I came to this book first which was unfortunate as its part of a triology but I went on reading anyway.

Jasper Lewingdon has unfinished business. He cannot put behind him the plot in Albania and those who sent him there and who have now very conveniently forgotton about it and him.

Avery Goodchild has information to sell. He has to find who will bid the highest for him. He is aware he is also in the sights of Jasper. Who will hunt him down.

An espionage thriller set between Albania, Berlin and settling in London, this was a fast paced read.

Part three in a trilogy - best to read the other two first so that you know who and who - well, as much as anyone can in this espionage thriller, featuring Jasper Lewingdon.

I am going to go back to start from the beginning and will pick this up again so that I can appreciate the fuller picture - and will review again accordingly after that. I feel coming into a series at the end or halfway through sometimes detracts from appreciating the time and effort put into a series by the author. But I have to admit liking what I have read so far!

It is all about spies in this book, Russians, British, Albanians. I liked the characters, strong, determined to help their country.
Thank you Netgalley for this nice read.
