I love EVERY aspect of this series.  We jump in after all the chaos and events in Montreal, headed to a famous Author in London.  She's got a bit of writers block and is trying to land a movie deal! Parker and Skyler are still working on their relationship and Wendy is on the mend.  We also see a bit of our ladies man Bo laying it on thick.

We then pop over to Berlin. Strange emails begin arriving, and my anxiety skyrocketed.  The team is asked to help with a car campaign.  I don't want to spoil much, but if you're following along, you know something smells fishy.  We also see more of Wendy's husband.

Last stop on this tour is back in the states in our nations capital.  No surprise the boys get involved in politics on there stop in DC.  This is my favorite installment to date, and now I am dyeing to jump into  Madrid, Rio & LA.  I am positive this will be an EPIC finale!!

I just love this series. I love the fact that they are all their own individual stories but then they are one. This is a must read

Fresh off the danger the team encountered in Montreal, we catch up with the IG team as they regroup and recover. Things aren't hunky dorie between Skyler and Parker as they hash out the details of a misunderstanding, something that threatens their future together, and discover a new source of danger. We spend time with the team in Boston and New York before jetting off to the next job in London, this time Skyler is asked to join Parker in his effort to help an author suffering from writers block.

Maybe it's the familiarity of the subject, but the time in London with Geneva is definitely my favorite in this installment. It's fun to see what inspires Geneva, how she's pulled out of her funk and how her book characters, Dean and Simone, begin talking to her again. She finds more inspiration in Skyler, who becomes her vision of Simone.

Wrapping up in London, the teams next assignment in Berlin finds Wendy and Michael facing his past. But not before this, Parker and Skyler take a short vacation to France as Parkers friend Sophie is facing her very own personal cross-roads in her love life. The drama is relatively low but Sophie knows just what to say to get to Parker, and naively throws their past relationship at Skyler. But I love that Skyler has her chance to demystify the friendship between Parker and Sophie.

Finally, the team are ask to work in a lobbyist capacity to help a pharmaceutical company with an agenda to push some legislation through the system. The topics addressed are heavy and as I've always experienced in reading Audrey's books, she tactfully handles serious subject matter, while enlightening the reader.

But the best thing about the story is the undercurrent creepy messages that both Parker and Skyler receive, making it apparent there’s a stalker a little to close to the two of them. I think I have an idea who it is so it will be fun to see if my suspicions are right. 3 more books and 1 more volume to see how things shake out.

This series is absolutely amazing & gets me further hooked on it with each Volume released!!

International Guy: London
This series just keeps getting better and better!!!

After things cool down from the events in Montreal it's business as usual. This time Parker gets to mix business with pleasure as Sky is going to be a big help with the next client: World renowned author Geneva James. Geneva was on top of the literary world, movie options in the works she just needed to complete the third book in the trilogy but writers block is making sure it's not getting done. When IG lands on her dorrstep with Sky in tow she is thrilled that she gets to work with her muse for her character Simone. Once her creative juices get flowing there's no stopping her.

Parker and Sky have reunited and have to work on some trust issues especially after the debacle with Johan. Once past that they begin to move forward but is someone out to get them. We get the hint that maybe all the crazies were not dealt with in Montreal and that just maybe there's a new threat on the horizon.

We also get more on Wendy and her recovery and let me tell you be prepared to be gutted. That's all I'll say on that front but just wow that was some emotional stuff going on there.

International Guy: Berlin
The guys are off to Berlin to help OhM Motors market a line of hybrid cars and hopefully take the world by storm with their brand of advertising. This is one tough case and big money is at stake so the guys call in reinforcements. They use their connections with Mick and have him and Wendy join them. In this one we learn some very interesting things ab0ut Mick's past and how far he is willing to go to make his girl happy. We also get to meet Parker's brother Paul who has a surprise/secret he wants to share with him before heading back state side to tell te rest of the family. This added to the Mick/Wendy aspect really addded such dimension and intrigue to the already titillatiing tale of the IG guys.

