Do you feel it too? And I did feel it!! All the swoons, all the sweet and so much humor sprinkled in with the emotion.

Gabe Powers is the a tv host, a ghost hunter and urban legend hunter. He is extremely good looking with a giant fan club.
Lily Jameson is the hometown quirky girl. There is immediate attraction but Lily considers Gabe completely out of her league.

“I’d spent my whole career avoiding dangerous situations. I get within ten feet of Lily and it’s one disaster after another. She was like the Bermuda Triangle.”

I absolutely loved these characters and the General was amazing! He flies to life right off of the pages!

“Everything else will come and go. But love will change your world if you let it.”

The chemistry between these two is completely off the charts! With the banter and dirty talk alone I expected my ereader to burn up in my hands!!

Gabe was not only a gorgeous celeb, living life on the edge, investigating myths, travelling the world, and being a one-man storytelling crew. He was also humble and sweet and kind and so freaking sexy. He was what book boyfriends are made of! 😍

There was so much to love about this book.
❥ Gabe and Lily's first awkward encounter. It was the perfect way to show the personality of these characters and it was an entertaining meeting for sure.
❥ Every description Lily gave of Gabe. I tried so hard to find an image online to fit what I pictured in my mind (see above). He sounds so freaking delicious and I would welcome the opportunity to lick all eight of his abs!
❥ That first sex scene... let me just say that I couldn't imagine a hotter coming together for these people. Talk dirty to me!
❥ There was Lily's quick wit, her warm heart, Gabe's incredible awesomeness and so much more!

I haven't found a story by this author that I haven't loved yet. Nicola Rendell writes romcom books that I can easily picture on the big screen. I wonder who they would choose to play Gabe. He'd have to be absolutely gorgeous and charming and warm and endearing. Because that's exactly who Gabe was and I can't wait for you to meet him!

I have to say this book was a surprising treat. When I read the blurb and I saw our main characters occupation was a “ghost/urban legend hunter” I thought the story would be boring or off putting. It is for sure not a subject that I care about or want to learn about. Rather it was a pretty interesting story altogether. Gabe was a dream boat! I adored him from the get go. He is what you would call a perfect book boyfriend. Sexy, sweet, tad funny and dirty boy! He is a wanderer at heart and travels the world for his job, which he loves. Lily I have to say was not my cup of tea, and honestly it was irritating that she held a grudge about a past relationship for the last 10 plus years. Way too long to have a hang up that you hold against others in your relationships. It took almost 3/4 of the book before I got a feel for her and started to like her. Other than that there was nothing wrong with this story. Unique storyline, hot alpha and hot sexy times are to be had here. Not to mention the General! Wont’ give it away but go read about him yourself, he is a hoot and will make you smile!

Oh wow. I have so much love for this book right now. Christ, I loved every single moment of it!

From the moment I seen the info about this book I knew I had to read it. I’m a huge fan of myth’s and Urban Legends, I absolutely LOVE watching shows about them or reading about them so this beauty was everything I loved and more.

Lily and Gabe are so freaking perfect it actually hurts.

Lily lives in her own bubble, preferring to do what she knows and stay where she knows. She’s beautiful, bubbly and adorable and has a huge fear of flying. But when she attracts a guy that’s the complete opposite she has to decide what she wants most.

Gabe is adventurous and loves to travel the world and check out urban legends in different places in the world. He’s smart, charming and has girls falling at his feet but he only wants the one woman who will take his heart, he just hasn’t found her yet but things could possibly be about to change when he’s almost knocked out by a woman.

Gabe and Lily’s story was all kinds of adorable. They’re sweet, fun and loveable. Watching them interact and share time together was so damn awesome, I loved every second we got with these two.

The sex, Christ almighty, it was hot. Wait, hot doesn’t even begin to describe it, it was scorching, melted panties scorching *sighs*where can one apply for a Gabe of their own?

Nicola Rendell did an outstanding job on this, I loved the feel of this book, the characters, the story just everything. I’ll definitely be coming back to read more from this author.

Nicola had captured my heart with her simple smalltown romance.. no pretensious big words.. simple comedy that will warm your feelings.. honestly, I cant stopped reading once I opened the first chapter... The overall eperience was great.. I love small town grocery!❤❤❤❤❤

Do You Feel It Too? is yet another example of why Nicola Rendell is an automatic one-click author for me. This story gives us an adorable meet-cute, a swoon-worthy alpha hero, a charming heroine, and (some may say he stole the story) an African Grey parrot who provides tons of comic relief.

