Excellent thrill with enough twists and turns to keep you guessing. New to me author that I want to read more from (non-fiction and fiction) who blew me away with a novel take on angels and vampires. Plenty of heat woven throughout that was a necessary part of the storyline. Well-developed characters that made you feel for them. This is a must-read for fans of urban fantasy with a paranormal slant. Interesting story line, but it was a bit confusing. This may have sort of been the point as the lead character was uninformed so it stands to reason that the reader would also feel this way.
