New to this author, I enjoyed her style of writing and characterization. The plot was fun and some of the romance quite steamy. The story was relevant to the character’s ages and what would be realistic goals at this point in their lives. The reader can feel the chemistry coming off the pages and the comic relief that was provided, especially in way of the General, was a absolute riot.

Gabe Powers, host of his own Paranormal TV show and voted People Magazine’s “Most Eligible Bachelors” has seen sights from all around the world and back. But it’s on a hot night in Savannah that the sight Lily Jameson has stoppped him in his tracks. Lily has no idea who Gabe is until she’s already committed to dinner with him and things only get more intense from there. However, Lily likes to play it safe and has created a stable little life for herself in Georgia and Gabe is a glob trotting risk taker. Will their romance have a chance or will it fail before getting off the ground?

This was a quick, easy read. Great for a short getaway or a weekend snuggled up in the couch. 4 stars.

Just finished reading Do You Feel It Too? and it was an overall good romance story. The characters Lily and Gabe were complete opposites and I really enjoyed seeing them grow closer over time. It was adventurous, mysterious, and so romantic.

Gabe was a TV host, confident, and an adventure seeker. When he is sent to Savannah, he sees this as another job. He is going to go in, get his footage, and leave to the next adventure. Then, he meets Lily and his world is turned upside down. Having a lasting relationship has never been something he gave much thought to. But the more time he spends with her is changing his perspective.

Lily is an audio tech, a great sister/aunt, and a genuine person. Her life is going smoothly and then Gabe finds his way into it. She learns more about love and life, but in the end, she still struggles with the question "is she enough?"

She has a fear that interferes with Gabe's life. Can they make it work? Will love be the winner?

I love this one. Once you read DO You Feel It too? you will know completely why. Gabe and Lily fabulous together that you can't help but melt for them. Lily is just a gem. I love how she is with her nephew. And wait until you meet The General. He is Lily's special bird that will have you giggling here and there throughout this read. Gabe is a sweet heart. I love how he instantly falls for Lily before she falls for him. There are many Gabe and Lily moments that are hot and heavy yet sweet at the same time. He just has this way about him you can't help but to fall for. The way he tries everything he can think of to keep Lily on with him for his job is amazing. Yes my heart hurt a little in this one but it was so worth it in the end. You will laugh and you may even shed a tear or too while reading Do You Feel It Too?. Nicola Rendell did an incredible job making you feel like you are right there with Lily and Gabe exploring not only Savannah but the start of a wonderful relationship too. Go one click this one even if its just to find out who The General is and why you will be laughing your booty off.

What an absolute pleasure it is to read a book by Nicola Rendell! There is something about her writing that sucks me in and holds me there. The details and style feel just like movie that I never want to end. Gabe was freaking delicious and Lily was an adorable mess. And I must mention The General. The best side character ever invented.
The Ouiji board scene was really funny and Gabe was so sexy and hot I had to wipe the drool off my kindle. Gabe and Lily have a true partnership in love and life; knowing making your partner happy by showing the love is what brings your own happiness. Despite the one major hurdle that had to be jumped, Gabe and Lily managed to find their HEA and I was sad to finish. I wanted more and more and more!!! READ THIS BOOK!!!

This was a fun read. Gabe Powers was famous, Lily Jameson was a sound assistant and when they meet, the Fourth of July Fireworks aren't the only fireworks to go off.

Lily lives in the same building as her sister Daisy and her son Ivan and Lily loves on her own with the company of her parrot The General.

Gabe travels all over the world for his TV show "The Powers of Suggestion".

When they meet, it is instalove and they must come up with a way to be able to make a relationship work, but with Gabe travelling all over the world and Lily with her fear of flying, something is going to have to give.

Really enjoyed this book, lots of comedy and love with a whole lot of hot situations. Another winner by Nicola Rendell.

Thanks to NetGalley and Montlake Romance for the opportunity to read and review.

*I’d like to thank the publisher for providing an ARC of the book via Netgalley for my honest review.*

It was instant attraction for Gabe and Lily. In fact, we begin the book with Gabe noticing Lily at a festival in Savannah. He plans to accidentally come across her and make it a meet-cute with her. What ends up happening is not what he planned but it sure is meet-cute. What follows is a lot of sexual tension and a couple of steamy encounters, and before you know it, they’re in love.

Things I liked:

The juxtaposition of the wanderer hero and grounded heroine. That made for an interesting conflict.

Having Savannah as the setting provided a mystic vibe to the book. The possibility of a ghostly encounter at any moment was thrilling. There was also some comic-relief and sub-plots that didn’t really catch my interest.

I loved Gabe and Lily both as individuals and a couple. Neither of them were repressed emotionally. They were open about their feelings most of the time. Especially Gabe who was a swoon-worthy alpha guy. He was relentless and unapologetic in pursuing Lily, and respectful at the same time.

