My husband has recently found out that he cannot eat gluten which is quite the shock when reading labels and seeing just how much gluten was in some of the foods we ate!

There are some fab recipes in here for all occasions and seeing a section on bread and baked goods has been a god send! We have made the blueberry scones with lemon glaze which were absolutely delicious. Can't wait to make more lovely recipes!

This recipe book is pretty neat the recipes aren't too complicated for being gluten free and they sound delicious. I actually made the Raspberry Scones because i had some raspberries in my fridge and all the other ingredients on hand. they came out delicious! I can not wait to try out a couple of the other recipes I am planning on making the Taco Lasagna!

Good to see focus on people with allergies. Could maybe focus more on recipes with smaller story sections.

I'm really curious about new recipes and was happy to download this book.
It's really good, full of interesting recipes that I want to try.
