I have been introduced to so many new and amazing authors this year and Nicola Rendell is the latest! Do You Feel It Too? is my first novel by Rendell but it certainly won’t be my last. This book is swoon-worthy! Right from the beginning you are drawn to main characters, Lily and Gabe.

I am a character driven reader, if I can’t connect with the characters then I have a really difficult time getting through the book. This book was a breeze. The characters are so entertaining. I found Gabe’s career as a TV show host really interesting. I don’t think I’ve ever read a book with a “ghost hunting” angle and I think it added a really neat element to the story. The first encounter between the characters showed immediate chemistry and I couldn’t wait to see where this story took them. Lily was such a sweet character and instantly likeable. (I wouldn’t mind if we saw more of those secondary characters in a future book as well!!)

This book has a little bit of everything, it will make you laugh and might even get you blushing at some points. The story was so well paced and I never found myself getting bored or skimming through the pages. My only issue with the book was that I found the ending to be a bit abrupt and I felt like readers needed a bit more (or maybe that’s me just not wanting to let go of these characters!) If you are looking for an adorable romance that’s sure to put a smile on your face then I highly recommend this one!

P.S. This book is currently on Kindle Unlimited for all you KU users!

Do You Feel It Too? was a charming and humorous small town romance. Both Lily and Gabe drew me in from their first meeting where they started off with quite the bang.

Lily was such a sweet and quirky small town girl. Fun and loyal she is loved by all those that know her and quite content with her life. Gabe is her complete opposite. An adventureseeker who has a constant itch to see new places. When he landed in Georgia little did he realize how much appeal there was to small town life.

I enjoyed the witty banter between these two as the sparks literally ignited anytime they were near. The secondary characters added another enjoyable layer to this story. From the gut busting antics of the General, Daisy and her love for Southern history and the adorable Ivan I'm hoping to see more of these characters in the future.

If you're looking for a sweet, steamy and entertaining read then Do You Feel It Too? is just the thing.

I still remember when one of my good friends told me about Nicola Rendell's book Shimmy Bang Sparkle - I read it and LOVED it - review here ;) I knew then that I would be a fan of hers for life. She writes really sexy rom-coms that have you laughing until your stomach is sore but also has you on the edge of your seat with angst and emotions. This one was no different, and I would like to go even further and say that it's my favorite by her so far! The setting is Savannah, and Gabe Powers comes to this city in Georgia to investigate some paranormal and haunted sights. He runs into Lily, and by this, I mean literally-runs-into-her - it's a hilarious moment and then next day, he learns that his boss has hired her to help with the sound on the show. They end up working together, and maybe neglecting the non-fraternization clause. There are many sexy moments, but Gabe is incredibly sweet with Lily and he's the kind of guy that rolls with the punches. Lily has this crazy parrot that is a bit intense and she also helps her sister by babysitting her nephew quite often. Things that may hinder dates, Gabe just takes on and embraces? Seriously, seeing her manage the parrot and babysit at one point in the book was just *heart eyes emoji* everywhere. I loved seeing them fall in love with one another and get out of their comfort zones. Lily has a fear of flying and that's addressed in the story as well. I loved that it was more than simply finding your person, because it was also about finding out where you belong. Absolutely loved this book. It had me smiling the entire time while reading it. I am already looking forward to what Rendell writes next and in the meantime, I'm going to go and read her backlist to tide me over until the next one!

"Do You Feel It Too?" is a lighthearted and quirky love story. I found the premise of the story to be quite different than your typical romance novels. The scenes between the characters showed the extent of the chemistry between the two and it was well written. The book could have also done without the wrinkle thrown into the story at the end.

For starters...Nicola is totaly new author for me, so I wasn't sure what should I expect. Of course I've done my own research... but still I have no idea on what kind of journey Do You Feel it too ? will take me.

After reading Nicola's book I can honestly say that I like it very much. Till first pages I could dive in this book so fast, I was hopelessly devouring every page... every word.  I'm feeling so happy that Fo You Feel it to ?  was so suprising,  it this good way story, that I gave Nicola chance.

Without any doubt I can recomend this book to every people who love to read about celebrities... ... passion and HEA in the end.

Lilly and Gabe are really... entertaining together 😉 Nicola describe their story in  amazing way. It couldn't be possible not to love them since the begining. They very deffferent .... but when I looked closely.... they were so perfect together. Their chemistry is like real dynamite, humor will make readers  laugh more than once. Maybe Gabe is alpha with full force, maybe Lily could be to sassy sometimes but still... Gabe  is the sweetest to Lily, who couldn't be more ideal girl for him .... They both melted my heart ❤

Readers, don't wait to much, go and meet Gabe and Lily, don't waste You time !

