This is a good modern thriller. It is the follow on from "Runaway Girl" . There is still another book to come. All the main character's from the previous book are there. I didn't enjoy this book as much as the first one.

Dangerous Girl is another winner for Emma Tallon! The writing is taut, the setting tense and the characters well developed. Recommended!

Anna is finally happy. She’s rid of her abusive ex and she’s co-owner of London’s hottest new club, with her best friend Tanya. But she is worried about her boyfriend, Freddie. He’s keeping things from her. And he won’t tell her where he goes in the middle of the night.

Freddie is furious. A girl has gone missing from one of his clubs and the police are all over him. When a familiar face turns up and threatens him, he’s offered a deal – find the girl or Anna will be killed.

I was very lucky to recieve this book in exchange for my review.........From start to finish i was hooked. I was given a great story with characters with had me become interested in what was going to happen next and also wondering what had happened in the past.

A story of love.... fear....... murder........ family and only a short period of time to save your whole family.

Family should always stick together ...

Wow, wow, wow. This is such a brilliant book! I have not read the first one but I had no problem at all to pick the story up.

It's gripping, fluently written, fast paced, emotional and a certain chapter put a smile on my face. (Those who already read the book will know which one I mean LOL). It certainly kept me chained to my sofa.

I loved the way Freddie was hard as nails to everybody who dares to threaten his 'family', but he was not afraid to show his softer side to his loved ones. I know he was a criminal but he stole a little piece of my heart as well.

I can't wait to read the next part.

Thank you, Emma Tallon, Bookouture and Netgalley.

Full of suspense. Friendship. Loyalty. Criminals. Murder.
The story kept myself gripped right through but near the end I guessed who it was and why. That was bit of a disappointment. Didn't spoil the book for me though.
I'd recommend it definitely

WoW......Emma you have done it again......You've wrote another excellent book.

Dangerous Girl I found was better than the first book Runaway Girl which was out in May.

I opened this book on my kindle and I knew it was going to be a fantastic read from the first few pages and I wasn't wrong.
Dangerous Girl follows from Runaway Girl and continues the story of Anna, Freddie and co, Anna's business partner and close friend Tanya.
Freddie is still the king of his empire, a young girl Katherine Hargreaves goes missing from outside his club and he has to find her before its too late. Freddie has a lot to hide from the Police and they are breathing down his neck. His shipments have been rerouted, He has to be very careful who he see's and speak to so all meetings are rearranged etc. DCI Sarah Riley starts to investigate Freddie and he knows he will have to change the way he does things or his game is up. Tanya finds love and also has a stalker.
This book was just brilliant and a fantastic, roller coaster read that will leave you guessing who has taken the young girl.

I 100% agree If you love Martina Cole, Kimberley Chambers, Casey Kelleher and Jessie Keane, you’ll love Emma Tallon's book. Emma is a author you will need to watch...........

Highly recommend both of Emma's book......Just Brilliant xxx

5* READ.

Wow another great book by Emma. This book follows on from Runaway girl continuing the story of Anna Freddie and co. Freddie and Anna’s lives are turned upside down when a girl goes missing from outside Freddie’s club. Tanya also gets herself a stalker so lots more twists and turns. Another gripping read from page one. I highly recommend this book

This is the second book in the Tyler family gangland crime series. I really enjoyed book 1 in the series but thought this one was even better. I found the characters who we met in the first book were even better and came into their own in this book. A brilliant storyline with an outcome I didn’t expect. I loved it. This book can be read as a stand-alone but personally I prefer to read a series in order to get a real feel and understanding for what’s happening

Dangerous Girl is the second book in this series by Emma Tallon.Anna is finally happy after her lover Freddie Tyler rescued her from her abusive ex.She is now in partnership with her best friend Tanya with an up market nightclub and she believes everything is now rosy and all is good in her life. Then when a girl goes missing from outside one of Freddie's clubs everything in their lives starts to implode as Freddie is forced to hide secrets from Anna which only makes Anna more paranoid. The second book is every bit as good as the first and Emma Tallon writes a roller coaster of a story which had me gripped from page one and the brilliant ending only leaves you waiting impatiently for the next instalment. An excellent 5 star read if you enjoy this genre of book.

