This was an entertaining story about new beginnings. Mallory has been kept isolated by her parents ever since her cancer diagnosis. In order to escape & claim her own life, she takes a job as a nanny/chef & moves to an isolated island off Florida.

Rhys has isolated himself & his son Owen on a small island. Before his wife died, they lived in New York. He said it was to keep Owen safe. The minute Mallory stepped foot on the island, he tried to fire her & send her back.

Both Mallory & Rhys have been living in their own form of prison & need to learn to live & love again. I really enjoyed the dimension that Owen adds to the story. This was a nice entertaining romance that was a joy to read.

The great character and storyline development grabbed my attention from the very first page! As I turned the pages I found that I was so engrossed in the story that I ended up reading this book in one sitting!

Mallory has lived her life in a "bubble". As a childhood cancer survivor, her parents were and are overprotective. While she's a successful chef in her parent's upscale hotel, she yearns to step outside her comfort zone and what's expected of her to live life as SHE wants to. Mallory gladly accepts a position as a nanny to a reclusive billionaire's son.

Rhys runs a successful tech company and is consumed by work. After losing his wife in an accident, that he blames himself for, he moves to his island summer home. Rhys believes he can keep his son safe if he keeps him on the island, under close supervision. When the last nanny didn't work out, he had his assistant place an ad for a new nanny. When Mallory walks in his office, he immediately fires her with no explanation. Mallory is beyond upset as she really thought this would be her chance at a fresh start. Rhys' assistant talks him into allowing Mallory to stay--until the new nanny arrives....

Although this novel brought a few tears to my eyes, it was absolutely AMAZING! The give and take between the adults, Mallory striking deals with the butler and Rhys' son were HILLARIOUS. I enjoyed Mallory and her cooking lessons, picnics, colorful toenails, etc. I also admired Mallor's strength in standing behind her values, even if it costs her a lifetime of love with Rhys. Rhys internal battle on what's truly best for his son was so real! Again, I highly recommend this novel! I received a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

I am always drawn to books that involve billionaires and strong heroines. So after reading the first chapter, I knew I was in for a treat. A Nanny For the Reclusive Billionaire by new to me author Regina Kyle, is replete with a hot couple, a tropical landscape, and a four-year-old boy who is as cute as can be. This book may be completely enjoyed as a standalone.

Mallory Worthington is an amazing professional chef. Up until recently she worked for her family's upscale hotel in New York City, where everyone was aware of her battle with childhood cancer. She is in her late twenties and her parents are still over protective, even though she has been cancer free for years. As a result, she wants a life free from her past, so she takes a job as chef and nanny for a reclusive billionaire in the Florida Keys.

Rhys Dalton is a tech guru that runs his very successful conglomerate from afar. He is a widower and surrounds himself with dedicated employees who help him run his household and his life. Keeping his son safe at all times is his first priority, so owning and living on the island of Flamingo Key works well for him. He never thought he could fall in love again, but having Mallory in his life changes all that. She is perfect for him and his son, even though it takes him a while to realize it.

This book is quite a page turner. It is well-written and flows effortlessly from beginning to end. This story is chock full of longing, seductive scenes, and the discovery of what is truly important in life. Ms. Kyle pours passion into her writing and as a result, her characters are well-developed and full of intensity. Mallory, Rhys, and Rhys's son create a nice family. If you are in the mood for a contemporary romance with a lot of heat and heart, then pick up a copy of A Nanny For The Reclusive Billionaire.

I enjoyed this one, but I found it to be more of an Ok read than anything else.

Here, we meet Mallory and Rhys. She starts working for him as the nanny for this sweet little boy, and even though she’s overly qualified for it, she REALLY needed to get the hell away from her parents.

I liked Mallory, I liked that she was finally breaking free from her smothering family. She had cancer growing up, so her parents are way too overprotective. I could understand why, but yeah, it was too much.

Rhys lost his wife years ago and ever since he decided to live a reclusive life with his son, to ensure no one harm him. I could see where he was coming from, but he really went overboard with this protecting his son business.

Which is why I loved Mallory in their lives, she could really show him there are other ways to protect your loved ones. There were some ups and downs, and tbh, I wasn’t much of a fan of Mallory when she pulled away. I felt her reasoning wasn’t solid enough for me.

I was also glad to see Brooke again (Mallory’s sister) and how’s she doing after reading ‘Billionaire in Her Bed’.

