Good book with good advice for dealing with things in the workplace. In my opinion, some of the suggestions can be used outside of work. Very easy read,,Good advice. Thanks to Netgalley, the author and the publisher for the arc of this book in return for my honest review. Receiving the book in this manner had no bearing on my review.

Short and sweet, full of actionable advice to help you talk to people at work--or anywhere, really. I truly think books like these are rare because often great advice is bogged down in too much lead-in or explanation. This is a great addition to any business or communication collection.

This book would be helpful for anyone looking to project confidence and build connections, not just at work but in their personal lives as well. The title may turn away some people who could really benefit from it, just because it seems like it's about networking, but it's much broader and more applicable than that.

Generally useful and helpful tips and advice on how to present your best self and deal with common problems (and problem people) at work. It was easy to read and used lots of real-world examples to drive home the points. There were a couple things I didn't really agree with - especially the gender-based stereotypes referred to throughout the book! Regardless, this is a useful book for both employees and bosses.