Another brilliant book of the Tyler’s. I loved book 1 in the series so couldn’t wait to read this and I loved this as well. It had me hooked and I had to keep reading to see how it ended and I certainly didn’t expect the ending, I would never have guessed it!!! I can’t wait for book 3. Emma is certainly a great talent in writing, I recommend this book highly.

Dangerous Girl, What a read. A damn enjoyable page turner. I started this book an afternoon I wasn't feeling so good. It certainly helped take my mind of the crappy things happening in real life. I was lost in those pages and the lives and crimes of the characters.
I recently read Runaway Girl, which is the first book, so I was thrilled when I realised this, Dangerous Girl was a follow on.
I Can safely say if you enjoy reading the likes of Casey Kelleher, Jessie Keane, Jacqui Rose then you will love these books.
Personally I would say read these books in order for a better background feel, I don't think it would matter if you didn't, but I love knowing the history of characters from the beginning.

I love the characters of Anna and Freddie, the straight as a die woman with the gangland partner makes great reading.

The daughter of a very influential man has gone missing. She disappeared after visiting Freddie Tylers club. Last seen on CCTV outside of his club. This has the police crawling all over his club, not something Freddie Tyler needs. He is somehow dragged into the search for her, and it's a race against time to figure out what has actually happened.

There is some violence in this book, but I would say if you like the gangland crime style books, then you won't find it over the top. It's what helps make these types of books. A damn good unputdownable read, and I for one can't wait for more. Emma Tallon is certainly going to be one of those authors whose books you 'MUST' read. I knew that after book one, and when this book become available as an ARC on Netgalley, I didn't even bother reading what it was about, I just clicked that request button.

This book is all the rage, but I just didnt understand it. It was boring in the beginning and I found myself skimming quite a bit.

Loved following the lives of Anna, freddie michael, Paul, Tanya and the other characters. This book kept me on the edge of my seat with not only their lives of crime but the mystery of who the vile person is that had kidnapped and held in appalling conditions the high ranking officials daughter then threatening Freddie and Anna's lives if she wasn't found safe. It kept me guessing right to the end and was quite a surprise who it was. Cracking book.

Really enjoyed this second instalment from Emma tallon, definitely up there with the likes of Kimberly chambers. Looking forward to book 3!

I read Dangerous Girl as a standalone and found it an easy crime read and there was enough backstory that coming in on book two wasn't a problem. What I found most was interesting was it's a mob story where the bosses are portrayed sympathetically—ie they only resort to violence if they have to—and as good people. Except for one, who (spoiler alert) really should've been left dead. Not 'an utterly heart-stopping thriller' for me but it was enjoyable.

I have read the first book in this series and whilst you probably don;t need to, in order to enjoy this I would recommend as it provides a bit of the back story. A good, easy reading book of the Kimberly Chambers, Mandasue Heller esk style. Yes there is violence and some graphic scenes so perhaps not for the feint-hearted but as always in these books you see the people underneath these acts. Look forward to the next installment.

WOW WOW WOW I loved Runaway Girl and Dangerous Girl was no different, I devoured it in the day, I love Anna & Freddie’s relationship and how happy they are especially after everything Anna had been through in her previous relationship. I love that family always come first for Freddie above his empire but the twist at the end had me shocked to the core, really did not expect that and cannot wait for the “revenge” book…. Can’t wait for #3 Emma Tallon, can’t praise you highly enough 5+ stars

Many thanks to Netgalley and Bookouture for an advanced copy in exchange for my honest opinion.

A great book with a dark theme. It's easy to read and flows beautifully between characters. Plenty of twists and turns to keep you guessing right to the very unexpected and enjoyable conclusion,, which definitely leaves the options open for a sequel, so I'm living in hope of more to come. If you enjoy a gritty and gripping crime story this is not one to miss, I couldn't put it down and found myself up until 4 am finishing it whilst wishing it would go on forever. Brilliant
