International Guy volume 2 by Audrey Carlan lets you continue the travels of Parker, Bogart & Royce. Travel to Milan, San Francisco and Montreal with the IG firm as they handle issues from bringing the sexiness back to a fashion show, finding the right match for a business woman and investigating the culprit of a coding scheme. Whatever the need, the IG firm is there with their good looks, charming personalities and confidence.
In this edition we also see more of Wendy their assistant and she gets to put her detective skills to good use. She is a great character, and has become family to Parker, Bo & Royce.
What I love most about these books are the ups and downs of Parker and Skylar. In volume 1 they meet, and like each other. In volume 2, you see them be in a relationship something that is not the norm for Parker. Their scenes together are heart warming, loving and at times frustrating. There has to be some angst, who doesn't love some of that thrown in.
I can't wait for the story to continue as the reader is left hanging at the end of Montreal. Fall in love with Parker, Skylar and all the International Guys and their adventures around the world.

ce tome marque un pivot dans le déroulé de l'intrigue et j'ai adoré ce tome que j'ai trouvé plus consistant et plus approfondi. Les thématiques abordées sont une nouvelle fois fortes mais on creuse aussi dans la vie personnelle de chacun des héros pour les découvrir et les apprécier davantage. Audrey Carlan a su redonner un nouveau souffle à sa saga avec ce tome qui est différent et plus palpitant que les autres. En route pour Montréal désormais....

j'adore la saga d'Audrey Carlan qui ne cesse de me tenir en haleine. Les étreintes sensuelles ont laissé place à des intrigues passionnantes et plus poussées que les précédents tomes. Une fois qu'on a fini cette mission à Montréal , nous n'avons qu'une seule hâte : dévorer le tome suivant à Londres car la fin de ce tome est tout simplement terrible et mettra à mal ma patience.

5 Wonderful Stars!!!

Ms. Carlan has hit it out of the park with these books and this series. I'm absolutely LOVING everything about them. The characters are amazing, there's swooning and fanning myself and even a few laughs. I can't believe I've waited this long to discover her amazing writing.

Parker, Bogart and Royce are all amazing. Their ability to help everyone and anyone that comes to them just proves there are men out there that really listen to what people are saying. They do it with class too...and along the way, potentially find love!!!

I'm ready for the rest of this series!!!

Milan

Parker and Bo are off to Milan to help fashion designer T-Bone teach your everyday woman how to find their beauty and be part of a runway show to empower women of all shapes and sizes. I loved the lesson in this one that all women regardless of their body shape and size that they are all sexy and powerful.

Now fear not we also get a good dose of Parker and Sky. We see their relationship move forward and deal with the day to day stress and drama of being hounded by the paparazzi. For Sky it's part of her life but for Parker it's an eye opener to being linked with a woman who is sought after by the whole world.

I am loving this series so much!! Can't wait to see what lies in store for the rest of the IG men.

San Francisco

Wow Ms. Carlan has really amped it up with this series. Each novella gets better & better.

In this one Parker and Royce head to San Francisco to help business woman Rochelle find a match. While Parker shouldn't butt his nose in when Roy decides he should be in the running, he can't stand back and watch his bro get his heart broken. He already knows where her heart lies. She just can't see what's right in front of her face.

This one gives us more Parker and Skyler but it ends on a bad note between the lovebirds and were left wondering if they can come back from what seems to have heartache written all over it.

Montreal

OMG I did not expect the twists and turns this book took us on. Wow it was wild!!!!

Parker still doesn't know where his relationship with Sky stands and just needs some breathing room. He jets off to Montreal with the whole IG team including Wendy to help Alexis figure out who is leaking their secrets to the competitor.

Alexis comes on really strong to Parker who continues to turn down her advances because of his not knowing how he is going to precede with the tumultuous situation he finds himself in with Sky.

The team is at a stalemate in figuring out who is behind the leaked information in Alexis' company but things are about to take a turn for the worse.

Oh my that ending!!!! I desperately need to know what happens. Gimme volume 3 like now!!!

Holy moly!!!! Volume 2 did not disappoint!!! We catch up with Parker, Royce and Bogart in Milan, San Francisco and Montreal. Milan sees Parker and Bogart helping models while Parker deals with a problem in his personal life with Skylar. San Francisco has more of Royce taking an active role and having his heart at risk when they go to help a lady find a man to marry. And in Montreal, they are trying to find someone who keeps spilling the secrets of a successful corporate business to their competition. I would have to say my favorite of this volume was San Francisco just like Paris was my favorite of Volume 1. I won't post spoilers here but I will say that this one is just as much of a page turner as Volume 1 and all the new characters are just as amazing as the men of IG. I cannot wait to see what happens next.

