This book is Science- Fiction. This is not my go to genre, but I do enjoy my fair share of Sci-Fi. This book had quite the spin on things.

This book wastes no time. It starts in Lake Geneva, Switzerland preparing Emma for the memory experience with needles and everything. Emma is taken back to war time with her partner, Stefan and how they pulled of a hail Mary plan and defeated enemies when they were far outnumbered. Emma visited her partner’s wife and children on the regular, but as time went on, things became less and less. Emma became overwhelmed with grief and obsessed with the event that lead to his demise.
This book slightly reminds me of the movie the Matrix with hints of the TV show/movie, Limitless. Can you imagine if you could relive a memory? Think of your favorite memory and being able to relive it! Wouldn’t that simply be amazing? Possibly, but this book takes it in another direction, one in which I did not think it would go. This book let’s you relive memories, but at the cost of planting memories in people who make decisions. We get to relive some of the character’s memories and relive their moments, which is kind of fun!

Surprised by the final twist of the novel. I liked the mixed stories and universes.

In the book Beware Of Memories, authors Patrick K. Jaynes and Darlien C. Breeze writes about a group of aliens that look human and have used their technology to make a machine that brings back to mind a memory that we focus on, helping us to relive that memory. But in so doing they want to plant thoughts into the minds of people that are in charge. This is leading up an to all out invasion of the planet.
This was an ok science fiction read. The concept was good but the dialogue and character development was very choppy. I would not recommend this book! I received a copy of this e-book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Great book! Non stop action with a global view. Story is a scifi thriller and is definitely believable. Authors Jaynes and Breeze put together an epic read. The book checks alot of buttons, criminal activity, terrorists, aliens and romance. I cannot wait for the sequel.