International Guy: Washington DC
I must say that this was my favorite instalment in the IG series thus far!!!

The guys finally hire in house counsel in the form of Kendra Banks who is also Roy's ex. There are some very angry faces on the team. Parker is hoping with time they may be able to get past it and work peacefully.

Parker and Kendra head off to Washington to help Pure Beauty Pharmaceutical company get two more votes to pass a bill. Sometimes things are not as kosher as they seem and soon IG realizes regardless of their reputation if there is a fallout they cannot in good conscience go through with what is being asked of them.

Sky and Parker have moved forward full throttle with their relationship but both are still dealing with the anonymous text messages and Nate is not getting any head way so it's time to call in the big guns: Wendy. You get a feeling who this person may be but is that just a ruse to hid the true perpetrators identity.

This was at times so hard to read due to the subject matter but it really brings to the forefront that these types of things are really happening but by the end it's all well again.

Cannot wait for the 4th and final volume to get all our questions answered!!!

Received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

I know I was hesitant about this series when we started, but I'm head over heels in love with Parker and Skyler and if Carlan tries to break them up again, I'll riot.

This was another great installment of the International Guy series, although I could have used a little more Bo and Royce. I loved getting to know Michael more, especially with everything that happened with Wendy in Volume 2.

The book author helped in bringing Skyler and Parker back together after their rift in Volume 2 and the German car exec helped get the entire team back together. The DC installment is very much a break from what we are used to. Instead of helping the client, the IG guys have to face that not everyone they're hired to help will be a good guy.

Add in some figures from the guys' past each bringing their own challenges and Volume 3 is a roller coaster of laughs, heat, and pain.

*sing-songy voice* I think I know what's going to happen..... *sing-songy voice*

In London we get to see Skyler and Parker working together to help an author who happens to be a favorite of Skyler's. I loved seeing them bonding and working on their relationship. Then the IG team goes to Berlin and asks for help from Mick. We learn more about Mick and Wendy's relationship. I love how strong Wendy is for Mick when he has to face his past. Mick and Parker are also starting to develop a friendship. Washington D.C. tugged on my heartstrings but the IG team did the right. I was happy to see that the people the IG team was working for got what they deserved. Parker hires an attorney named Kendra that is part of Royce's past. There is a lot going on with Kendra and Royce's past that we and Royce has to discover. Parker and Sykler make so big decisons too, even with the stalker still out there. I can't wait to see what is going to happen next with the IG team. Hopefully we will know more about Bo soon.

International Guy Volume 3 was another book full of journeys and trails. I was so ready to jump into this volume after that mind blowing cliffhanger in Volume 2. Everything about this series makes me happy. I just love the fact its all about 3 men whose made it their life work to empower women all over the world. Volume 3 was a emotional roller coaster ride full of twists and surprises. I love all the new mysteries this volume brought forward. I love the authors ability to give you closure on certain situations yet turn around and open up more to keep you hooked on the series. If I had any complaints it would be the same I have been having. I WANT MORE Bo and Royce!!! I wish so badly we could get things in their point of views or that they could be involved in every case. I love them two! Their is alot of Skyler and Parker and I love them I really do but they can tend to over power the rest of the story line when it should be focused on the women whose book the story is truly about. With that said though I am beyond ready to dive into what awaits me in Volume 4.

"You're never going to be alone. You have me. All of me. Until you take your last breath."

London was about author Geneva James. I loved her character so much! Although she was shy and kind of a home body. I feel her character truly benefited from International Guys help. She was constantly evolving and developing through our her entire story. It was almost like reading a whole different heroine by the end of London. I also LOVED Geneva brought the boys into the world of romance it was definitely a nice touch to add to their journeys.

"Skyler smiles and it makes my heart fill with need. The need to just be where she is."

Berlin was about Monika Schmidt. I truly struggled with her character and story. I felt she was extremely manipulative and sneaky. So many times I wanted to climb through the pages and smack some sense into her. I LOVED we got to get more Wendy and Mick. I just hated it had to be under such bad circumstances. However I was glad to see such a sense of family with this book. If anything Monika did this book it was bring out just how close the International Guy family is!

