refers to other books in this series as well as some of her fiction work in these books.

This series is amazing, as it allowed me to really sit back and look at myself and think about what I want. The focus of these books is to empower women and this particular one on happiness really struck a chord with me. I highly recommend!
