Diamond Dallas Page has his way of helping you believe that you can achieve any goals in life. In positively unstoppable he assists you to find our what is holding you back to make major changes in your life in order to achieve your goals, no matter how big or small they are. He inspires his reader in the first half of his books. And makes you feel so inspired and motivated that you can not stop reading it.
It is an easy read but you should take your time and understand every line in order to get the most out of this book.

Many thanks to Net Galley and the Publisher for sending me an advanced copy.

Being a big WWE/wrestling fan, I want to read any and all books I can to study the sport. DDP was one of the greats and I knew I had to read this book. For being a self help book, he adds a dose of humor and makes it feel like you are sitting down and having a conversation with him. It really makes you want to jumpstart your life and live the life you want!

I was drawn to this book given I grew up watching Diamond Dallas Page. I was especially interested in this after seeing his work in The Resurrection of Jake The Snake Roberts. I enjoyed the pieces of this book that were more motivational and positive messaging. I appreciated the perspective of how to frame up challenges and struggles to overcome and succeed. The second half of the book was more focused on DDPY, as I wasn't reading this book for that reason, I didn't find it as relevant to me. I do think this is a good blend of WHY this is important and HOW this strategy can be put into practice. This book would be best for someone who is interested in DDP's story and wanting to use his program to make changes in their own health.

DON'T THINK IT - INK IT! BANG!!!

Diamond Dallas Page's "Positively Unstoppable" is several books in one:

- Inspirational self-help book
- Yoga manual (sorry, don't call it yoga)
- Diet guide
- Autobiography (wrestling fans, in particular, will enjoy DDP's stories about Jake "The Snake" Roberts, "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes, the "Macho Man" Randy Savage, Hulk Hogan, and others).

It's a unique blend, but then again, one thing Diamond Dallas Page has always been is unique.

One of my favorite stories from the book: DDP's friend Terri was worried about turning 50. I won't spoil it, but what DDP told her next was mind-blowing to me. As someone approaching one of those dreaded "anniversary" birthdays myself, I will definitely take his advice to heart.

There's a lot of food-for-thought here - and yes, some of it is ABOUT food! DDP has some definite views concerning GMOs. I'm not sure of the science behind any of that, but Page doesn't claim to be a scientist either. He's just giving his views based on his own experiences. You can take them or leave them. I'll admit to being a bit skeptical about whether GMOs are really harmful or if people are just being overly paranoid, but DDP lists plenty of sources for us to do further research, which I will.

And I haven't even gotten started on Arthur, who is probably the main reason we're all interested in a professional wrestler becoming a yogi in the first place!!! In case you haven't seen the video, he was the crippled veteran who turned his life around with the help of DDP's program.

To be honest, DDP touches on some uncomfortable truths and points out some of the easy denials and excuses we all make for why we can't do something, instead of why we could - and, more importantly, should! His words hit me like a Diamond Cutter.

After reading "Positive Unstoppable," I'm determined to get back into the DDPY(oga) program and check out the app.

I had never heard of Diamond Dallas Page until recently when my husband was watching a documentary with him in it. I was intrigued by what he was doing and how he was helping many people out by using his DDP Yoga. I saw where people were able to do yoga who were not able to do any other kind of exercise. I thought this was genius and made me interested in reading first this book and then to do his program. As someone who has difficulties with doing certain types of exercise this book made me want to try his yoga out. This book definitely has allowed me to learn more about Diamond Dallas Page and how he has helped even celebrities out and how he himself was able to workout again. I highly recommend this book for all those who feel like they can't workout due to disabilities and more.

Could not make it through the first chapter. Having followed his career both as a wrestler and yoga guy just found this too much fluff and hype and not enough reality. Will not be finishing the book, And not reviewing.

I was excited to read this book, I didn't like DDP too much in his career, but that was his character. I found a tremendous amount of respect and admiration for Page after watching the documentary about my favorite wrestler all time, Jake the Snake Roberts.

In this book, you see a DDP share his stories and how overcoming every challenge he faced allowed him to find his calling. The pages in the book are filled with tools and plans to approach the challenges and find your dreams in life by going after workouts, food plans, etc.