"You just proved what I already knew." "Which is what?" "You're the perfect women, and all mine."

Washington DC was about Vivica Preston. Her character too brought forth many challenges and stoking revelations. It was Vivica's character that the author truly showed you how amazing a writer she is. The constant twists and turns that DC brought was nothing short of amazing! You are constantly kept on your toes and left guessing. It was a perfectly spun web of deceit, black mail, and corruption. This installment isn't pretty but I felt everything about it was handled tastefully.

*4 STARS*
Well earned another EXPLOSIVE installment into the International Guy world.

The first book is in London. Skye and Parker help an author with her writers block. It's the first time that Parker and Skye have worked together. Can they help the famous author so that the last book of the trilogy can be written? A movie deal is already in the works, but the series needs an ending, and the author needs her confidence back.
The second book is set in Berlin. The whole team goes to Berlin to help OhM motors with there campaign. Can the team help the motor company advertise there cars for many different demographic population or keep with the tired old ad which cateres to the rich.
The last book is set in Washington DC. Parker has hired a new lawyer to help with there new case. Pure Beauty Pharmaceuticals needs there help with a bill that they want passed in congress. They enilist Parkers help to sway the last two votes needed. If the bill is passed they can build two new operations and be able to move there product quickly. But nothing is as easy or good as it seems. Pure Beauty Pharmaceuticals is not above blackmail to get what they want, and there is a possibility of animal cruelty. Does IG want to be affiliated with the evil company? How can they get out of there contracts without being sued?
I loved this book. I can't wait for the next one to come out.

International Guy Volume 3 takes Parker, Royce and Bo to help clients in London, Berlin and DC. Parker and Sky are trying to figure out their future after finding their way back to each other. The boys head to London to help an author get past her writer’s block and to Berlin to help a hybrid car company plan the advertising and release of their line of high end vehicles. Their trip to DC gets them tangled up in politics and blackmail.

I am a little disappointed that Bo and Royce don’t get to be involved in every case that IG takes on. I am looking forward to them finding someone special in the future.

I love that IG empowers the women they work with in many cases. They build confidence and show the women how beautiful they are. The author brings to light some very controversial issues in the DC installment and she does an amazing job of using them to help us understand IG better. This series is fun since each installment takes us to a new location for clients with totally different kinds of problems.

There’s so much to say about the next three installments of the series!! We pick up with Skylar and Parker coming back together after all the drama but will he be able to trust her again? While they work to figure it out, Parker is off to London to help Geneva James, a struggling writer get those words down and finish her series. Bringing these characters into the romance genre was brilliant!

From there, the team is off to Berlin where they are helping an launch a new campaign for an auto company. We get more of Wendy, Mick and Paul. You get a real sense of family with this story which I enjoyed. However, those text messages to Parker and Skylar have me wondering…

Washington DC is the final stop with this series to help a cosmetic company ban the testing of animals to make products. I love that this book is a little more on the serious side, with an issue that definitely needs more attention! Bo’s ex, Kendra comes into play and adds some drama to the read and leads me to wonder what’s next in the series! Can’t wait for more!

International Guy Volume 3 picks up in the lives of the IG team and Skyler.

In London, Parker is sent out to help Geneva, an author that needs to complete her next book, but has lost her ability to write. She needs to be inspired so she can finish her trilogy that has been long overdue. Can the IG team help her find her love for writing again?

In Berlin, the entire IG team is called in to help an advertising campaign for hybrid calls. Parker finds himself in a situation to ask a friend for help in order to get the job completed. However, there is a history between the company's president and this friend. Will everyone be able to put aside the past in order to make the campaign a smashing success?

In Washington, DC, the IG team finally faces their first job that they might not be able to complete. The client wants a bill passed that will allow for some seriously disgusting things to continue happening. Can the IG team risk the future of their business to prevent dirty deals and blackmailing from occurring?

The HILARITY continues...

The hot men of International Guy (IG) Inc. continue their antics in this three-part volume. Please note, this is a continuing story and should be read from the beginning with Volume 1.

