Great book on advice on how to get over stage fright for anyone that has to get up in front of a crowd. The author included helpful tips from a variety of celebrities, which I really enjoyed!

I once heard Bono reveal to Oprah how he still got stage fright and was beset by it right before going on TV for their interview, and it struck me how pervasive this anxiety disorder is. I also heard James Taylor tell Elvis Costello how doing a concert was so stressful it was like going through a tax audit every night. Ye Gods, if the most talented of us struggle, how are mere mortals to cope? Well, this fascinating book shares the secrets through interviews with 40 of the best and brightest — among them Seinfeld’s Jason Alexander and Oscar winner Olympia Dukakis — and offers coping strategies that all of us can use. Highly recommended!

It was a good book. It definitely provided helpful tips for overcoming stage fright, at least in the short term. I read it right before I had a poetry reading at school, and I used some of the suggestions. They were helpful and calmed me down prior to the performance. I would recommend this book to others who have this stage fright.