Set in Savannah, one of my favorite towns of all time, Gabe and Lily are brought together to do a little ghost hunting. Their chemistry is sizzling and their banter will keep you on your toes. I loved the pace of their relationship and how things come together. The plot is low angst, which makes this an easy read that is most enjoyable.

This book is a recommended read and another favorite of the year!

Nicola Rendell books are kind of a guilty pleasure of mine. Rendell's heroes are over-the-top alpha, but not in a douchey way. She manages to write them in such a way that they can be super-alpha and possessive yet sweet and swoony at the same time and Gabe is a prime example of this (sigh). As typical with Rendell's books, Gabe and Lily fall into a bit of insta-love/lust but again, it's somehow believable instead of eye-roll inducing like it could be if it weren't written as well.

Another hallmark of Rendell's books are her hilarious animal characters and in Do You Feel it Too, we meet The General - an African Grey parrot with one of the most hilarious personalities I've ever encountered. The dogs in her books are some of my favorite supporting characters I've read, but I think that The General might be at the top of my list.

The meet-cute was well, cute and did I mention how hot parts of the story were?? The chemistry between Gabe and Lily is off-the-charts. Overall, the story was fairly low-angst (beside some necessary conflict required to move the plot along) and made for a fun, easy read.

Nicola Rendell is a genius when it comes to insta-love. I loved Shimmy Bang Sparkle and Do You Feel It Too? crushed it out of the park. This story is full of insta-love, insane chemistry, hot sex and swoony alpha male goodness. The hero, Gabe, is the ultimate nice guy while at the same time having a deliciously filthy mouth. My krytonite! And Lily is so quirky, fun and relatable. I fell hard for both of these characters as they fell for each other and I loved the character that Savannah brought to this story. The General was a hilarious touch to this story. I really can’t say enough good things about this book. Just read it!

Nicola has done it again. I fell in love with her writing after reading Shimmy Bang Sparkle (that I am still not over) and now this new book of hers...WOW! I have a girl crush. 😍

Gabe and Lily are such a cute couple together. I love them so much!

Gabe Powers is a tv star with his own show: The Powers of Suggestion, where he travels around the world filming his hunt for urban legends. The book starts with him enjoying fireworks for the Fourth of July in Savannah, Georgia (where he is at for work) and then a crash meeting with Lily. What follows is an amazingly hot insta-love and ultra steamy story with a hilarious African Gray parrot named The General. This book will have you laughing out loud, swooning, and fanning yourself sometimes all at once. Other times you want to smack them but only a little. 😉 I truly loved this story and cannot wait to find out what Rendell has in store for us next. She is now on my insta one-click list!

4.5*

Do You Feel It Too? is another terrific read from Nicola Rendell. I was so excited to read about Gabe the ghost hunting adventurer because those are really the only type of shows on tv that I watch! If Ghost Adventures is on, I am there. While this book didn’t give me quite what I was hoping for/expecting in that aspect of the story, it sure made up for it in the sweet, fun, and sexy love story between Lily and Gabe!

Gabe and Lily are definitely a case of opposites attracting. Gabe is always on the move, globe-trotting and seeking the next adventure for his television show. Lily is quite content with the life she’s made for herself in Georgia, she’s got her job, her nephew, her sister, and the General- what more could she want? That’s the big question she faces when Gabe enters the picture and shows her there’s so much more to life than what she’s settled for, if only she could get past her fears and insecurities.

Ms. Rendell sure can write a dreamy hero! Gabe brings all the alpha-male goodness in Do You Feel It Too?...and believe you me, you will feel it when you read this book! He’s swoony and sweet and sexy, he’s all the things you could ever want in a book boyfriend. And he is all about Lily- from the moment he sees her across the park there was no turning back for him!

Playing it safe or just being scared?
At the ripe age of 40, urban-legend hunter, television host and serial first-dater, Gabe Powers is literally knocked off his feet by the one and only woman who makes him crazy with need and suddenly everything in the world simply makes sense. When this man falls, he falls hard... because it's not everyday you meet that ONE woman who makes you feel so whole. Though Lilly sees, smells and senses all the signs pointing her directly to Gabe's direction, she's totally insecure and tries playing it safe so as to protect her heart from further heartache. A sweet, swoon-worthy romance which teaches its readers that taking certain risks and realizing that you deserve more in life is worth so much more than living a small, safe, lonely little life. A heart-felt romance I highly enjoyed reading... one of those stories that heal all your broken pieces and make you smile. 5+ Affectionate stars for "Do You Feel It Too"... and discovering that learning to fly may be the best way to fall...deeply in love!