Parker and Skyler continue grow their relationship, ever the more determined to weather through whatever storms approach. Within this book, more layers are revealed behind the relationship between Wendy and Michael, especially in the aftermath of the end of Volume 2. The trauma causes strife, but strengthens the team's relationship.

In London, a new character/assignment is introduced that had all my book-ish fangirlings come to life! I reveled in it! The literary relationship a fun nod to the book community. Seriously, bookworms will love it.

Berlin brought opportunity. A chance to bring Michael into the fold of IG and spark a kinship between him, Parker, Royce, an albeit reluctantly, Bo. ;)

In Washington DC, the new character starts to uncover Royce's past, a past until now was pretty vague, apparently to even Parker. It will be interesting to see how that story unfolds. The events also highlight a softer side to all the guys and left my heart super mushy afterward.

And amidst all this, we get more dialogue from the super security team of Rachel and Nate Van Dyken. The playful banter between them showcased their characters more. I also dug all the snarky remarks and retorts these two bring into the dynamic of IG men, and the friendship Skyler strikes with Rachel.. Let's just say it involved a bet, a bull, and some booty skirts LOL You'll have to read it to find out.

This is a delightful and comedic continuation of the IG gang's story. I started reading, then switched to the audio narration. The audio book was well performed by Sebastian York and Ava Erickson, two of my favored narrators. They delivered another excellent telling that I fully adored.

I'm looking forward to the next volume to see how some of the seeds planted in this story will grow and resolve.

4 STARS!

I've been eagerly awaiting these next three destinations! There are 12 in the series. (These are books 7, 8 and 9). You can either get them in the Volume sets or as individual books, and I'd definitely recommend reading them in order.

Volume 3 of International guy takes us to London, Berlin and Washington.

London – Client:- Geneva James. Geneva is a romance author who needs to finish the book she’s writing, but has a severe case of writer's block. Her agent, Amy Tannenbaum, appoints International Guy in the hope that they'll be able to help Geneva get out of her funk!

Berlin – Monika Schmidt from OhM Motors – she needs help with her company's advertising campaign to launch six new vehicles.

Washington – Vivica Preston, CEO of Pure Beauty Pharmaceuticals and her team need help to sway the votes in favour on an upcoming bill that’s currently in committee review.

Loving this series – Audrey Carlan totally rocks!! Literally can’t wait for the last three books!

Audrey Carlan knows how to keep me invested in her charters and Volume 3 is no exception. In London my heart was broken and I didn't know how or when Audrey was going to put it back together again. She left us all wondering where this series was going to go and we were all pretty shaken up after the last book. We get some much needed answers that I could have screamed at her for making me wait for...who am I kidding? I did. Of course she makes it worth the wait, but more drama also unfolds. London is sweet and endearing, but it also spicy and hot...like panty melting hot. You will swoon, laugh, sigh and be giddy as friends and lovers come together in a perfect blend of harmony that only Audrey Carlan can deliver.

In Berlin, Audrey takes us on an exciting and surprising ride. Holy hotness when all the guys come together to work in the same city. When the entire team gets involved it's fantastic. They end up helping a woman that shakes up their IG family and hurts a couple we truly care about. New friendships are strengthened and love grows by leaps and bounds. Someone has an amazing secret and you will also find out about some major heartbreak. Don't get me started on the scary text messages as we try to figure out who is sending them. This installment is electric and enticing and keeps Audrey racing to the finish line ahead of the pack.

In Washington, D.C. the twists and turns continue and keep us investigating everyone and everything as drama exudes from everywhere regarding this stalker. Then these crazy letters and a new guy and his bat shit crazy ways keep us guessing. Then there's the girl who hurt one of our favorite IG men years ago and suddenly she is back in the fold helping the team. Audrey tackles a big issue in this installment that isn't pretty, but the way blackmail, corruption and dirty truths unfold show what a marvelous story teller she is. The steamy scenes between Parker and Sky will melt your kindle as plans for their future are being made. My heart is still giddy thinking about it.