Lily, a small business owner meets her match when a handsome TV star comes to town looking to capture urban legends on film. But it is said TV star, Gabe, who is literally knocked off his feet upon meeting Lily.

A talking parrot known as The General only adds to this clever and original story and made me howl with laughter at his crazy antics and how, Lily had to “handle” him and his behavior.

With a refreshing storyline and wonderful, colorful characters, I found that I couldn't wipe the smile off my face while reading this fantastic story.

Every interaction and description in the book was captured in a way that it almost felt whimsical and magical and brought the story into a depth that made this reader feel even more connected and fall deeper into the story as I continued to read.

Reading this book transported me into another world where nothing else existed except the story between Gabe and Lily.

This book was so incredible, I could only wish for it to be put up onto the big screen to view it as it unfolded because I just could not get enough!

I have to say, if men like Gabe Powers really do exist, like the ghosts he is chasing...it makes this skeptic want to believe!

As Always, Happy Reading!

WOW! I have never read a Nicola Rendell book but that might just need to be remedied. As a girl who grew up obsessed with Indiana Jones and urban legends, this book was pure gold! Where do I even begin....

Gabe and Lily. These two are dynamite. I am usually not a fan of insta-lust romances but I feel the need to make an exception for this one. Gabe is my dream guy. He travels around the world, exploring new places and cultures, taking myths and legends and revealing the truth. So, he is basically a modern, sexy insanely famous version of Indiana Jones. Everything about him is perfect. But I digress....

Opposites attract they say. It is amazing how true that is in this book. Whereas Gabs is confident and every moving, Lily is cautious and rooted. These two seem to be a one time passing fancy, but Nicola weaves their emotions together in such a way that you cannot truly understand one without the other. Their chemistry is sizzling and it blooms into an inferno of feeling and connection.

This story is hot. I didn't expect such a steamy level straight off the bat but it wouldn't work any other way. These two are drawn in a pure carnal way that breeds a deep understanding and love. I may have blushed, but damn, these two. Couple goals! Add in a psychotic yet lovable General, Lily's family, and Mark Markowitz, and you have a well rounded cast of characters to fill the gaps! If you love alphas, adventure, and romance, I would recommend you give Do You Feel It Too? a try.

Urban-Legend hunter and TV star Gabe Powers is in Savannah to investigate haunted houses. He does not expect to fall for his sexy new sound engineer.

Lily wants to stick to that annoying code of conduct policy she signed. Gabe is not having it. It is impossible to keep their hands off each other. Lily knows this is temporary. Her life is in Savannah and she is just filling in for Gabe’s show. Gabe will soon be off on his next adventure and she will be left behind.

I really liked these two together. I liked the good girl side of Lily getting down and dirty with Gabe. I thought she was a sweet and fun character.

It is not long before feelings are involved and they both have to make some decisions about their future. Will Lily run off and see the world with Gabe? Or will her fears keep her rooted in Savannah?

You know that old cliché about meeting someone’s eyes from across a crowded room and boom it’s love? Gabe has a similar experience when he first sees Lily. Except it is outside and there is kind of a boom but not in the way he expected.

Gabe Powers is the star of his own reality TV show, he travels all over the world seeking out adventure. I guess he could be called an adrenaline junkie but the content of his shows is all about unearthing the truth and at times dispelling myths. For now he has been content with his life but he has never really laid down roots anywhere.

Lily lives next door to her sister, who is a single mum to her gorgeous son Ivan. She has her own audio/sound business and is just getting by. She loves what she does and being close by to her sister and nephew. Right from when she was a young child she has been a curious thing, asking lots of questions and at times a bit of an over-thinker.

When Lily meets Gabe she has no idea of his fame or background, all she sees is this incredibly handsome man. Like, take a big gulp of air handsome because she almost forgets to breathe. Gabe spotted Lily from a distance that he was quick to close. There is something about this girl that draws all of his attention and seeing as he is in town for a while he is determined to get to know her.

When Gabe’s Producer hires a new sound engineer for his latest project on ghosts in some of the older Savannah buildings, he is surprised to find out that it is Lily. This could not have worked better, it’s like fate is pushing them together and both of them can feel this incredible pull happening between them.

Gabe has never been interested in pursuing anything with any other woman he has met but Lily has him rethinking his future. Gabe sets out to woo the girl and OMG that man knows what he is doing. He is the king of swoon! Then there is the sexy stuff… Gabe brings out the sex kitten in Lily and blows her mind.