Things I did not like:

Insta-love. Not my thing. And Gabe and Lily fall in love pretty fast. Too fast!

I like it when the main characters are willing to go to any extent to make their relationship work. And I could buy Gabe – the forty year old bachelor – willing to give it his all to make things work with Lily. I could accept that they had chemistry and he didn’t want to nip in the bud. And oh boy, did they have chemistry!

But my problem was with the “love”. Having chemistry with someone and willing to make it work is one thing. But falling in love within a couple of days of meeting each other and taking major life decisions based on that? I guess I’m too cynical to buy it. And Gabe was willing to give up a huge part of what made him who he was for Lily. I could see why Lily would be hesitant.

I also wasn’t a fan of the sub-plots and comic moments. But Gabe and Lily were adorable enough for these things to have not mattered as much, I guess.

Don’t mind me. You’re gonna love this book if you don’t mind insta-love and steamy scenes.

I really liked Lily for the first part of the book, she appeared to be confident-ish but a bit awkward which I enjoyed. Gabe is your typical confident alpha type male and things heat up with them while they are exploring the haunted side of Savannah. Once Lily reveals a serious fear that she has she begins to spiral and becomes your typical annoying self-sabotaging heroine. Luckily this is a short area of the book and the rest of the story is redeeming. Overall a great read! #DoYouFeelItToo #NetGalley

I've been a fan of Nicola for awhile now. This story did not disappoint.
If you've read Nicola before then you know she writes some steam.
I did feel it ;-)

I have read Nicola Rendell's books prior to this one and wondered if she could sustain her writing chops. Am I ever grateful that she proved that she is an author to continue to read.

Gabe Powers is an urban mystery hunter with a television show currently filming in Savannah where audio expert Lily lives and works. She loves her town and family and has no interest in leaving it. Gabe is a made of the world who never met a dare he wouldn't accept.

For this relationship to work, someone's got to change. Who will it be? Or will anyone make the first step.

Truly wonderful storytelling and writing. I highly recommend this book.

This book was really fun. Definitely on the sexier side of things too. Nicola Rendell's books are always guaranteed to make me laugh and swoon.

Gabe Powers, urban-legend hunter and television host, is literally knocked off his feet when quirky and charming sound-engineer Lily Jameson accidentally bashed him in the head with her equipment.

Lily has no idea that Gabe is a TV star, that is until she's hired to work with him on his hunt for ghosts in her Southern Georgia town. Too bad that contract also comes with a no-relationships clause.

What these two will discover is that while ghosts may or may not exist, what is really truly real is the power of love.

Delightfully charming Rendell has a knack for making you absolutely fall for her scruffy, 40-something heroes as fast as they fall for the heroines, instantly. This story is also full of fun secondary characters, including a parrot named General.

I did have a little bit of a hard time with the last bit of the book, as I was really worried about how these two would find their HEA, but it was worth the wait.

Do You Feel It Too? That title is very fitting. Do You Feel It To? No I did not. Sorry, but this just didn't do it for me. Not my style.

Great read.

Gabe is in town to investigate the ghosts in town for his TV series, then he will be back on the road again.
It's Lily's home town, and she raely leaves it. But as things between her and Gabe get serious can one of them compromise?
I especially loved The General!

I loved this book, i loved this couple, i love just everything about this book!!!
Sometimes you just feel it, you know it, right?
Ok, so this hero was a famous adventure tv program presenter. He saw this girl, and it was a love from first sight! This couple had this chemistry between them, aaaahhhh!
I loved Gabe, his humor, his way to care about Lily, his alpha way with her... MMMM! So hot!!!
I liked Lily a lot: she was not virgin (!!!), she had some relationships before. She was a good person, she had this light about her, everyone liked her a lot. She was not a doormat!!!
Safety:
No cheating! NO OP scenes! Both NON virgins! Both had relationships before! Not safe sex (sex first, asking about safety second... AAGGGG, do not like it!!!))).

4.5 “POWER” stars

I really enjoyed this book! I have been a fan of Nicola Rendell from the beginning and she hasn’t let me down yet! Gabe and Lily had amazing chemistry! They really set the pages on fire. From the moment they met, you could feel their connection. Throughout the book, you could feel that connection grow. There was laughter, tears, and plenty of smoking hot moments. The General was a complete scene stealer. He was hysterical with all his eccentricities and funny quirks. Overall, we have another great story from one of my favorite authors. I highly recommend this book!

Gabe's attention is sometimes diverted, "Gabe told my cleavage, “It’s not the heat.” Gabe knows how to put the romance in his relationship, “but we only live once. I’d rather break the rules and eff you every night than follow the rules and never get the chance to feel you again.” I liked this book, I liked Gabe.
