Oh, this has me doing happy dances. All those wonderfully Cowboy coded Cowboys to ogle over in my mind's eye.
The storyline was excellent with mega bits of humor about anything and everything regarding such cowboys.
Evie never knew what she was missing, and Flynn was just the guy to show her. Both characters had tough backgrounds, tho different, to overcome and their weekend was to have been temporary anyway.
Fate is wicked like that, throwing curveballs and I loved reading Evie and Flynn's journey.
I received an ARC thru Net Galley and am voluntarily giving my honest opinion.

This is installment #5 in this series. Just like in a real town, there are more characters introduced. This unlikely match turned out to be real couple material and, while so different, managed to come together. Then the unthinkable happened and split them apart. Happiness is being able to be honest! Our main character believed in honesty and went back to Montana in spite of the reception she knew she would receive to collect her HEA.

This book was gifted to me by the publisher and author in return for an honest review.

The Rodeo Cowboy's Baby is the fifth book of the 79th Copper Mountain Rodeo series, and while I enjoyed the overall premise of the story, I felt there was so much more that could have been said. While I realise most of the books in this series are short novellas, this one would have benefitted from further development.

Evie has been through a lot, and because of this I would have enjoyed digging deeper into her emotions, and Flynn felt like a kind of mystery. I believe his character had a lot more to offer and this was not explored. Overall, it was a good story, but could have been a great one with more insight to the main characters and if it hadn't felt rushed.

3.5 Stars The Rodeo Cowboy's Baby is the fifth book in the multi author series The 79th Copper Mountain Rodeo. I liked this story, it is a short read with an enjoyable storyline

There were a lot of interesting components to this story, I just wish that they had been developed more. This is a really short book so the few pages did not really allow for a great deal of depth. This makes it so much more difficult for me to be truly invested in a story. Evie goes through so much and I really wanted more of an exploration of her feelings. Flynn did not seem like a fleshed out character to me. He is just a stand in for any hot rodeo fantasy. Still I was interested to see where everything would lead and even if the resolution was rushed I did not feel as if my time was wasted.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is a short read and #5 in the series. I did not read the first 4 but i dont think you really have to enjoy it. Granted it will give gi ou a bit more on who the other characters are.

Flynn is known for a good time. So when Evie comes to visit her friend for a pick me up. What better option to get outnof her slump? These two start off rocky and end up bickering a bit but it adds to their chemistry.

One thing leads to another and Evie ends up pregnant. However will they be able to get through the lies secrets and distance to start their happily ever after?

Great short read - the last in this series I think, but it doesn't matter if you haven't read the others, but in the epilogue there is a nice catch-up with some of the other chracters featured in this series.

After getting off on the wrong foot before they even meet, Evie and Flynn have a fling while she is in town for the weekend. Neither of them thinks they want anything long-term, as they both have things in their past which has put them off.

Review I voluntarily read and reviewed an copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Thanks to the author for providing a copy of this book via Netgalley

It was a big turn off: they didn't use the protection. Ok, the heroine thought she was infertile, but girl!! You know more than anyone that STD could be the main reason of infertility.
The hero was a man-ho before meeting our heroine. And she knew about it!
Ok. The hero was a jerk first he found out about baby. Later he was all about our girl.

Please, people, use condom! Safe sex saves lives

I thoroughly enjoyed this group of books that was an interesting series of romance novels written by multiple authors. I thought this one was really sweet with the Irish girl who falls for the cowboy. I would say more but I want to avoid spoilers.

This starts as a very involving romance. The characters are interesting and sympathetic. We get a day-by-day narration of Evie’s trip out to the fictional Montana town of Marietta to report on a rodeo there and her growing attraction to the cowboy, Flynn. As we can tell from the title, she is going to have an affair with him and get pregnant. She believes that she is infertile because of the failure of her efforts to get pregnant with her former husband. Then she leaves Marietta and the whole story falls apart.

