Paige and Dylan are total opposites and totally attracted to each other at their first meeting in a local bakery. Paige, is the kind of girl that you’d dream of for your best friend- generous, fun, creative and kind. Dylan’s life is controlled by his job and he’s frustrated about that but sees no way out. Then Dylan remembers a time in his life that was marked with joy and comfort at his grandparent’s cabin and he wants to buy it to recapture those feelings. The problem is that his happy place is also the adorable cabin that Paige has rented and created to be her home. When the house goes up on the market their meet cute changes them from just potential love interests into real estate rivals. What will happen to these two? Who gets the cabin?

I adored Sunrise Cabin and couldn’t put it down. Paige is an awesome character and Dylan is a great foil for her. The characters in this book are so realistically written that you really feel a part of their love, their joy and their pain. I laughed, I teared up a little and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. The details are written in such a beautifully tactile fashion that I felt I was truly there in the story. I wanted to start making craft projects after reading about Paige. And I’m definitely going to be using the recipe for Sunday muffins! Definitely grab yourself a copy of this book.

Many thanks to Netgalley, the publisher, and the author for my ARC. All opinions are my own.

This is actually a sweet, clean easy to read romance. A lovely relaxing read. Paige and Dylan find themselves falling for each other only for them to begin to fight over a cabin they both desperately want.
Liked how they both pushed each other to be better versions of themselves..
This novel is about love obviously, family, forgiveness and being true to ourselves.
Recommend for people who love clean breezy romance stories
Thanks to netgalley and the publishers for the opportunity to read this
This is my candid opinion

it’s a cute romance story.
sadly i can’t say i loved it as much as the other hallmark books i read so far, but that’s only natural!

let’s start with the good:
- slow build romance!
i personally prefer romance that is not written in the way “they meet, they can’t leave each other’s sight, they are married and have child in the way, all in the timeframe of a week”. which sadly does happen a lot, even if it clearly is as ridiculous and unrealistic as it sounds reading that i just wrote!
this book does NOT have that. yes they meet and think about each other until they meet again, BUT there is realistic seeming time between it all and i loved that!

- the characters!
they are unique, clearly their own characters with specific characteristics.
and it was quiet lovely to have two characters that are so different from each other instead of having all the same interests.

the boy so great:
- the writing:
i am not a fan on how overly simple this was written. it was very basic in many ways.
which is not bad necessarily, but i personally prefer the type of writing that is a bit more descriptive?
it’s not bad writing, but not great for me either.

- the plot:
this is a mixed bag.
at one hand i understand the love for a specific place (the cabin in this book) and really trying hard not to loose it.
on the other hand i do wish it would have had not such a heavy focus on this cabin.
yes it’s in the title and some might argue that the focus could have been fordern, but let’s just the real and say that in most book the title is not the main focus of the story! so i expected a little bit more.

it’s a nice romance.
nothing really special or a must reread one for me but it was fun and a very fast read so all in all a good book.

Adorable fall read that had me curled up with an apple spice latte and a fluffy blanket. I actually liked that I haven't seen a movie based on this because I could imagine which Hallmark actors I would want to play the leads. It was a little predictable but that is kinda standard for these types of novels. It was super cute though and a fast read.

What a delightful story -- no heavy sex scenes, no F-words, no violence -- not that I'm against those, it's just a nice change, just lots of interaction and angst!

Paige is a hard working elementary school teacher, beloved by her students, and also a cjhildren's fantasy short story writer. Her kids love her stories, but her agent can't seem to sell them. Dylan is overworked and not really happy with his work and life at present. They meet accidently in a bakery, and at first glance neither can see any reason they'd get along. Then there's a cabin that goes up for sale, the same cabin that Paige is living in and that Dylan spent several good summers with his grandparents. A rivalry builds up because both want it; Dylan can easily afford it while Paige is struggling till an unexpected story sale happens.

It's definitely a Hallmark story. You know going in that it's going to end well. It's just the getting there that's a bit unknown. Paige's best friend Jessica and Dylan's sister Dee are great supporting players. I was smiling and cheering on both main characters as they figured out what to do with both the cabin and their lives.

