I enjoyed this one so much I grabbed it up and listened to it in audio. Gabe is a television personality in Savannah to record an episode of his series when he spies a woman at the fireworks and has to meet her. The meeting is the perfect meet-cute with him getting hit in the face with her equipment but Lillie Jameson makes up for it. These two have instant chemistry and it continues to grow, even when Gabe's producer contacts Lillie out of the blue to get her on contract as the sound person for the show. How is that going to work when they obviously have feelings? Add in the crazy family with the sister and precious toddler and don't forget the parrot, The General, who has the biggest personality of all and who can not only mimic but has an answer to everything. This story just kept building and I didn't want it to end. Perfection and a high recommendation from me.

Honestly this sounded super-fun and unique! It lives on in my forever, Neverending TBR, where great books go — not to die, but to languish.

I've been trying to go back to my older books in my Netgalley TBR and my reading preferences have changed so much that I couldn't make it very far in this one. Just wasn't quite working out for me. I got to about 40%, but had to put it down. Thank you for the opportunity to read the book and I apologize for the inconvenience.

I was eager to dive into Do You Feel It Too? after enjoying previous books by Nicola Rendell and went in with high hope. For the most part, I loved this. It was a quick and easy read, one that had me laughing in many places, but it wasn’t quite everything I had expected it to be.

As adorable and funny as the story was, there were a few things that pulled me out of the story with this one. It was little things about the romance and the way the male lead acted, things that most would be able to overlook, but these details pulled me out of the fun I was having with the story. I went from laughing out loud to wanting to jump ahead to the next bit of fun. Add in the fact that the ending was a bit too easy for me, and the five-star potential of this one ended up being a four-star read. It was certainly fun, but it wasn’t quite everything I had wanted from it.

All in all, this is well worth the read for anyone looking for a laugh-out-loud romance. It’s not my favourite from the author, but it was fun.

I loved the characters and the storyline development of this book. It was absolutely one of my favorites so far and I can't wait to delve in to the next one that this author writes. The storyline was simple, enjoyable, and entertaining.

I enjoyed this book but I've gotta say it was kinda porn with very little plot.

I think I would have enjoyed it more without all the rampant sex scenes, and I'm no prude, but there was a lot of them.

I especially loved The General and his interactions with Gabe!!

This book just wasn't for me, I didn't love either of the main characters and couldn't understand their motivation so I never got invested in either of them.

I enjoyed this book very much. I've read a few of Nicola's books in the past and this was definitely a good read. These characters were great for each other. Lily and Gabe were so funny and these two were so steamy together. He was an unassuming hero, handsome in his own way but the more Lily described him, he became the perfect guy.

There were parts of this that I loved, they were so sweet and made me swoon - the sweet epilogue, their first meeting, the flirty banter. But I never fully connected for some reason, I couldn't get a real feel for who they are.

It's well written and a good story. I may actually reread it and see if I get a better connection.

DNF @ 55%

I made it quite far in this book and I was absolutely loving everything about it until I just lost interest. I got...bored and stopped wanting to continue on. I haven't been able to pinpoint why, but there just stopped being a draw to read more of their love story and I haven't wanted to pick it back up since I started it in October of 2018. I think at this point it's better to let it go as I can't see myself picking it up again, but I'm sure many others have read and enjoyed it many times over.

Gabe was mesmerized by Lily’s beauty from the moment he saw her at the park. As the fireworks exploded in the sky during the 4th of July celebration, he knew that fate and luck had sent her to him and that she was the woman he had been searching for all of his life. He was thankful that he had come to Savannah to shoot new episodes of his adventure/travel show and he hoped that Lily would be willing to show him around.

Lily was born and raised in Savannah and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Her life, job and family are here and that was enough for her. Until Gabe steamrolled into her life leaving her panting with want and daydreaming about his sexy smile and hot body. He was a world traveler who lived out of a backpack and she was a homebody who never went anywhere.

Lily needs to decide if Gabe means enough to her to change her life and take a chance on love. They have more in common than she realized and love is more important than any differences they may have. Gabe had traveled the world and met many people but in beautiful and sultry Savannah, he had found his home. Lily always dreamed of traveling but it took Gabe and his devotion to her to make her realize that he would keep her safe on their journey together.

I loved everything about this book. The sexiness of Gabe and the playful shyness of Lily is a volatile combination. They are a hot and romantic couple who I couldn’t get enough of and I wanted their story to go on forever. This is the first time I have read a book by Nicola Rendell and it most definitely will not be my last. It deserves more than five stars and I am confident that everyone will love it

