Falling Down & Blush is a good fit for readers who enjoy stories about unexpected romantic connections and the journey of self-discovery that can come with them, set against the backdrop of the exciting and unpredictable world of rock music.

This book was well written and good but I did not like the genre and tried my level best to continue reading it because it was too good to stop reading.

This is a fantastic box set and I really liked having all four books in one set. This is a really good well-written series the storyline is good and can be quite emotional at times. I liked the characters and would definitely recommend this series.

The writing was good. From beginning to end it was good. I feel like it was never slow and the more I read the more I wanted.

There were some fun, steamy moments to be had, who hasn't had their own rock star fantasies, but overall this read like fan fiction. Kind of 50 Shades of Grey meets Rick Springfield. Not that there's anything wrong with Rick Springfield.......

The series as a whole is more erotic romance than anything else. There is a plot line that is somewhat endearing, although at times it is raw. Anyone offended by depictions of sex scenes in detail, or cussing, etc. should probably avoid this series.

I actually liked it. There are some things that stretched my suspension of disbelief, but all in all I enjoyed reading about this ragged group and their antics.

No drugs are involved. This is a team of rockers who come from various backgrounds and somehow have merged into being a "family". They all have their issues and we get to enjoy their stories as they mature and reach superstardom.

I really didn't enjoy this series at all! I normally devour rockstar romance books, but I just couldn't get into this at all. Nothing about any of the characters endeared them to me, and they felt kind of one dimensional. There was a lot of words, but still didn't feel like they explained very much.
I struggled through the first book, but gave up around 10 pages into the second.
This was a DNF for me.
Thanks.x

Jesse Kingston is Lucy's hot rock star teenage crush, a chance meeting has them, starting their story. It is raunchy in places. and romps along with lots of twists and turns. It had me laughing out loud in places and blubbing in others. It seemed to touch every one of my nerves. I really enjoyed this book and am looking forward to starting the next one.
Thank you, NetGalley for the opportunity.

Now Rock star Romances are my guilty please and i couldn't wait to devour this series...however after the first book i was left struggling.
Lucy is a young fan girl who gets to meet her rock star crush. yet after an embarrassing encounter she walks away.
Cue 6 years later and Lucy is a well known actor who loves to dance in music videos. Unbeknownst to her she has just been hired to star in Jesse's video and so the romance begins.
While i loved the first half of this book the second half took a nosedive.... I love erotica and sex scenes however, i feel like there was so many in the second half of the book it dragged the story out and really spoiled the whole story.
Some of the characters were so much fun and i couldn't wait to read their own stories but once i started to read i realized i needed to read the second book which focused around Jesse and Lucy.... and i just could do it.!
This book has the ability to be amazing if about 80 pages are removed to make it more fast paced and to the point.
I so wanted to love it...

The Rockstar Series Part One (Books 1-4) is an absolute must! It was such an amazingly wonderful boxset! I fell in love with these characters especially Jesse and Lucy. I have read a lot of books and I have to say this boxset is one of my all time favorites. I can’t wait for more. I am voluntarily leaving my honest review after reading this arc.

I've read each book, individually, and this group of Rockers are addictive, hilarious, engaging, and you just can't stop reading their books. I've enjoyed each one, read each one more than a few times, and hope their stories continue to reach out to others as much as they did me!

Falling Down:
This is one of those books....you know the ones I'm talking about. The ones that you can read over and over and it never gets old. This book is so full of fun, and family, and laughs. It's made up of someone attaining nearly impossible dreams. It's got all of the elements of an epic love story, set in the world of Rockers. What more can you ask for?!?

This story starts with young Lucy. She is on her way to Hollywood, leaving home with her mother, sister, and brother. At the airport, she runs into her CRUSH! We all had them. A movie star, an athlete, a rock star. The one that we know we will never meet, but touches our heart in all the right places. But Lucy runs into him, and there is a spark of...something. Sadly, it's not the right time, and they go their separate ways.

Years go by, and Lucy grows up. She makes it big in Hollywood, but it isn't really what she wants. Everything changes when Lucy and her sister, Sera, get pulled in to do a Rock video. With her CRUSH! Jesse Kingston, and his band Falling Down. The spark is still there. And it catches fire! The heat between Jesse and Lucy is off the charts!

This book is at times sweet, and at other times crazy HOT! Jesse and Lucy are amazing together, and their friends and family are crazy funny! This book was fun to read, and I absolutely loved it to pieces! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a funny read, a rocker read, or just an amazing love story!

Blush:
Blush and Falling Down are on Tour!!!!! This book picks right up where the last one left off. After a drunken Vegas wedding, both bands are hitting the stage hard....and there are lots of surprises headed their way! These two groups are more family than band mates and this leads to some hilarious times on the tour bus.

Jesse, lead singer of Falling Down, has a history of being a.....well lets say he was a playboy and leave it at that. His fans are having a bit of trouble coming to terms with his marriage to Lucy, and Jesse is having a little trouble showing them where that line is that they aren't supposed to cross. This leads to some drama, and some hard feelings. Lucy loves Jesse, and she knows that Jesse loves her too. She just isn't sure that she is good enough for him. But Jesse knows that she is perfect for him, he just has to figure out how to prove it to her.