4.5/5 STARS

I LOVED Shimmy Bang Sparkle and So Good, and of course, I couldn’t wait for this book

Take a handsome adventure TV show star, and a lovely, sweet, down-to-earth Savannah girl, some ghost hunting…. And a parrot!

Then add Nicola Rendell’s writing, and you’ll get a wonderful story

I enjoyed Lily’s personality, balanced with all the Gabe’s sexiness, their two worlds colliding…

I love how Nicola Rendell writes steamy and sweet romance, all at once

And The General… You NEED to meet “him” I laughed so much with this one!

I enjoyed EVERY SINGLE THING in this story, the sexual tension, the banter, the passion, but also the sweet moments, the humor, and yes, again, The General!!!!

And with a little hint of angst with Lily’s insecurities about their relationship, of any kind of future with Gabe, then You’ll have a wonderful romance.

I read the book in two days (because real life always gets in the way lol), and once again, I can assure you that Nicola Rendell is one of my One Click Author. She never disappointed!

Nicola Rendell’s Do You Feel It Too? is her latest release. It is the story of Gabe and Lily.
Gabe, who is a reality star but is more humble than most of your Hollywood celebrities. His humbleness is one of his character traits I just fell in love with.
On the other hand, there’s Lily, a southern girl with her own sound company. I loved her sassy attitude. She’s not sassy in a mean way but can think on the fly, as some may call it quick wit. Fireworks are in the air, both literally and figuratively. They meet on the Fourth of July. After their first awkward meeting, she is hired by Gabe’s producer to do the sound for a ghost hunting episode.. Throughout the book, their chemistry is undeniable.
This is only the second book by Ms. Rendell that I have read. In both cases she has not disappointed me yet.

I really recommend Do You Feel It To? It’s a great read.

Nicola Rendell hasn’t written a book that I haven’t enjoyed immensely. In fact, with each new book that she releases, she just seems to get better and better. She ticks off all my boxes, and her writing is, quite simply, romantic comedy genius. She always gives me exactly what I’m looking for when I sit down with one of her smart and witty romcoms, and it’s this is why she’s become a favorite author of mine.

I absolutely loved everything about Gabe and Lily—from their charmingly awkward meet-cute to their sweet ending in the epilogue, this was a couple whose ride I was happy to be on. Their chemistry was instantaneous, sparking right off the page and practically crackling in the air around them. This couple was positively electric together, and Rendell did an incredible job of capturing that chemistry and conveying it to the reader. They were just so naughty together, and as is always the case with Rendell’s writing, this was a seriously hot and sexy story! I feel in love right along with Gabe and Lily. They were that couple, the one you can’t help but root for, the one you want together as much as they want to be together. In my mind, there just was no other way for them to end up but together. I wouldn’t exactly call this an insta-love situation, but this relationship definitely moved fast and that was exactly how I wanted it for them. They had their share of issues to sort through and deal with, though, so it wasn’t exactly smooth sailing the whole way, but I found that I really enjoyed this relationship’s build up. The side characters were fun, and they added dimension and depth, rounding out this story from something fantastic into something truly special. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention The General, Lily’s pet parrot. Hands down, he’s my favorite pet ever written, and I was laughing audibly at the things that came out of this brilliant bird’s mouth.

Do You Feel It Too? was romantic, sexy and sweet, and I sighed, smiled, swooned and snort laughed my way through it from cover-to-cover. I loved absolutely everything about this fantastic book, and I finished it with a blush on my cheeks and a full, happy heart. Do You Feel It Too? by Nicola Rendell gets five smooches from me!

Let's just get this said.

From the very first fireworks between Gabe and Lily, I flucking floved their journey!

Hot as Hell chemistry between these two just sizzled...naughty, naughty Gabe bringing out the vixen in our sweet as pie Southern belle ;)

Nicola Rendell has become a favorite storyteller of mine and I am never disappointed. She knows just how to sell the insta-love trope by telling it mainly through the hero's prospective *fans self*

Gabe is a mature 41-ish male in his prime, who loves his globetrekking life and can't believe that life could ever get better. I love this author's alpha males! Real men are not perfect. But giving them reasoning skills, a well adjusted backstory, humor, compassion, a love of drooly, gummy smiled babies, crazy over-protective parrots...and recognizing the benefits of a Magic Wand are pretty damn swoonworthy IMHO.

Lily is a caring, sweet 35-ish female who runs her own business, loves her family deeply, and, while her life is lived on a smaller playing field than Gabe's, is content in her tightknit community. Lily isn't a caracture of sweetness and light, she simply is sweet and kind and generous in her heart. There is some steel to this polite magnolia and a bit of a dirty girl, too.