I've read a few of Ms Rendell's books. I enjoyed all that I've read, Hail Mary, Professed and Confessed.
I need to read Shimmy Bang Sparkle-that looks fun.
This is 1st person POV alternating Gabe & Lily.
It starts of with Gabe catching sight of Lily during 4th of July fireworks. Talk about a meet cut.
The calamity that ensued. Fortunately, there were some seriously steamy moment. All.throughout.the book. Yes. Gabe & Lily have some chemistry.
Gabe is the stranger in town. Savannah is Lily's hometown. She knows "everyone" and "everyone" knows her.
I love the scenes with the supporting characters: Aunt Jennifer: Lily's family at the Secret Ingredient BBQ restaurant; Lily's sister Daisy & her cutie pie nephew Ivan (pronounced the Russian way E-von), I especially loved "The General" -I'd say he steals every scene. Gabe's goal is to get along with The General. I wont say much more, but he's very devoted to Lily and to little Ivan.
* I also listened on audio as well!
I enjoyed Rock Engle in Gabe's parts. He has a rich, sexy voice. CJ Bloom is very good as Lily.
Gabe is a world traveler and Lily is content with her little corner of the world. What to do? What to do?
Savannah, GA is a character itself. Sex and the city of the South.
I had so much damn fun reading this book.
When there's instant attraction/spark in a story, I LOVE it when there's time spent on developing the RELATIONSHIP. These two. I was so shocked that this little surprise was right there waiting for me to enjoy. I will definitely keep this as a reread (there are so few of them that I want to reread).
Another favorite author of mine, Penny Reid, talks about smart romance. That's what this is.
The ending is so good. I would love even more into the future, but I'm greedy.
I love stories set in the South. This is easily 5 stars. If you haven't gotten into audio, try the kindle book. The writing is so good. Not just metaphors typed out, but wonderful narrative. The dialogue is funny and full of heart. Lily has a moment of truth and Gabe knows what (who) he wants.

LOVED it! Honestly, I love everything Ms. Rendell writes.

Her voice totally works for me and I love her male MCs. Gabe especially was a delicious alpha but was sweet and tender as well. Lily was such a fantastic character and I loved her sister Daisy and nephew, Ivan too. I'd really love to read more this world, Daisy definitely needs an HEA.

Sorry, Gabe and Lily, the General stole the spotlight. Even though y'all made a wonderful couple and I enjoyed your adventures in ghost hunting, Fuss and Feathers had me rolling with laughter. I'm just wondering how I can find a friend like him. As you can tell I really enjoyed reading this book. It is my first book by Nicola Rendell and I love her style of writing. I can't wait to start reading all her books.
I love that Lily is from the South and all of her cute Southern Bell ways. But that Yankee suitor is in for a challenge. Do You Feel It Too? You will if you get this book because it has ALL the FEELS.

I just could not get into this book. The description was really interesting and it was well written. But I could not get a real feel for the characters.

Do You Feel It Too? By Nicola Rendell was a fabulous read! There were so many elements to it, that I completely fell in love with.

Gabe and Lily are two characters, who, no matter how they meet (uncomfortably), are able to win the hearts of readers everywhere. Right from the very beginning, these two characters, have something unmistakable about their chemistry. They are drawn to each other unlike they have ever been drawn to anyone in their past.

The plot of this novel, definitely kept me intrigued and surprised. When I first read the synopsis for this novel, I knew that the book was going to be something special. I don’t recall every reading a book with this plot line, and with the amount of detail that Nicola was able to include in her writing.

Nicola never fails to write an unputdownable read, that will constantly leave you wanting so much more!! I highly encourage everyone to take a chance with this novel.
4.5/5 Stars

Love Will Change Their World

4.5Stars of totally explosive, undeniable chemistry and attraction! Gabe and Lily were meant to be!

She's a small town girl. Everyone knows her and loves her. She has that southern charm and girl next door vibe. She works as a sound technician and lives in a shared house with her sister, nephew and her bird, The General.

The General is my absolute favorite pet of any story. OMG! Hilarious and just awesome!

Gabe is the host of his own show about uncovering monster myths like Loch Ness, Big Foot and also investigates claims of hauntings. He travels all over the world to visit and record experiences of haunted houses, which is how he finds himself in Savannah with the beautiful Lily.

Gabe is all alpha male and dirty talking irresistible sexiness. Lily is girl next door until you get her behind closed doors and her dirty girl unleashes! Gabe likes to push her boundaries and the results are EXPLOSIVE!

The two fell fast and hard. However, their lives are literally worlds apart. He's a tv host, travels all over the world for his job and most eligible bachelor and she's just a small town girl living job to job. These two will have to bridge their worlds to find their Happily Ever After. But when you find the other half of your soul, any sacrifice makes it worth it. And maybe you'll just find where you were always meant to be.

5 It’s Getting Hot In Here Stars!!!

I know when I pick up a book by Ms. Rendell I’m going to get a story that is everything I look for in a romance….Hot Alpha Male, Check, Sexy, Smart and Sassy Heroine, Check, Squirm In My Seat Sex, Check, check and triple check!!!

Gabe is a ghost-hunter that’s in Savannah researching ghosts and when he literally runs into Lily he knows his world has changed…unfortunately Lily wasn’t quite on the same page with him…yet!! Leave it to a man that is goal driven and knows how to talk dirty to get the girl in his bed!! It also helps that as a sound engineer Lily is just the person that can help with his latest project.

There’s also a third main character in this book and it’s Lily’s roommate, The General…a cocky and beautiful African Gray Parrot! And he’s VERY protective of “his” girl which leads to some laugh out loud moments!! The more of this book that I read, the more I loved it. These two are definitely quite the pair. I adore how Gabe brought out a side of Lily I don’t think she even realized was hiding beneath the surface.

This book moves at a rapid pace and given what these two are doing, looking for ghosts, it makes perfect sense. It’s definitely an insta-love kind of book. Quite frankly if I had a Gabe that’s as perfect as Gabe Powers, I’d do anything I could to keep him with me too!! But the fact that they both feel the connection they have, there’s nothing to do but to be together forever!
