"The Life You Want" by Brigitte Novalis is an inspiring and insightful book that offers readers a roadmap to achieving a happy and fulfilling life. Novalis, a life coach and personal development expert, draws upon her extensive experience to provide practical advice and strategies for readers who are seeking to transform their lives.

The book is divided into three parts, each focusing on a different aspect of personal growth. Part One explores the importance of identifying one's values and setting goals that are aligned with those values. Novalis emphasizes the need for readers to take a holistic approach to goal-setting, considering not only their career aspirations but also their relationships, health, and spiritual wellbeing.

Part Two of the book delves into the mindset shifts that are necessary to achieve one's goals. Novalis explains that many of us hold limiting beliefs that prevent us from reaching our full potential. She offers strategies for identifying and challenging these beliefs, as well as practical tips for cultivating a growth mindset.

In Part Three, Novalis focuses on the importance of taking action and making changes in our lives. She provides readers with a range of tools and techniques for overcoming obstacles and staying motivated on the path towards achieving their goals.

Overall, I found "The Life You Want" to be a highly engaging and practical guide to personal development. Novalis writes in a clear and accessible style, making complex concepts easy to understand and apply. The book is filled with exercises and examples that help readers to put the ideas into practice, and the author's warm and encouraging tone is both supportive and motivating.

I would recommend "The Life You Want" to anyone who is seeking to make positive changes in their life, whether it be in their career, relationships, health, or personal growth. This book is an excellent resource for anyone who wants to live a happy and fulfilling life, and I believe that readers will find it to be an invaluable guide on their journey towards personal transformation.

This is a really fun and uplifting read. The concepts presented are not new--the author focuses a lot on the Law of Attraction, but she uses an innovative presentation technique...the entire book is essentially a conversation between a teacher and a skeptical student. The student is a stand-in for the reader, and by presenting the subject matter in this way, the author makes it very relatable and understandable. The student asks the questions that often pass through our minds when we read about these concepts...here, the teacher answers the questions and provides examples, or walks the student (and the reader) through an exercise or a metaphor. It's a very quick read, and one of the more enjoyable books about this subject matter I've read. I struggled a bit in the beginning to identify whether the teacher or student was speaking, but within a few pages, I got familiar with each "voice" and could easily identify the "speaker".

This was a quick, fast paced read for me that offered a great perspective on life. It was very easy to read and understand, which I appreciated. The topics were simple but the author provided a fresh and exciting take on them. I will be certain to take what I learned from it and apply it to my life going forward! Great read.