As much as they are enjoying this thing they have going on, in the back of Lily’s mind is that this has a time limit. Gabe will be leaving town soon and she will only have the memories of what they shared to remind her of him. Gabe is thinking the opposite, he doesn’t want to let go of the first woman who has made him feel as happy he is right now. He is being pulled in two different directions and he knows which direction he wants to take.

I absolutely loved every word of this gorgeous, romantic story. Every book I have read by this author leaves me with a smile on my face and a warmth in my chest. Nicole’s books lift my spirit and cement my love of reading.

Gah. Have you read Do You Feel It Too yet?? You need to read is ASAP! It’s one of Nicola Rendell’s hottest and funniest romantic comedy, and I couldn’t get enough of Gabe and Lily. They’re adorable together with ferocious chemistry, and I adore everything about this story.

I’m sadly going to have to call a DNF on this one. I had a hard time deciding not to finish this because there's nothing I can really say about it. It’s the same “dominant alpha and good girl” trope, but nothing new was brought to the table. I read a lot of romance so I'm always looking for something to make it stand out. I constantly had to force myself to pick this up and never really got pretty far before I lost interest.

I am not using NetGalley's DNF feature as it negatively affects reviewers.

What an absolute surprise this book was. I was blown away by the story. I honestly had no great expectations for this book. I read the blurb and the first couple of chapters thinking this was a lighthearted romp, and it was to a degree. Suddenly the story really started to come alive..
Gabe Powers is a great mix of dominant yet quite vulnerable. Although he is a successful adventurer in the mould of Bear Grylls, he is yearning to find his soulmate. It's this aspect of his character that I found irresistible. There was no hesitation in his feelings towards Lily the heroine. Once he decided she was the one, he revealed his softness without ego.
Lily, for her part, is also a fabulous woman. She is kind, compassionate and has a deep sense of loyalty to family and friends. I appreciated that she didn't run off with Gabe, abandoning her roots. It made the story much more believable.
A excellent book, with a clever mixture of fun and serious. Packed an emotional punch, I didn't see coming.
Didn't hurt that it was seriously steamy too 🔥🔥😍
Easy recommendation.

Right from the start the easy flow of the story pulled me in. Gabe and Lily were such sweet and likable characters. I loved their instant attraction, the easy back and forth banter and how they could so easily go from silly to scorching in a matter of seconds.

This was definitely an insta-love story and it worked to perfectly because both MCs were so multi-dimensional. It was easy to love Gabe and Lily :)

Gabe is a globe trotting myth buster. He travels the world investigating legends and monsters, every day a different part of the world and a different adventure. But he's always believed there was someone out there for him. And when he shows up to Savannah and meets his quirky sound tech, Lily, it's like he's fallen through a rabbit hole. Things are crazy and wild and unpredictable but also fun and freeing and perfect.

This was a cute romance between a small town girl and a very down to earth celebrity. I loved the mix of sweet and tender moments spiced up with some really sexy debauchery. There is no other word for what Gabe and Lily get up to when they are both bitten by the love bug. Game was the kind of favorite hero that never waivers or doubts his feelings. He sees Lily, he wants Lily, he falls in love and fights for his Lily. He was a really great romancelandia hero.

I equally loved Lily. She was such a fun character with her quirks and her optimism. She brought a lot to the story and watching her with her sister and her nephew, too cute! The crazy opinionated parrot, the General was a bit OTT for me but to each their own. Overall, this was a highly entertaining read and it pulled me out of my reading slump. Very happy I had a chance to read this!

You guys know my guilty pleasure is all things alpha and that I basically jump at the idea of reading a book that promises one.

I only read one Nicola Rendell in the past, Hail Mary, which was a fun, light and steamy sports romance. So when read the synopsis for her upcoming release, Do You Feel It Too, I automatically requested the arc. A late Summer fling in a haunted town between tv host Gabe Powers and local quirky girl Lily sounded like the perfect way to farewell Summer and welcome the spooky season. As expected, Gabe and Lily’s story was steamy, fun and sweet. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the hero was more sweet than cocky or annoyingly self assured (contrary to what the blurb promises) keeping all that alpha male-ness I guiltily crave. What didn’t really sit well with me was the pace at which the feelings developed and unravelled. I am all about insta-love and while I was on board with them being instantly and strongly attracted to each other, falling in love with someone after two - super steamy - days made the story seem more silly than romantic. In addition to that, I was sort of expecting some spookiness that unfortunately, was never really there. Even if Gabe’s job was literally documenting haunted locations. But hey, in despite of that and all things -alpha and steamy- considered, I surely enjoyed it.