Unlike most of this author's romances, the angst arc is not from outside forces that wreck havoc, but deep inner turmoil. It proved to be enough for me! Ugly tears, people. Serious. Over two chapters. You'll know which ones. Oh, Mr. McGregor and "his" terrible knitter *sigh*

Throw in ghost hunting wins, séance shenanigans, smexy camera tomfoolery, and two besotted lovers who might just recognize "home" in each other's eyes, you will find a very satisfying, witty romance indeed. I wholeheartedly recommend this to romantics, parrot lovers, and believers in ghostly love everywhere.

Rating 5/5

I certainly felt this! Explosive from the start - Gabe is an accidental but successful actor who happens to literally stumble into Lily and all of a sudden his ghost hunt turns up more than just a haunting. Full of wit and humor, especially with The General (who really is his own start lol), this was the very first book I've ever read with a ghost hunter trope and I fell in love with it and Gabe! I mean his hotness had a bit to do with it, but his kind heart and soul seeing and appreciating Lily for who she truly is was icing on this cake. Lily is a true Southern girl but with a spine that helps her buck up and have confidence in herself enough to let Gabe love her. Swoony and sigh-worthy, a definite cuddle and snuggle book. Loved this from beginning to end - I need more of Ms. Rendell now!

“He had a television show; I had a one-employee business. His passport was probably stamped on every page; I didn’t even have one. He lived a jet-set life; I lived with a parrot. We were worlds apart. I really was that simple. The hometown girl and the television star? Impossible.”

Nicola writes some of the funniest and sexiest rom-coms of all time! Do You Feel It Too? has a fantastic cast of characters that are thoughtful, kind, witty, smart, , sexy, humorous, and relatable. And the General is absolutely hilarious! I love Nicola’s addition of animal characters in her stories. And I love the mix of playful and cheeky humor, intense passion and sweet romance, and tension.

“There were a lot of mysteries in the world, but the way I felt about her wasn’t one of them. She was the one I wanted. She was the one I had been looking for. The one.”

Do You Feel It Too? has such a fun, original and creative storyline, and one of the best meet-cutes that you’re sure to fall in love with this story!

“Falling in love with her had been my favorite adventure yet.”

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book (given by Netgalley)...

This is a very steamy and insta-love filled read.

I liked all of the characters especially The General, but story fell a little flat for me. There really was no drama or major obstacles for Gabe and Lily to overcome; essentially it was all sweet moments and sex for 80% of book before a minor inconvenience was included. I really wanted to love the book as I said I enjoyed the characters but everything was too lovey dovey and perfect which made it hard for me to connect with the main characters.

I did end up skipping over some pages when some of the actions or dialogue began to become repetitive. Although Gabe is working throughout the book (which seems to take place within one week), they didn’t really seem to do a lot and unfortunately there wasn’t a lot of paranormal activities.

This novel absolutely hit the ground running.

"Sometimes the thing you've been looking for shows up when you least expect it."

From the moment Gabe claps eyes on Lily, he's totally smitten. Nothing will deter his pursuit, not even when she accidentally clocks him with her microphone stand! LOL. Lily is equally taken with Gabe. She has no idea who he is - she's just struck by his charming gorgeousness.

"As soon as I touched him, I saw something wild in his expression. Something so intense, it sent a prickle of goosebumps right through me."

When she finds out that they'll be working together, she's happy to spend time with him....more than happy when their chemistry rockets them off into the sextratosphere. When she's offered a longer term contract, however, the conduct clause dampens her libido, especially when she then realises just how famous Gabe really is. She's just a home-loving girl who never ventures far, and he's an adventurer who leads a transient life, travelling all over the world.

She doesn't want to hold him back but, for the first time in his life, Gabe has finally found somewhere, and someone, to call home. Unfortunately, he has Lily's fears to overcome.

"You deserve to be loved senseless, Lily. And I want to be the man to give you that. I never knew what I wanted. And then I met you."

LOVED Lily and Gabe's story! It was funny, super hot and, flip, my eyes leaked so bad!

Lily is sweet, a little quirky, and has the biggest heart. Gabe is totally swoonworthy! He was genuine, thoughtful, and willing to do anything for Lily. The connection between them and how they felt about each other made me feel all squishy inside. I just adored them together. And Gabe totally brought out the dirty girl in Lily. They were absolutely scorching together!

This was such a fun, hawt, easy read that also had me reaching for a tissue. LOVED IT!