Every book Ms. Carlan writes reminds me of the value of life and love and friendship. This story solidifies that fact even more than ever before. This team of people is incredible and we should all be so lucky to have our own tribe like this to enhance our lives. Every books she writes teaches me something I didn't even realize I needed at that point in my life and this volume is no exception. This just proves again what a fantastic story teller Carlan is. Audrey, this installment proves that risk taking is important and as an author, you aren't afraid to shake things up for the greater good and that's how masterpieces are written.

The next three installments of International Guy takes us to Berlin, London and Washington DC. As Parker and Skylar navigate some rough waters, there are so many different issues, events and excitement going on. These are by far my favorite stories as we delve into lifestyle changes, family issues, animal cruelty, partner dynamics and pasts that come back to haunt some of our favorite characters. I found myself on the edge of my seat trying to piece together the mysteries of the stalker and some of the pasts that still need to be divulged. I fell in love with Michael and Wendy and Rachel and Nate kept me on my toes as well. I absolutely can't wait for the next installments in this series. After the shocking events in Montreal it’s business as usual for Parker and his team. Geneva James, the world’s latest literary darling is one book away from completing her best selling trilogy but is suffering from a major case of writer’s block. With a movie deal hanging on the completion of the book what else can her agent do but call on International Guy to solve the problem. Can some mutual fan-girling between Skylar and Geneva, an impromptu book signing and a large dose of Bo for some literary inspiration solve the problem.

For part two Parker, Bo & Roy are off to Berlin to help with the launch of a series of eco cars. After seeing the concepts they have to work with, they realise they’re up against it time-wise so they call in reinforcements in the shape of Wendy and her fiancé Michael who just happens to owns one of the biggest advertising firms in the US. Little do they know there’s some bad history between Michael and Ulrika, the representative for car company.

For the third part of this book Parker and their new lawyer Kendra are in Washington for International Guy’s latest job working with a large pharmaceutical company who are trying to have a bill passed through Congress. It isn’t long though before they realise things aren’t what they seem. Just who are they working for?

This book does cover some unsavoury topics that might make you feel a bit ill. But even though some of the descriptions are rather graphic, the author doesn’t go for the shock effect and manages to handle them in a manner that doesn’t sensationalise them and therefore reduce the seriousness of the subject matter. It’s not all doom and gloom though. The witty banter between the characters especially when it involves Wendy and Bo will make you smile and then tug at your heart strings when Wendy doesn’t know how to react to a simple gift. I love how this author can write secondary characters that draw you in wanting to know more about them, even though they’re not the ‘stars of the show’. I’m now left wanting to read Geneva’s books and personally, I’d love more of her and Bo. And Rachel and Nate – how did they get together? They’re such a great partnership. Not forgetting my personal favourites Wendy and Mick. I might even have had a tear or two in my eye at one point reading this book because of them. Then there’s the addition of a new character in the shape of Kendra, an old flame of Roy’s. What secrets is she hiding? With things escalating with Skylar’s stalker – who I think I know who it is – and there’s an upcoming wedding to look forward to. I can honestly say this has got to be my favourite series this year. I can’t wait for the next book to be released.

Full of Intrigue, fun, Love, Friendship & the Dark Side Of Politics! This volume has so much going on as we pick up right where Volume Two left off. These characters are fast becoming my favorite with their great friendships and trust in one another. Loved watching Skyler and Parker relationship turn the corner into more as these two become more in tune with how the other thinks and feels, while also sharing and trusting each other. Their sizzling encounters are some of my favorite scenes. I can’t wait to read the final volume as I am so invested in this group of characters. Just can’t get enough.
London - Starts with Wendy in a coma in the hospital with everyone waiting for her to wake up. But when she does wake up finally, her and Michael receive some unsettling news. Sky and Parker jet off to London to help an author get her mojo back, so that she can finish a Trilogy that the heroine was based on Skyler. While everyone worries about Wendy and her recovery.
Berlin - International Guy is asked to help OhM Motors with a advertising and marketing campaign of their new line. But with this dilemma Michael’s past relationship is brought into focus and Wendy and Michael’s relationship and upcoming nuptials are brought into perspective. This was the highlight of this part of the book for me. Loved seeing the aspects of their relationship up close and personal. They are adorable together. And we meet Parker’s brother Paul and his new love interest.
Washington D.C.- IG hires on a lawyer to help with their new assignment, and she has a past with this group. Parker takes on some heat for hiring her. But as they try to help a pharmaceutical company get a law passed the dark side of Washington D. C. rears it’s ugly and disgusting head and the boys just might be taking a hit to their reputation if they don’t find a way out.
But there are more sinister things in play as Skyler and Parker are receiving creepy, stalker like texts through out this whole book from a unknown person. Will they find out who it is? Are they safe? You will need to tune into the next volume of this series to find out.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

