OMG! Ahhh this was fabulous.

This was the sweetest and shortest book I have read by this author. It was that short I'm not even sure what I should read. It that kind of sweet tooth sweet, this is the kind of book I LOVE. Like 691 Locations on the kindle. lol PERFECT before bed read!

What an adorable quick and sexy read! Another sorority sister is set to auction off her virginity… but woops, that’s been gone for a while. Who will know? Really? That train of thought is a bit silly to me! There are ways men can tell… such as the blood left behind or the “wall” that puts the breaks on. But that was the only thing that made me roll my eyes out of wonder. Otherwise, K. Webster rocked this book to the fullest! I love the way Mrs. Webster writes… how she creates a story with her amazing characters. I loved Dallas and Vivi! I’d love more of their story!

Vivi isn't a virgin and she hopes the person who bids on her doesn't realize it. Oops, it's her brother's best friend and he's the one she gave herself to 3 years ago. Dallas let her go because he didn't want to hold her back from her dreams, but he's never forgotten and won't let anyone else have her now.

Loved this meant to be together short steamy story.

Vive went to her father with tears and asked him for a large amount of money to help. But he tells her no that she will figure it out.Her father suggested a car wash but that wouldn’t begin to help Shane. Recovery and physical therapy , find temporary homes for two hundred animals and rebuild a facility.. Vivi was Vivi wanted to help those in need after the a horrible fire. Vivi’s society sister Jess’s fireman brother Shane had been burned severely in the awful blaze. Not to mention the complete and utter destruction of the facility that housed two hundred animals. Shane had a long road to recovery and the medical bills are ridiculously expensive. Vivi came up with the idea of auctioning off their virginity. The bid was to start at ten thousand . She knew the whole virginity auction was risky but a lot was at stake. The risk was what they signed up for because Shane’s medical issues weren’t going to disappear. In order not to get caught they spent hours on a solid plan . N o real names that way way they don’t get caught for a prostitute if the cops somehow catch hold to this auction. Jesse setup everything under the Shane Miller foundation.The bidders know what they are bidding on but when they or they make the transfer it will be disguised as donations for the foundation. Vive named herself as Smiles. But her virginity is a lie she gave that up to a jerk she thought she loved. But love isn’t love when it’s one sided. She goes to her brother Nolan’s facebook for a picture where she really smiles. Then she looks at the picture he is in it but she will block him out. It has almost been three in a half years but she still gets a thrill from Dallas’s face-Nolan's best friend at the time. The girls at the sorority pride themselves on pledging to abstinence and giving back to the community. Several of the girls are virgins including Jesse But she is willing to auction it off for her brother Shane. They already had bids for thousands. Vive feels she is not good fitting in college. In HS she was the Queen of the school and everyone loved her. But the summer before college all that shattered right along with her heart. Four years ago - Dallas tells Vivi he’ll race her to the pond. Her brother Nolan is making out with his girl Leah. When things got awkward Dallas asked Vivi to go for a walk. Dallas makes Vivi laugh and always had since Vivi was a kid. She pined for a man who wouldn’t touch her because of the bro code. Vivi had crushed on Vivi as long as she could remember. But tonight was different, Dallas was different. Then after awhile he tells her Nolan is going to kill him and when Vivi asked why And Dallas said for this and kissed her. Dallas has the ability to stop her world. With one smile he was stripping her and Dallas took her virginity and Vivi gave it willingly to the person she loved. They had the night then the next day then he told her he had things he wanted to do and see. He said how he was going back to college nad his life was too busy for a relationship . The cold uncaring way Dallas told Vivi tore her apart and he completely crushed her with his words. Vivi had been trying to pull herself back together every since. Claudia told Vivi sbid.he had the biggest bid. Vivi thought there had to be a mistake.. Vivi wanted to back out but Jesse pleaded with her eyes said OK as the bid was twenty two thousands dollars and five thousand extra if it happened that night by Orion2015. Vivi starts to freak out but calms herself as she thinks it is only one night for a lot of monet. Vivi went to the diner where they were to meet . Her sorority sisters were scattered around the diner to protect her. Aman comes to her and escorts her to a limo takes her purse and shuts her door and doesn’t get in. Vivi figures she will be tortured and die. Then the limo eventually stops, she is taken out of the car by a built guy with a mask over his face and Vivi starts fighting him Dallas knew he had pushed Vivi to this point, the girl he loved would have never sold her body for money.But the Vivi he had taken her virginity then abandoned her three in a half years ago apparently would, Dallas thinks back Dallas had wanted to settle down with Vivi but Nolan had found out and forced Dallas to walk away when he said Vivi wanted to do things and travel the world.Nolan didn’t want to see her turn into their mothers unfulfilling lives so Dallas let her go but after that their friendship was over. Nolan went his way to be a cop and Dallas went on to build his online tech companr0 Orion Enterprises with his partner Sean.
This was a great novella and I absolutely loved it. This wasn’t lacking in anything. I loved Dallas and Vivi and how they interacted together. I loved Vivi’s kindness that she was willing to do anything to help a person in such a desperate situation as well as worry about all the animals and their needs even if she wanted to back out while she started to freak out she still went through with it. . I loved how Vivi got her HEA. Also Dallas got his HEA. I happily found nothing to criticize in this book. . I loved the plot and pace. I lived the characters and the ins and outs of this book and I highly recommend it.