Looking at my Kindle, I could see that there wasn’t much time left in the book and there was a lot of plot to get through after her editor rewrites her report to make it look like she was laughing at the small town and just using Flynn for sex and she quits her job. So she is jobless, finds out she’s pregnant, and has to let Flynn know and progress to a HEA. It’s all way too rushed. We go from the slow build-up in the first half book and the rush to finish everything off. If the second half had matched the first half, it would have been a better book.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book that I received from Netgalley; however, the opinions are my own and I did not receive any compensation for my review.

The Rodeo’s Cowboy Baby is a sweet story about two people who both lived through difficult childhoods, making it difficult for them to truly feel their worth as adults. Evie and Flynn feel an instant connection, but recently divorced Evie doesn’t think that she is ready for a hookup yet. Playboy Flynn has never been in a relationship with a woman that lasted a night or two, so neither one expected anything other than a fling. However, a surprise pregnancy changed things. This was a quick and fun read.

I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. I am really enjoying this series. This is my first book by Heidi Rice an. Enjoyed it a lot. This story introduces a journalist from NYC, Evie. Evie has her own column in a local newspaper and for years has been writing about her life: dating, meeting and marrying her husband, trying to conceive, going through a divorce and thinking she is infertile. Her editor sends her to Marietta to remedy her lack of a relationship, physical and emotional by attending the annual rodeo. Her friend Charlie had relocated to Marietta and was in a serious relationship with a rancher. Charlie has suggested Evie stay with her and hook up with one of the cowboys that work for her boyfriend, Flynn. Evie bought the idea was bad until she met Flynn. They had a strong sexual chemistry and spent time together in and out of bed before Evie had to return to NYC. She realized she had fallen in love with Flynn. Flynn was notorious for only having one night stands. Evie wrote her article but her boss wasn’t happy as it didn’t describe her fling with the cowboy. The boss rewrites the article and says a bunch of comments that insult and hurt the people in Marietta. She quits her job when she learns this. Evie begins to be ill and goes to the doctor. What she learns changes her life forever. Evie and Flynn will become connected as we learn more. It was such a great story. Five stars.

Evie Donnelly is an Irish journalist with a relatively successful blog, in a local New York newspaper, called Evie8 which started out as a single woman's musings on life in New York and the vagaries of the dating scene. Then she met 'the one', got married and tried to have a baby, and tried, and tried. Her blog became about IVF, infertility and disappointment and the disintegration of her marriage. The cherry on the cake? Her ex-husband has got his new girlfriend pregnant 'by accident'.

Her pit-bull editor tells Evie that her blog has become too sad and depressing and needs new blood - and what screams new blood more than riding a cowboy? Not as off-the-wall as it sounds, Evie's BFF Charlie is a photographer and she lives in Marietta which just happens to be hosting the 79th Copper Mountain Rodeo. She's invited Evie to stay and cover the rodeo.

Evie is too emotionally battered to think about an affair, when Charlie tries to pimp one of her husband's cowboys Flynn as a fantastic guy who only does one-night stands Evie is horrified and gives Charlie her opinion of farm boys/ cowboys with extremely colourful language. Unfortunately Flynn is outside in the corridor, in turns furious at being judged by a total stranger (and of course being lumped together with farm boys as if they were remotely similar to cowboys) and turned on by the husky Irish accent.

Flynn is the sort of guy who gets on with everyone, so the antagonism he feels for Evie is unusual, but he is determined to make this beautiful, ethereal woman eat her words.
But when the rodeo is over, Evie and Flynn can’t forget those three stolen nights together in Marietta–especially when their wild, wonderful ride turns out to have even more unforgettable consequences.
I'm reading this series all out of order but I have to say this is the best one I've read so far (of three). It's earthy and funny and sassy and hawt. Phew-ee, Evie and Flynn have so much chemistry it just jumps right off the Kindle screen.

I received a free copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in return for an honest review.