I was so happy to continue this series thanks to NetGalley. I read Volume 1 and loved it. I absolutely couldn't put it down. Now Volume 2 was no different. We have Parker again being a smooth lover and ladies man. We see how he has matured with the help of his relationship with Skylar the actress. Yes at times they have a few rocks in the road but together they can conquer it.

The IG family has gotten bigger with Wendy but she fits the puzzle perfectly. She is too cute and funny. The ending again leaves you with a cliffhanger wondering if Wendy will pull through.

We see more of Royce and Bogart in this one. Poor Royce is looking for the love of his life. He thought he found in this volume. The only thing he didn't know was that the woman was already in love and didn't know it.
Now this volume touched me with it's message you should love yourself deeply. Another reminder to embrace your inner beauty. I can't wait to read the next one. This series is a must read.

MILAN

International Guy is bursting with emotion in this installment. Milan, the fashion capital, is hosting a very special show, and the three golden boys are key to its success.

This chapter in the serial deals with paramount issues of self-image and female beauty beyond the perfect measures. Can any woman claim sensual confidence? I think this is happening in a fun, relaxed way thanks to IG’s new assignment.

On a more personal note, Parker and Skyler’s relationship takes a very public hit and grows into unexpected territory. It becomes intense while never losing its primal and very hot edge. I loved the creativity of the fashion show, and how this couple pulled through lies and mirages to fall more deeply for each other. The final scene from Skyler’s POV is great.



SAN FRANCISCO

This city turns out to be a tempest of drama and strong emotion. It may not be as glamorous as the other destinations in this serial, but it sure contains a treasure trove of feelings going rampant.

The job for IG is set in the high finances world with a fierce female boss going for her future goal, head first. The assignment was all sorts of fun and included a seed of bad deeds. More interestingly, it prompted a long-term desire in one of the guys, Royce, that put a strain in his emotional link with Parker. Not only that, Parker’s feelings are also flaring up and leading to very deep places regarding Skyler. I enjoyed every piece o f it, especially because the plot is full-packed with threats that involve Wendy’s hacking skills and fantastic attitude, Parker’s commitment, and a cliffhanger that was boiling with misunderstandings, plot twists and heartbreak. Wow!

MONTREAL

Powerfully emotional. The devastation Parker felt over recent events is gripping, yet I didn’t enjoy this installment as much as I hoped I would. It drags on with a lot of whining and repeated conversations. And Parker is so weak, he acts on his pain giving in with some illicit behavior I disliked.

While the job in Canada was interesting, it bore some resemblance to the previous one in San Francisco. However, the story takes a dramatic turn towards the ending that was phenomenal, unexpected, serious and leaves everyone in tatters. I loved Wendy as usual, and the cat was a cool touch. Next episode in London is going to be a real temptation.

I love how Audrey takes these the IG men and places them in real world places with real world problems and at the same time as they are helping their clients they are also dealing with their own personal problems.

Super Hot, Super Steam, and OH so Sexy! I fell in love with it Audrey Carlan always knows how to rock my world when she writes, the emotions she gives are intense and unique this is a MUST READ Audrey Carlan book!

If any series deserves more than 5 Stars it’s International Guy with every book in these sets you are taken to whole different level your emotions are all over the place because these books are full of love, passion, drama, angst and a fair few twists and turns.
Milan takes Parker and Skyler’s relationship to another level and we get to see how important trust is even when your past has you doubting you will ever trust someone with your heart again. This instalment shows us and makes us believe that all woman are beautiful when we get to meet a designer who is running a fashion show with woman who are not models they are your everyday mum all different shapes and sizes and it’s Parker and Bo who give them the confidence to walk down a runway in lingerie and be comfortable in their own bodies. What a great message to give to the world “Embrace your body if you believe you are sexy so will the world”
San Francisco gives us the change to get to know Royce when the gang head off to do some matchmaking. There are a few twists and turns in this episode and this where we see Parker at his best dealing with a client whilst trying to deal with issues of his own, his soulmate needs him and he needs to be there for her. This instalment left me in tears another emotion I wasn’t expecting.
Montreal is where we see Parker dealing with his own emotions whilst all the guys need to travel overseas to help a cyber tech company this job needs all their minds and concentration but that’s not easy when your mind is back in the States. Wow what can I say about the ending of this one without giving too much away apart from I can’t wait for the next instalment in this series.
Audrey Carlan is a very talented writer she writes a beautiful love story and she is not afraid to show everyone’s emotions she covers trust issues as well as confident issues and along the way there is plenty of banter that will make you smile to go with the tears you will shed at some point. This series has the perfect mix of love, passion and humour and you do need to read it.

Honestly this Series just continue to get better and better. It has been such a great ride.. The characters continue to captivate and keep you wanting more. You learn so much more depth to each of them.

Okay.. I am going to have to say that this is the BEST in the Series yet... It has so many ups, down, twists, turns, etc... I could not stop reading this one.

