I didn’t buy anything in this book. I didn’t buy that a woman was going to open a store to sell the hats she designs in some small town in upstate New York and thinks she can make a living at it. I didn’t buy that she’d meet two strangers who basically give her a space for her store for free. I didn’t buy that she’d meet this grumpy, uncommunicative guy and hound him everyday until they both fall in love with each other without knowing much of anything about the other. And I didn’t buy the big coincidental twist (that was pretty easy to predict from about middle of the book). But if you want to suspend all that disbelief, you’ll enjoy this book.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book that I received from Netgalley; however, the opinions are my own and I did not receive any compensation for my review.

This was a really good read - I’m not usually a fan of translated titles, and I would have preferred that to have been noted somewhere before I had requested, but I really enjoyed this book. It even made me want to open my very own hat shop. This is such a wonderful read and it’s one I would definitely recommend,
