My least favourite of the Sorority Secrets so far. As in previous novellas we follow Beta Kappa Nu as the sisters decide to auction off their virginity for charity. Star Crossed follows Caroline Littrell as she second guesses giving up her so called ‘virginity’ for charity, especially when she discovers that her super hot crush and classmate Mathewson Jameson also has feelings for her. Matt it seems is also a rock god on Campus (not that nerdy Caroline knew anything about that) and once he discovers what Caroline is about to do, he steps in to help, he doesn’t want anyone else touching what’s his. The story was very clichéd, which I don’t mind, but I did find it was all about the sex, I felt that scenes were written into the story that were totally unnecessary. It was a short story, but I would have liked to know more about the characters (who I loved), and less about their dirty minds. Not really the book for me I’m afraid. I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. This is my honest review.

This is part of a mini series by Carina Press. The series is called Sorority Secrets. They are quick short reads. Ideal for a quickie before bed time.
The girls in the Sorority are auctioning off their virginity for a cause close to their hearts. Caroline isn’t at all keen in this idea so goes after a local rock band to do a concert. She gets more than she bargained for when she meets the lead singer.
I thoroughly enjoyed this read. It’s short but a full story. I can’t believe this is my first read by this author. What was I thinking. I’ll be reading more from her in the future.

This was an okay read. It is short and HOT but was not really my kind of story. Its about two college students in a class. Matt is in a rock group, Caroline is a poor little rich girl who is not a virgin. Her sorority wants her to auction her virginity off. Only she is not a virgin. Haha
Matt gets to know Caroline after she tries to book his band and they fall into love and lust. But the auction is a big stumbling block for them. As I said it was not my type of book but it was well writtend and the characters fun loving. It is a surface romance with no reall depth but that might be because its a novella.

She is exactly the girl for him, the one that likes him for different reasons than anyone else. But too bad it will be a little harder for him to save the girl from the impending auction. The good thing about this story is that the problem solving is not the usual. Bidding the highest amount is not an option so Mathewson and Caroline need to get creative because there is not a chance in the world some other guy will be putting his hands on her. Who knows, maybe all they need is a backbone and stand their ground. Or maybe a little negotiation will help out...

Caroline Littrell might be the baby of Beta Kappa Nu, but she’s also the brains. When her sisters concoct the ridiculous idea to auction off their virginity for charity, she’s adamantly against it…a promise is a promise, but quiet, Ÿbersmart Caroline has a backup plan. All she has to do is track down Mathewson Jameson—campus legend, local rock god.Mathewson isn’t quite the jerk Caroline imagined. In fact, he’s quite the opposite: patient, giving, gentle. And the only one she wants to be with, first time or forever.
.When I started reading I couldn't put it down.Heather Stone is magnifysent writer.I cannot wait to read more of there books.Keep up the great work. You should definitely read this book. Can't wait for the next book

This one was sweet and steamy. It was cute how much Matt was in awe of Caroline. I liked there was really no angst and very low drama, just straight up good story. Another great addition to this quick and dirty series.

Cute story. I love these Dirty Bits books. Being able to read a book over my lunch hour is terrific.
Virgin auctions. HOT HOT HOT sex scenes. Happily Ever Afters. All of my favorites

Caroline and Matt’s story was different in feeling than the other four I’ve read in the series, but I really like it and them!