International Guy takes quite the job in Montreal. They ALL must go on this adventure with Wendy included. If you loved Wendy before you will fall for her all over again. What an amazing asset to this already incredible team. Think of Penelope Garcia from Criminal Minds with a bit of a naughty side.. She has the style, humor, and is an AMAZING hacker. She is definitely the whole package.. You will see a whole new side of her.

The team is sent to a Tech company to see if they can find the internal mole.. Someone has been leaking information and they need to find out who it is.. They all have specific jobs. Wendy is thrilled to be undercover in her element of coding. They soon discover that something is definitely going on... It is WAY more than they bargained for. Trust me you are going to feel EVERY emotion as you read this.. It was intense and amazing.. I have still not recovered... AHH You will also get to see a side of Mick that you have not seen....

Meanwhile Skyler and Parker are still working through some things.. Parker finally decides to fill his team in on what is going on and what he gets is nothing short of heart warming.. Can we all have a group of friends/family like his? They are AMAZING... You feel like you are part of the team!

Really though.. Once again this is a MUST READ!!! You will be captivated from beginning to end.. Be ready to be left with MANY questions...

This book was amazing. I believe the characters come alive when u read Audrey's books. I love how u never know what will happen next. One of the best books I've read.

Audrey does it again! I enjoyed seeing the relationship develop between Parker and sky! The ups and downs , then in San Francisco’s you get I see Royce and a new side to the international guy!

Oh and don’t even get me started on Montreal! You need to get this book ! It will not disappoint

How can I begin to describe my feelings whilst reading about the IG team??!!
Parker Ellis! He’s a dream come true! Im being serious! The way he makes people feel with his actions and words is astounding! Hes that talented in his job! Hes also incredibly swoonworthy in regards to Skyler! When they get together, fireworks!!!
Parker and Bo are in Milan to help with a fashion show! This isn’t any ordinary show though! It has women of all shapes and sizes!! It’s enlightening quite frankly and I love the direction the story went! The guys genuinely know how to make a woman feel comfortable in their own skin! Don’t get me started on the quotes though! Read it for yourself!!
The camaraderie between the men is just so heartwarming, you have to admire them and those that light up around their energy! Too bad they aren’t real, i know right??!
In San Francsico:
Helping a businesswoman get a husband in a way that works for them but also uncovering things!
There are also things going on in Skylers life that Parker is not happy at all about! And who could blame him
Honestly this book is a breath of fresh air and I really admire the author for writing something so enjoyable that you immerse yourself into the story!

Montreal:
The men and their pa Wendy all head there to help a company find out who is selling their secrets! Needless to say this part will have you wondering, make you laugh, make you sad and hope things work out for everyone involved!
This whole book captured my heart and I feel a part of the mens lives, I mean, who wouldn’t want to be??!!
I truly cannot wait for more of this series!! Interesting, entertaining and captivating is International Guy in a nutshell! To the authors brilliant mind at creating such a series, my virtual hat goes off to you!

OMG...volume 2 was great! Between the high highs and low lows of Parker’s love life, the addition of his business partners Bo and Royce (and can’t forget Wendy) make the adventures from city to city exciting. Milan included some great comedy, San Francisco brought brief love for Royce. And Montreal included the entire gang that will leave you in suspense! Can’t wait to see what’s in store for them next! ❤️

Wow! Where to begin? As usual, Audrey Carlan takes us on the journey of Parker and the crew of International Guy. With each book, we are provided with more and more insight into the main characters and are able to watch them develop and grow. The emotions that the author is able to portray are realistic and you can empathize with the character. Love, pain, lust, anger, and heartache.....to name a few are just the tip of the iceberg of what Audrey Carlan was able to convey in her writing.

International Guy takes another series of twists and turns, featuring the love interest of Parker - Skyler. I appreciate the way the author is able to carry their story on through the series and it keeps you engaged and wanting more. I'm also happy that we are able to learn more about the partners of International Guy. I love their assistant Wendy. The way the author has been able to paint a picture of Wendy just cracks me up. She's strong, yet vulnerable. The family that Audrey Carlan has created keeps me wanting more and I can't wait to continue the journey that we are being taken on.

International Guy Volume 2 was yet another wild ride. The author really stepped up on the love, drama, and angst spectrum with these installments. Each book only brought more surprises, passion, and turmoil. I could not put this book down, I just had to devour the pages. Yes it had its ups and downs, but by the end of San Francisco I was completely reeling with ALL the feels. I never saw so many things coming until they slapped me in the face. I had so many jaw dropping, heart pounding, oh my god did that just happen moments I have to give the author some serious kudos. I still just wish we could have more Bo and Royce in their POV. They did make more apparences but from Parker's POV it doesn't satisfy your need, nor does it do their characters justice. So I will continue to keep my fingers crossed for more from these two fellas. I can not wait to get my hands on the next volume that ending in Montreal was just too much. I was not ready for things to end. To say I want more is a understatement!