London, Berlin & Washington DC -- where do we go from here?! Another very enjoyable 3-book installment of the International Guy series that features more romance, politics, and up and down emotions. We get introduced to a new character in the last book (Washington DC) and I'm anxious to see what's going to happen with these characters that we've grown to know and love. International Guy Volume 4 can't arrive fast enough! I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC for NetGalley.

Another 3 tales in the International Guy world of romance and adventure! Skylar and Parker are back and better than ever! Every book leaves my heart in my throat after getting answers to previous questions, but it's worth the wait. London, Berlin, DC are my favorite in the series so far and I'm counting down the days until Volume 4!

AUDREY CARLAN
International Guy Series Volume 3
LONDON: INTERNATIONAL GUY BOOK 7

“You put yourself in danger and our relationship at risk.”

Something about this series feels like coming home. Each book wraps around me a little snugger and tugs at my heart. I love the words of wisdom, friendship, challenges, humor, steamy scenes and the passion of the International Guys with their women, friendships and assignments.

“Life is full of risks. When you have something worthy, the risk suddenly seems small.”

This book briefly ties up a cliffhanger and gets the wheels going on another mystery. Little bits are thrown in and have you wondering when the other shoe is going to drop...although I have no idea why you wouldn’t read the whole series...this book may be read as a stand-alone.

Berlin~International Guy Book 8 is downloaded and ready for me to dive in and get lost in Audrey’s words!

******************

BERLIN: INTERNATIONAL GUY BOOK 8

“A man who stands for nothing will fall for anything.”

This book is full of discoveries, healing, past ghost and mystery. We learn about people’s past and what insecurities they have and why, divulging secrets and current struggles. It really gives insight into personalities of our favorite characters.

“Family’s there for the good, the bad, and the fugly.”

This book continues to show the strength of loyalty between friends, what really defines family and the continued growth in many relationships. The humor, friendship and love continues to grow in Berlin.

This book exposes fears, hopes, dreams and obstacles in our International Guys (and women)... I’m thinking some intense discoveries will be made in WASHINGTON, DC: INTERNATIONAL GUY BOOK 9. I’m looking forward to how the mystery gets exposed and hopefully how it brings some relationships closer together.

************
WASHINGTON, DC: INTERNATIONAL GUY BOOK 9

“Let’s just hope we can get through this case unscathed and with our company intact.”

Once again this book will have you camped out until you hit the last page. I just can’t put these books down. I’m completely obsessed with this series and the International Guy Family and everyone who joins it.

“You’ve opened up Pandora’s box, and she has a wicked temper. I’d prepare for the fight of your lives,”

This book takes a different turn. We have a little animosity amongst the brothers. There are difficult subject matters addressed. I feel they are done with class as if Audrey would handle it any other way. They give you an insight to both sides of the subjects. It may have you rethinking your own beliefs and possibly show compassion that may not have been there before.

“...We’re a team at IG, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. Underneath it all, there’s a lot of comradery and respect. The guys will come around, you’ll see.”

Even though some things were changed up in this book...some things stayed the same. Friendships, loyalty, humor, steamy goodness, developing mystery and growth. Looking forward to what Madrid: International Guy Book 10 has in store for us.