Gabe and Lily's story is so much fun! The two meet in Lily's hometown of Savannah and hit it off immediately (maybe a little too literally). They're relatable and down-to-earth, and their story's well-balanced, with bursts of steam and chemistry, some realistic emotional turmoil, and plenty of humor and adventures.

The secondary characters are a hoot, and I particularly love Gabe's adventures getting to know Lily's all-attitude parrot and her adorable nephew.

It's nearly 5 stars for me, but I must be in quite a feminist mindset because I found myself too annoyed with the various "manly man" comments sprinkled throughout to quite round up. Despite a few eye rolls, I really enjoyed Do You Feel It Too? and highly recommend it!

Gabe and Lily had amazing chemistry.
As always Nicola can write a great story that is super entertaining and makes you really feel like your in the story.
I got sucked into this story from the start...I loved it. It's like a small town, insta-love romance that packs a big punch. It's funny, charming, sexy, and will have you swooning and fanning yourself lol
It's a must read.

Ruthie – ☆☆☆☆
This is a really enjoyable read, with a romance which is definitely worth believing in, and some interesting twists!

Lily lives in the flat above her sister and nephew, her life settled and calm. Then she hits a guy in the face with a microphone stand, and her world changes forever. Gabe, the recipient of said hit, is also struck by his attraction to Lily, and cannot stop thinking about her.

There is a classic insta-lust / love feel to this story, which works well, possibly because they are both that bit older, and so, more worldly... well, Gabe at least! The humour in the book is led mainly by her pet and her nephew. There are some truly laugh out loud moments that also cement in the reader's mind, that this is real, not just infatuation.

I really enjoyed the investigations into ghostly events, and the tour of the area to find the unexplained. It brought a mixture of charm and innocence to the book, which suited Lily perfectly. I have to admit I would have read on about them a lot longer if it had been written, I was totally engrossed.

3.5 stars

What is better than a romance book mixed in with a little thriller in the form of ghost hunting? I was excited to read this book. I have read Nicola’s previous books and have liked them. The chemistry between Gabe and Lily was off the charts. I enjoyed the banter and all the times they spent together. This book was sweet and sexy and pleasant. Gabe and Lily were wonderful characters and I was interested to see how it would go for them. This was a nice and easy story which is what I like to read. I did wish there was a little more ghost hunting because I am fascinated by that but still it was a decent read. Can’t wait to see what Nicola has coming next.

What more do you need for a great romance than a TV adventure person, a small town audio tech and a very opinionated parrot? This book was fabulous! A great love story about Gabe who sees Lily while she is working on the 4th of July and is immediately fascinated by her. The two fall hard and fast but can the small town girl and the grand adventurer make things work? Great characters, lovely fast paced story line. Probably my favorite book by this author this year!

Final Score - 5 Impressed Stars!

Do You Feel It Too is Nicola Rendell's latest achievement and when I say that it is - IT IS. This book is a MUST READ! I have mad love for Nicola's whit and humor - which she pours into her work - and this one is just the creme de la creme of her artistry. As with each of her books, the banter is saucier, the sex is naughtier, and the animals are ... well, exotic and out of this world with LOL antics. Seriously, if were up to me, I'd adopt each of the pets from her books and teach them these mad skills - but, who's got time for that?

Gabe Powers is a somewhat of a celebrity in Savannah Georgia, shooting an episode for his show when he spots a woman he's not only drawn to, he's just got to meet. Enter Lily Jameson, local girl and sort of jack of all trades. Their first meeting should have ended anything further developing, but from the first contact, sparks. These two have immediate chemistry & their relationship escalates very quickly, but believably. I just adore them as both strong willed individuals as well as a couple trying to find their footing in the newness of fast paced relationship.

This book hits every mark for me that makes a book amazing - abundance of sweetness, sexy times galore, hilarious humor, strong characters, and most of it - it's grabs at your heart strings from the very start. Gabe was just a dream and lets face - by the time your thru with the book, you'll be wishing he was oh so real. He was a perfect blend of gentlemanly charm and alpha maleness all rolled up in one hunk of a man. Lily is sweet, loyal, kind, caring but also had gumption. She was no wilting flower.

Nicola Rendell has done it again and exceeded my expectations. I don’t know how you she does or will do in the future, but I for one am willing and waiting and waiting to find out how!
