I will freely admit that prior to reading this book, I had no idea who Ben Angel is or was. But the premise of the book, showing us, the readers, how he overcame depression and debilitating fatigue by "re-engineering" his body by analyzing how his body absorbs nutrition, which foods the body works less well with, his vitamin intake, minerals, work-out procedures, sleep habits, even experimenting with nootropics and other things that frankly are a little far out there, at least for my liking.
That being said, he gives a lot of good advice, many of his suggestions are sound and worth implementing, especially in today's culture where many of us work harder than ever but are eating poorer quality food or foods where we honestly don't know how our bodies react to it in terms of absorption, energy etc.
I learned a lot from this book, and there are things that I have already implemented and others that I will try out and also some parts I will entirely stay away from.
For those fighting with depression or fatigue that cannot easily be attributed to one thing, this book and the suggestions in it are worth checking out.

This book is a good book to inspire you to take up biohacking.
On the other hand if you are already a biohacker this probably won't be too useful as he only talks about a handful of experiments. Granted, I doubt Tim Ferriss could've done much better experimentation in a 90 day window (I couldn't run that many different experiments without jumbling up the results and would probably average 2-4 a month).

There are many ideas and concepts that Ben introduces the reader to that are beneficial for the Mind and Body. Using only a couple of these if not the entire toolkit that Ben hands you by the time you are done reading can make a long life impact, if you can do the work to master all the tools, I believe a reader will find a true positive attitude and outlook on all scenarios that you will face in your life.

Loss of direction, inability to focus and set goals, and falling short of putting the amount of work needed to reach that goal can spell doom for entrepreneurs who need to be on the top of their game to survive in this competitive world. It isn’t any different from other professional who need to work on different fronts to make a mark in their field.

But while most people turn to motivational speakers, books, personal coaches and in extreme cases therapists, not everything can be solved at the psychological level. In Unstoppable, Ben Angel explains how medical science often looks at thing with a myopic vision and attempts to do a patch up job by addressing symptoms rather looking at the root cause.

He then goes on to argue that pur productivity is dependent on more things than just will power and motivation. Will power and motivation are important, but these need to be supplemented with nutrient rich fuel that can keep you firing all cylinders. Without the fuel, it is impossible to just will your body to perform at peak levels. The answer to this is keeping your fuel reserves up with various vitamins and nutrients to address the physiological aspect of the burnout.

Later on he suggests use of new technology to overcome phobias and fears that may have crept in over the years. These inhibitions play an important part in stopping you from performing at the peak levels. He gives you wearable devices and apps that can lower your stress and help your mind and body to regulate the resources it has and point them in the right direction instead of wasting them on dealing with stress.

In the end, Unstoppable book helps you build your personalized plan that addresses your physiological and mental need to define right goals that are achievable and practical. By addressing each of these contributors, the author ensures that your mind and body work together and runs like a well-oiled machine that performs at its peak.