This short is very steamy and fun. This second chance romance offers lots of emotion and sweetness. I loved Vivi and Dallas! This is a delightful and refreshing read for when you are short on time, just want a quick steamy treat or need a romantic pick me up!

If you've read K. Webster before you know she gets right to the point and her books are sometimes short and sweet. Sometimes that's exactly what you need.
This is kind of a second change romance. Vivi is helping a friend in need, but somehow ends up dealing with part of her past that she's never moved on from.
She's a shell of a person she was, but a still a good person.
Like I said if you're looking for one that hits all the marks, but is short and sweet this one is perfect!

Ok little short read. It especially over and done with in a flash. I really didn’t like the reason he left her it felt kind of lame. Then to make up with the brother like nothing happened just didn’t flow for me. I am getting tired of the “ I am doing this for your own good,” plot it drives me up the wall. Short sweet read with no drama at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by the time I finished Bidding For Keeps. There was real emotion thrown in to what I though was going to be a quick read. Vivi is auctioning off her virginity to help her friend with her family’s medical bills, what happens next was fun and fast paced. Good for a quick light read.

I ended up liking this one a lot more than I thought I would! It was short and sweet, and just what I was needing after several duds, and another that was emotionally draining. Actually, it wasn’t sweet. It was steamy. REALLY steamy. And I liked it.

Vivienne had been in love with her older brother’s best friend for years. They spent one wonderful night together in the back of his truck, under the stars. But the next day Dallas broke her heart by telling her it was just a one-night fling.

Fast forward three and a half years and Vivi is in college, trying to raise funds for a sorority sister’s brother who was injured fighting a fire at an animal shelter. They are also raising money to find new homes for the 200 animals that were displaced, and to rebuild the shelter. Their brilliant money-raising plan is to auction off their virginity. (Okay, so there are parts of this novella that are a little on the ridiculous side.) When someone bids $20,000 for a night with her, and then a bonus $5000 for that night, she has second thoughts, but wants to do her part for the cause.

Turns out, Dallas is now rich, and has been keeping tabs on Vivi, biding his time until he could claim her for good. What I liked about Dallas? He’s a little alpha, but not over the top. He is truly remorseful for the pain he caused Vivi, and is generous with his apology. AND, he’s not a big manwhore during their separation.

So yes, this story is a little ridiculous. A little light in plot development. But there was also no ridiculous drama. It was a quick, entertaining read. But you know what? That’s what I was told I was going to get in the synopsis, so that’s what I was expecting. I enjoyed it quite a bit, and it didn’t disappoint.

