I was looking forward to reading this book from the premise of the story. It sounded interesting. Unfortunately, I struggled to finish the whole book. Just did not offer what I thought it would.

I really struggled with this book, I found it hard to follow and hard to understand. It felt like there were too many describing words and it was difficult to see any actual story.

I was so looking forward to reading this, having worked in the NHS for over 20 years, wanted to see how it compared.

Whilst I 'enjoyed' and appreciated the content, I didn't like the way it was written in short sentences, for me it didn't seem to flow, continuity was missing and made it quite difficult for me to read.

I also think it would be better aimed at a purely American market who could perhaps, appreciate the nuances more than a Brit could.