Jesse, Lucy and their two bands, along with a whole host of "family" run into groupies, crazy family, and more than a few surprises, good and bad, as they set out on the BFD tour. As I read about their antics, there were more than a few times I found myself laughing out loud, gasping in surprise, or crying a couple of tears. I love these guys, and can't wait to find out what comes next!

A Very Xander Christmas:
Told by Xander, this is a novella that is not to be missed! His quirky sense of humor lends a bit of hilarity to the festivities that are Christmas Eve at Casa Falling Down. All of the family is gathered around, exchanging gifts (and insults!) and eating a feast. This book starts with a seriously HOT scene, and ends with a very Xander Christmas poem! This novella gives a bit of an inside look at who Xander is, and also introduces a bit of a mystery......

Amplify:
Oh boy! Here it is! I knew, reading through the first 3 books, there was something big going on with Sera, and that Cage was involved. But I had no clue how huge it was!

Sera is protective, and strong, and loves hard but she had a rough childhood. Her parents were killed by a rival Family, and she found their bodies. That's traumatizing for anyone, and no doubt had a huge impact on her entire life from there on out. I can only imagine how hard it would be to not close out everyone, just to protect her heart. It would totally take an amazing man to break through that wall......

Cage is a mystery. He holds everything close to his chest: his past, his feelings, even parts of his present. But he is pulled to Sera, just as much as she can't resist him. There is no doubt that they belong together. Miscommunication, lack of trust and an evil traitor work to keep them apart.

This book is as sad as it is exciting. There were tears shed at times, and quite a few places that had my heart beating fast. My emotions were all over the place, just the way I like it! IMHO, a book isn't good if I don't feel it! And I definitely felt this one! Sera's emotions were so real, I could feel them. This was a book that the author must have put her heart and soul into, and that's what separates a good book from an excellent one!

I have never heard of this author. Took a chance really on this book series. I mean really? Who doesn't like rockstar romances. They are seriously hot ESPECIALLY if you have an author who can do the writing and characters justice! This author true to her craft did well!! All the characters stood side by side and didn't overshadow each other. They are strong characters and were taken on a ride of music, love, death, heartache and break, and happily ever afters. Enjoyed the playlists and the music accompaniment. It was a well rounded story. Loved it and will definitely read the next books in this series. I just have to know about Cage and Kennedy and Jace! Trace is still there, but I have a feeling Cage's past has something to do with a certain redhead!! Let's see if I am right!! Get these books! You won't be disappointed!!! 👌👌👌👌

I received this ARC from the publisher via Net Galley at my request for an honest review. These opinions are my own. Thank you Net Galley!!

Falling Down (Rockstar #1)
Lucy was this perfect girl who is an award winning actress and who is not only beyond beauty but extremely nice. Ever since she was young she has had this crush on rockstar Jesse Kingston who she fortunately meets in an airport and she actually gets to talk to him. Even at her young age they seem to some sort of connection. A few years later Lucy actually gets to do a video with Jesse and that connection that was felt earlier is not only there but now they are able to build on it.

Lucy and Jesse’s story was something that I had to keep reading and I am looking forward to the second in this series to come out!! Not only did Ms. Mercier do such a good job with them that the supporting characters were great to read about as well. All of the different personalities meshed really well. There were many times that you not only felt your heart break a little but I was laughing out loud at some of the things said. I have to say again that I really liked this book & cannot wait for the second one.

Blush #2
Dreams do come true just ask Lucy. When she marries her teenage rock star crush and he loves her like no other and your career that you only dreamed of is taking off like gang busters and you are surrounded by people who love you and make you laugh, what could go wrong?! Well how about keeping your husband’s groupies in their place and being the granddaughter of a mafia boss brings its own kind of trouble.

Another great story on Lucy and Jesse with all of the sexiness you’d expect, great concerts, humor, and unexpected suspense.

A Very Zander Christmas #3
The first Christmas together with both bands and all of the people they love in Zander’s POV. “Zan my man” has to be one of my favorites. He is sexy with a sense of humor that has me actually laughing out loud much of the time…when he’s not melting my panties off!!

This is a great quick and fun read with their spin on the Christmas spirit!!

Amplified #4
A great rock series with a mafia twist coming full force. Cage was the man in music that had many famous bands under his label and he has been front in center in all of this Rockstar series books. Sera has had a thing for Cage for a long time but even after their one amazing night together she believes he is still seeing Carina. Sera is good at running and Lucy is her one main stay and she knows she can trust her above all else.

What is Cage hiding beneath that fine business man’s suit with all of his power and sexiness? He wields power in more than just the music business. I loved Cage and Sera’s story and can’t wait to see what’s in store next for everyone.

I fell in love with this series on page one. The characters, the plots, all of it! I loved Xander the most! I also loved how she paid homage to her friends and fellow writers. Sometimes it did feel a bit kitchen sink feel- movies stars, models, rock stars, the mob, attempted murder, lots of sex- lots and lots of sex- oh my.... I can't wait to read the rest of this series!

4.5 STARS!!!
These are the first books I've read from this author and I absolutely enjoyed it. The characters were captivating and they had me laughing throughout this series. You can't help but loved these characters because they are so entertaining. I absolutely loved the chemistry and bond between them; they were a great group of friends, siblings and lovers. This was a steamy read and when it came to sex, there was no holding back anything. I think all readers that enjoy a good rockstar romance read will enjoy this set of books. I can't wait to have more of these characters.