Milan is sadly probably my least favorite installment so far. It had potential to be more than it was. The plot was so unique, and I genuinely enjoyed the characters when the story fully focused on them. However I felt the storyline and female clients were over shadowed and took a back seat to Skyler and Parker. It was probably 25% work related, and 75% Parker and Skyler. I understand they are a couple now but the story is called International Guy for a reason. With that said I just can it help being disappointed. I had hoped this would not happen but sadly it did. I truly hope the next installments will get back more on track of the International Guy storyline.

San Francisco was a more enjoyable read for me. I finally got to expirence more of my man Royce! I wish I had gotten his POV but I settled for Parker's. This story was a wild ride. Rochelle was a total spit fire and definitely kept the men on their toes. I loved her character even if she did stir up quite the trouble. Both in her life, as well as Royce and Parker's. Rochelle truly needed International Guys help on more than one level. I loved that overall yes San Francisco still included alot of Parker and Skyler but still nowhere near as bad as Milan. Rochelle's character made sure to stay the center of attention during her book. This installment hands down had the most explosive ending of any to date!

Montreal was one more roller coaster ride! It is definitely my favorite installment yet! It was page after page of non stop action. It also held nothing back when it came to the feels. My emotions was constantly ALL over the place. I LOVED this job finally required all the staff to come together. I felt Montreal really brought Parker, Royce, Bo, and Wendy together on a much deeper level that all their characters needed. Although it too was alot Skyler and Parker, it was also very much International Guy as well. Alexis was another spit fire heroine who kept everyone on their toes. You cant help but admire her fierce personality. She was one of those heroines who made sure she got what she wanted. Her job definitely put each character to the test. Montreal leaves you with a racing mind, and a even heavier heart. I hope you keep your kleenex handy, you are going to need them!

Well earned with this whirlwind of a volume. The suspense this volume leaves behind is utterly consuming. My mind is reeling from all the questions I crave answers too. I am definitely on pins and needles waiting for London.

This series is exceptional, entertaining and amazingly written. Audrey Carlan showed us again her writing skills. That stream of words that flows from her pen is brilliant.

The journey continues. Except the boys aren't alone anymore. They've got support of their genius PA Wendy. That woman has got skills, it should be illegal.... and she became a sister from another mister to all of them. Family forever.

In between Parker is falling in love with Skylar - that actress he saved from selfdestruction but the path of their new relationship is unbelievably stony. Trust issues and jealousy due are in their way.

Milan - the city of fashion - Bo and Parker helps with fashion show of sexy lingerie for every kind of woman....bring women, knowing absolutely nothing about modelling, to a fashion show with their beauty and sensuality owning the stage.

San Francisco - to seek the perfect mate for owner of financial imperium. Open her eyes to see what is right in front of her. Roy falling in an instant lust but in the end seeing this woman is anything but perfect for him.

Montreal - to find leaks and stealing of trade secrets - this one was a hard nut to crack for the whole IG team. And the end....

I am totally in love with these series folks. I devoured every single word. I am even more hungry for what's going to come..... hurry up Volume 3.

MILAN: 3 Stars

I didn’t read the first lot of 3 stories before these ones and do recommend you do to get the background.

Parker is the CEO of IG a business he runs advising the wealthiest people in the world on love and life.
This time he’s in Milan to lend his help for a fashion show, lingerie for real woman.

His relationship with Skyler becomes exclusive and they have to battle the paparazzi relentless pursuit into their relationship. I think we all know how brutal social media can be and dating an a-list celebrity cannot be easy.

I find the guys Parker, Bogart and Royce to be annoying frats boys.
I didn't care for them to be honest.

SAN FRANCISCO: 4 Stars

Parker and Royce are heading to San Francisco, helping a wealthy client to find a man.

Royce had a flirty smirk on his face which to me and I know Parker noticed spells trouble. Royce has done his homework and seems to know everything about Rochelle their client.

The chemistry between Royce and Rochelle is palatable.
As Rochelle lists her must have, one leaves Royce out of the running. Parker not keen on Royce lusting after Rochelle but seriously what can he do, he slept with two of their client, one being Skyler.

I do like Parker and Skyler in this one they seem to have found their groove. The job was successful and a job well done. They found the client a good man. However, things are not so well for Parker and Skyler.

I did find I liked guys in this story, always there for each other and treat each other like brothers.

The guys are heading to Montreal.

Cyber-tech company CEO wants them to ferret out a rat in her company who’s selling secrets.
Unfortunately, this one was my least favorite.

The CEO Alexis was, in my opinion, shameless flirt and completely unprofessional.
After the last book, Skyler and Parker relationship comes to a screeching halt. Due to him being a dumb ass he becomes a whiny bitch pretty much throughout the whole book.