Vivi is in a sorority and when her father won’t help one of her sister’s family in need she will do whatever it takes to help raise money. She plans to sell of her virginity. The only problem is that she already gave it away. When Dallas, they guy who took her virginity shows up will her secret be revealed? This is a fast-paced read with entertaining characters and a fun story. I liked the characters and their chemistry, just wish it was longer. I liked it.

A second chance romance Bidding for Keeps is book 1 in the multi author series Sorority Secrets. I like Dallas and Vivi and their reason for parting is one many can relate to. Short, sweet and forever made this a good short read and start to this series.

Fun, quick read that I really enjoyed. It was definitely hot and I wanted more. I would definitely read a full story for this. I love second chance stories and K. Webster never disappoints.

Simply put, Bidding for Keeps, by K. Webster, was not for me. It’s my first time reading this author, and the book’s summary didn’t really hint at what the content would be. Vivi goes to her wealthy father for a donation after her friend’s brother has been injured in a fire. When he refuses to donate, she decides to auction off her (non-existent) virginity to the highest bidder. She’s only had sex once, with her brother’s best friend, and the next day he broke her heart. It’s only a tiny lie, and the winning bidder will never know, or so she thinks. Her past has come back to haunt her, and it’s not her virginity he’s after.

I wasn’t really drawn in by Vivi’s story or Dallas’s. I had trouble believing that Vivi hadn’t moved on with her life 3 and a half years after her night with Dallas, or that he broke her heart so thoroughly that her personality did a complete 180. I understood how it could affect relationships with men, but not with women, especially considering she was in a sorority. As for Dallas, it didn’t make sense that he stayed away from Vivi for so long, especially after his friendship with her brother fell apart.

But my biggest problem with the story was how Dallas manhandled Vivi. It was way too rough in my opinion. Perhaps I was supposed to find it sexy or caring or tender in some cases, but I just didn’t. It felt possessive, rough, and scary. He bound her by the wrists with rope, arms tied over head until she could only touch the floor with her tiptoes, and this was in his barn. He grabs her by the throat. The examples are numerous, and it just made me feel so wrong.

I also had trouble with some of the word choices. Sex is a tricky thing to write for any author and to read for that matter. We all have our preferences. Mine didn’t mesh with Webster’s.

I hated how Dallas described love: “Love bubbles and hisses and spills over like an angry volcano until it’s exploding and decimating everything else in its path. Love is chaos and unrest. Love is a motherfucking disaster. But it’s so goddamn beautiful.” This quote describes the relationship between the MCs. If you like this idea, this was a quick story with a lot of sex and it might just be right up your alley. It just wasn’t for me.

Bidding for keeps is a second chance romance with hit sex scenes and finding the love of your life. Dallas and Vivi had one night together before he pushed her away. Now 3 years later with a virginity auction to help a friend in need...Viv will be forced to face her past.

Dallas may have made a poor choice in letting Vivi go but hes bidding for keeps jow and will stop at nothing to have her back. It was hot and sweet and quick to read. Enjoyed this one alot.

Quick saucy read! Perfect for in between heavy reads or to get your mojo going! I loved how both were the only ones they had. It fit for the premise of the book!

K Webster always manages to pull you in from the start of a book and doesn't let go.
Though I found this book very short it was a great read. it will be as it is a novella K always gets so much into the story without it feeling rushed.

Another great read from this author.

I saw the series of Sorority Secrets about the girls auctioning of their virginity to help a sister in need. This one is about Vivi and Dallas. Vivi wants to help out by auctioning of her virginity. Minor detail: she is no longer a virgin, because four years ago she gave this up to Dallas. But since he his disappeared from her life ever since, who is to know that she is no longer a virgin?
Certainly not her mysterious bidder, right? But why does he feels so familiar??? Short and sweet story. Nice one to start with reading the Sorority Secret series. Four out of five stars from me and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.