So, an entertaining read.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Entangled Publishing for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. Okay, I really enjoyed the book, but the premise is crazy! No billionaire is going to hire a nanny with absolutely NO nanny experience! As much as I loved Mallory-she is a chef. Otherwise this was a somewhat predictable (but what romance isn't) really nice, cute fun story. The main characters are smart, and fun. They aren't perfect. Rhys sounds dreamy, and Oliver was feisty. It's a fun quick read. Well worth it. I rate this a solid 4 stars. I think most romance readers will enjoy.

This was my first read by Regina Kyle and it won’t be my last because I loved everything about this book. I loved that Mallory was self sufficient she didn’t need a billionaire she was doing what she loved and what she needed to move forward with her life and what can I say about the other characters apart from they were perfect we got a hot billionaire an adorable little boy who had some amazing one liners and secondary characters who added rather that taking over the story. The attraction was instant the chemistry sizzling but Rhys needed more than that he needed a woman who was self sufficient and who would put his son first and that was Mallory. This book was everything and more and this author is now on my go to list and I certainly will be checking out previous books written by this very talented author.

A fast paced read that was enjoyable and well written. Characters had great chemistry and I liked them a lot. Regina knows her way around romance! Would definitely recommend.

I adored this delightful story right from the very first page. Mallory is a wonderful strong character and she's not about to let Rhys steamroll her. Getting fired within five minutes of meeting your new boss probably isn't the best way to start a new job but she's faced worse in her life and she won't let all his grumpiness stop her. After the death of his wife, Rhys secluded himself and his young son Oliver away from the world. The last thing he needs is for his son's new nanny to be as tempting as she is. Nope, she needs to go! Try as he might he can't get rid of her and the longer she sticks around the more the walls he's built around his heart begin to crumble.

I highly recommend this one.

You are going to want this book! It's fast paced, brings all the feels and delivers a sweet 'n sexy happily ever after in the end! The characters are well developed and each bring their own backstory to draw us into the plot. He's living a life of guilt and misery, stuck in the past and she's trying to spread her wings and be the person she's always dreamed of being for the first time in her life. And the best part of all, there's an adorable little boy who will steal your heart! If you read Regina Kyle's previous book with Entangled, you'll see a familiar face in this story as Mallory is Brooke from that book's sister. I didn't think Brooke and Eli could be beat, but I loved Mallory, Rhys and Oliver even more. Highly recommend!

Chef Mallory Worthington is sick and tired of being coddled. Yes, she had cancer as a child and fought a long, hard battle to beat it, but she's been in remission for years, so she's tired of her parents trying to make her live in a bubble. When she finds an out of state job opportunity as a chef and nanny, she jumps at the chance to get out of New York for awhile and stop working for her parents.

Billionaire Rhys Dalton became somewhat of a recluse after his wife was killed and he took his son to live on a private island off of the Florida Keys. He will do everything in  his power to keep his child safe from the ugliness of the world around them. When he sees that the new nanny he hired isn't the elderly, grandmotherly type he was expecting, he fires Mallory on the spot! He changes his mind of course when he sees how interacting with her brings his son a joy he hasn't seen him exhibit in a very long time. Now if only he could resist the temptation of such a beautiful woman within touching distance!

This is a fun, contemporary romance featuring Mallory Worthington who is endeavouring to escape from the restrictions imposed on her by her over protective and manipulative mother and Rhys Dalton trying to protect himself and his young son by living on a relatively isolated island. She is an heiress who had cancer as a child but is now grown up and has rebelled by leaving her job as a chef in the family’s flagship hotel to go to work as a personal chef and nanny on an island in the Florida Keys. She definitely wasn’t ready to be fired before she ever met her young charge! However, Rhys still hasn’t recovered from the tragic death of his wife and has cut himself and his young son off from the world in an attempt to protect them both, and he realises Mallory is definitely going to break down the barriers he’s erected around his heart if she stays.

This is a story of guilt, over protection, temptation, grief and finding love again. It is an endearing story and the real star of it all is Oliver, Rhys’s son - he’s absolutely brilliantly portrayed throughout the story. Mind you, I have to say that all the characters are well developed and easy to relate to as they - and their locations - are brought to life by the author’s talented story telling skills and I’ll definitely be looking out for more by her in future.

I requested and was given a copy of this book, via NetGalley. This is my honest review of the book after choosing to read it.