I received this as an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

This book reminds me of the saying home is where the heart is. What a beautiful, heartwarming tale of a cute cabin with beautiful sunrises and fond, warm memories of the people who once lived there. It is also a story about life and what is really important. Is that working in a job you hate or following your heart? I so enjoyed reading about Paige Reynolds who is so cheery and optimistic and Dylan Cain who is trying to move up the corporate ladder to a VP position, Maybe opposites do attract if you add some "fairy dust." I loved how strong Paige was even though most people would have given up after all of the rejections her children's books received. That made me think of real authors and what they must go through. Reading this story made me feel hopeful and blessed. We could all use a Sunrise Cabin! I received an advance copy of this boo and I willingly chose to write an honest review.

Hallmark has done it again! Except this time, I wasn't already familiar with the story before reading the book. I really found myself enjoying the back and forth of this story. Who will get the cabin? Will they end up together? Who deserves their happy ending and can they both have one? I love the rich history and back story into each of the characters which makes you feel like they both have a right to be the one in the cabin. This was by far my favorite book by Hallmark Publishing thus far and I can't wait to keep reading more!

Thank you to my friends at NetGalley and Hallmark Publishing for sending me an advanced copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

*I received this e-book in exchange for an honest review. A huge thank you to the publisher and NetGalley!*

When it comes to Hallmark movies, I am a big sap. I know they’re cheesy and predictable, but I just love them and cannot get enough! So, as you can imagine, Hallmark Publishing books give me that same feel and I love them for it.

Sunrise Cabin was such a fun and relaxing read! To my knowledge, it is the first book from Hallmark Publishing that is not based off of one of their movies, which was really quite refreshing. That being said, while the story was not one that was a movie, it still had all the classic qualities of any successful Hallmark Channel movie.

I really adored the characters in this novel. I loved Paige’s positive, free-spirited personality and sunny disposition. I also loved that Dylan was the classic businessman who lost himself in the hustle and bustle of life, but still had a heart of gold underneath it all. Their relationship was so sweet and just so much fun to read about. The whole concept of the story revolving around a rustic cabin that they both want to buy was so fun, too!

The setting of Sunrise Cabin was so perfect for this time of year, too! Everything about it had such an autumnal vibe. The little details, such as pumpkins on porches and Pagie’s festive dresses, really helped build such a festive and fun atmosphere. This was such a perfect October read!

Overall, I really enjoyed this book. The romance was sweet and the setting made it the perfect fall read. Yes, it was predictable, but it’s Hallmark – I wouldn’t want it any other way! If you love happily ever afters and Hallmark movies, I would definitely recommend Sunrise Cabin!

I received a Hallmark newsletter that a new series was being launched.
I was interested to be able to preview.

Elementary School Teacher
starting with a marvelous view of the of the sunrise on the cabin's stone patio,
feeling the chill of autumn through her flannel pajamas
beginning her morning ritual of thankful list.
I am going to start my days like this now!

I am going to look at Mondays as "Clean Slate Mondays" now.

This book made me think it should be a Hallmark movie.

A beautiful place to match an equally beautiful tale... Paige is sweet, hopeful, and thankful, which in this day and age, we need to be reminded of. She also loves Mondays. She calls them her Clean Slate day. I loved her and her first grade class. Dylan is in need of some of Paige's special magic and with a home like the cabin and her small town, this story will have anyone hoping for the movie.

Paige teaches first-graders at a local elementary school and loves to have fun, laugh and enjoy life with friends. She’s been living in a cute little rented log cabin for years and loves it. The owner announces that he wants to sell the cabin and Paige is distraught. She won’t be able to buy it unless she can come up with a down payment. Another buyer is interested in the cabin, handsome and successful Dylan who literally grew up in the house and has the money to buy now. This sweet story of dueling home-buyers is so charming and fun. Great addition to contemporary romance by Hallmark Publishing.

An egalley of this book was made available by the publisher in exchange for a honest review.

Fun, fast, clean-cut romance novel. Well written. Fun to follow the story of a 1st grade teacher trying to save her cabin and an investment officer who wants the same cabin for sentimental reasons. Fun read!

A sweet story with the cabin at the centre. This was entertaining enough but a special something was missing for me.
