I found this a gripping read throughout which soon draws you into the storyline.

This is the first book I have read by this author but I don't think it will be the last, I found it hard to put down and I highly recommend it, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Not for me. This took far too long before anything really happened. The endless descriptions of these pitiful, unlikable characters became depressing.

I’m not even sure that the action, when it finally started, made the wait worthwhile. It was a strange and unsatisfying story. The ending seemed pointless...

This writing style and story wasn’t for me but may work for you. I hope it does. Thanks to NetGalley, the author and Bloodhound Books for a copy in exchange for an honest review.

Finding Eva by J.A. Baker was a story about a girl brought up in care and on a journey to find her birth parents.
I found this book very disjointed and the characters unlikeable. This book was not for me.
I would like to thank NetGalley and Bloodhound Books for my e-copy in exchange for an honest review.

Received a copy if this book through netgalley.
I found thus book hard going as it had a lot of description without going to the core of the story, there were times when I just wanted the author to get on with the plot instead of leaving it to the end, trying to accumilate everything at the end of the book.
The characters all seemed weak, and not true to life.Other readers may like this way of writing,I personally thought it lackedsubstance but then everyone to their own taste.