Regina Kyle is fast becoming one of my favourite authors to read. Her stories are always well written with characters that pull you into their lives and make it hard for you to leave them, and this newest one doesn't disappoint. I couldn't put it down. The story and characters flowed through my imagination and wound their way around my heart, leaving me with a kleenex in one hand and a fan in the other. The struggle Rhys feels to his son safe at all costs were as real to me as Mallory fight to be independent of her parents stifling love. At first glance one is lend to believe these two would never mesh, yet the chemistry generated by their attraction cannot be denied and flows through your emotions like a well-placed paint brush, soft and sure of its resting place. I have always been drawn to authors who characters draw you in making you want to revisit their lives time and time again, this book delivers on that and then some. Reality, is reality and as we all know, can often pack a punch, but after reading this book I can help but imagine that as Mallory in the small way of hers performed a miracle for Rhys and his peace of mind, that Mallory received a miracle of her own with the help of Rhys and Olivers love and is as we speak enjoying the pitter patter of little feet upon her heart

4.25⭐
A Nanny for the Reclusive Billionaire was a quick, easy and extremely absorbing story. That pulled me in from the very first page and never let go. Thanks to the two main characters Rhys and Mallory who were both extremely engaging and likable. As was Rhys's 4 year old son Oliver. Not to mention, this story had plenty of substance and I enjoyed the development of the characters, particularly Rhys, who was quite closed off to begin with. Plus, I also really liked the pace at which this story progressed. And as a new author to me, I would definitely read more from Regina Kyle in the future.

WOW!!! I loved, loved, loved, reading A Nanny for the Reclusive Billionaire by Regina Kyle, book two in her Billionaire series. Cancer survivor Mallory, now an adult, needed to escape her overprotective parents so she takes a job as a nanny on an exclusive island. Mallory is not your typical nanny; she’s a professionally trained chef, take a leave from supervising the kitchen of her wealthy parent’s flagship hotel in New York City. She needed to make this break in order to take charge of her life. Rhys is a widowed father of a four-year old who has forgotten how to live life to the fullest; suffering survivor’s guilt after losing his wife in a terrorist attack; and not spending enough time with his son. After meeting Mallory, Rhys did not want her to continue in the job in fear of becoming attracted to her. After seeing her in action and connecting with his son, he allowed her to stay. He just had to avoid her to keep from falling for her.

I loved seeing Mallory grow more self-assured and confident in her interactions with Rhys. No longer fearing being fired, she stood up to Rhys, challenging him to spend time with his son, join him for meals, and reassess his priorities. Once Rhys decided he could no longer deny his attraction to Mallory, or their shared chemistry, he allowed himself to open up and realize he could love again. I loved Mallory’s obsession with nail polish, especially the comical names for the colors, and the fact that Rhys noticed this about Mallory.

Ms. Kyle wrote a wonderfully moving story filled with sexual chemistry, fun dialogue, and endearing characters that is not to be missed. I highly recommend this book to other readers.

A great story about letting go of past pain and learning to live the life you have now. Mallory was trying to stand up for herself by getting out of the city, and Rhys was so contained on his island that he forgot how to live for anything but work. Oliver was a delight. The grand gesture was perfect and the Sound of Music references were hilarious! (Gotta love Brooke, Mallory's sister!)

When Mallory accepted a job watching four year old Oliver at his father's Island house she had no idea what she was getting herself into. I am such a sucker for books that have kids in them and I thought Oliver was just about the cutest kid ever. The relationship that developed between Oliver and Mallory just enhances the romance between his father Rhys and Mallory and makes it that much sweeter.

I absolutely loved this story. Such a sweet romance even with the twists that just about broke my heart but it was made all better in the end, so all is well.

A sweet and heartwarming romantic story. The writing is subtle and understated in its style but carries a weight of love, joy and understanding. There are no wasted words but the author uses concise language to hone in on the relationship between Rhys and Mallory. Oliver is a joy and a vibrant child just bursting to be heard. Collins is witty and adds layers to to the story.

Mallory tired of living like a bird in a golden cage, accepts a job offer as a Nanny and personal chef to a 4 year old boy living with his father on a reclusive island.
After losing his wife, Rhys moved to a remote island to ensure his sons safety. Having cut himself off from the world, he manages his business from the island, and hardly has any time for his son, hence the need for a nanny.
When Mallory knocks on his door, he fires her on the spot. She makes him want things that he hasn’t felt a need for since his wife’s death, but is persuaded to let her stay till a replacement is found.
The nanny and the reclusive billionaire is a well written story that just seems to flow. The characters are well defined and you can’t help but fall in love with Oliver, the 4 year old boy. Overall a quick read with some steamy romance.
