A lot of hard work and research was put into this book. So it fully deserves a 5 star from me! So glad I had the opportunity to read it!

As with all of the writings by J.P. Moreland this book is very insightful. He traces the logic of the arguments of Scientism and secularism and shows how they are invalid. Then he shows how one must be careful of making similar false arguments for the truth of the Bible. This book should be near the top of anyone's reading list who is serious about using apologetics for evangelism, or defending their beliefs in face of challenges from some skeptics.

This is going to be a classic along the lines of Nancey Pearcey's books and Moreland's previous books.

Moreland does a wonderful job of exposing the phylosophy of Scientism and Secularism, showing how it is self refuting, and giving Christians a good primer on how to counter it.

In a time when many authors keep publishing junk, this is a stand out release.
