I am not a huge anthology reader but I really liked the stories which were in this book. This was smutty and was satisfying to read for almost all of the stories. Only two in this I didn't like and another I was annoyed with being left on a cliffhanger and even said "the end for now" which I think is fine for the author's own books but not for an anthology.

Overall though these were really good stories and had me wanting to check out a lot of authors I hadn't heard of before.

Some story's are not that bad but they are not great. It was hard getting through all of them.

I have to admit to being a little surprised by all the positive reviews of this anthology. I have to wonder if they read the same thing I did. I thought this was terrible. The writing was generally sub-par and the stories and characters were just awful. I actually skimmed a few of them because I just couldn’t handle how bad they were. I would definitely not recommend this anthology, even at such a low price.

I received a free copy of Craving Forbidden in exchange for an honest review. This was an entire book made up of short stories. Some were better then others. In a couple of the stories, the scenes we're too rushed, or they left me hanging with no closure.

This is an ideal book if you were limited for time. You can read a quick story, and then pick you up the book again later without having to worry about where you left off.

Overall, in would recommend this book.

This is a bundle of fast-paced taboo reads with plenty of drama and suspense. The stories are steamy and have great characters. I found so many authors to add to my TBR. I loved it!

So many naughty short stories you will not be disappointed reading the collection.

I received an arc from Netgalley. I didn’t want each story to end and was a major teaser. I like a more in depth book so this was not one of my favorites.

The hotness factor is real with these short, addicting stories of taboo.

There are a bunch of authors in this book that were first time reads for me but I can say that I will be a returning as a repeat reader.

Not only were these stories entertaining, they were original and kept me turning the pages.

It’s filled with romantic, steamy situations that I couldn’t get enough of.

If you love a good taboo trope, then this book is definitely for you. It covers so many of them and each one is a good as the next.

I would highly recommend this book for your next steamy, hot as all get out fix.

Tempting, tantalising and oh so Taboo, Craving Forbidden is an array of stories to tempt the curiosity and raise the temperature. This was a good collection of hot stories, with something for everyone.

Prior to reading this book, I have never read anything from any of these authors.

Overall, I felt the majority of the books were good. I'm not really a big fan of short stories - which these all are. However, I can say, based on reading this book, I plan to read more books by some of these authors. I am hoping maybe some of the characters from this book were supporting characters from other books. Fingers crossed!

Craving forbidden is a wonderful collection of stories that are kept behind closed doors and are craved by all who desire what’s off limits. Each story is a quick read that gets the heart racing and the blood pressure rising too. I loved finding new authors and none of the stories were difficult to follow or less enjoyable than another. A great collection and well worth the read; but keep a fan handy!

Anthologies are always a little tricky to review. I think all of these authors were new to me and overall I enjoyed this collection of stories. I think the stories by AJ Norris and Evan Grace stood out as slightly better than most of the other stories. Overall the collection wasn't quite as forbidden and taboo as I expected but it was still an entertaining read.

I didn't really like this book. Out of 13 short stories featured in this book there were 3 that I actually liked and thought were ok (and even those I just liked not loved). The rest of them I didn't like. Either they were predictable, too weird for my taste, ended abrubtly or strangley, the charcters annoyed me... take your pick. And also a lot of those stories had nothing to do with "forbidden love" (at least not in my opinon). The blurb says: So, forget about the rules. Ignore the warning signs. Embrace the illicit, and allow yourself a taste of the… FORBIDDEN. and in my opinion most of the stories in the book don't deliever on this. Maybe it's me and not the stories and I just wasn't in the right mood when I read them but overall the book was just ok and nothing to write home about.

We have a smorgasbord of short stories all with taboo couples in them, forbidden, off-limits should probably not even look there way, but regardless of how short they were entertaining and had you hooked from the beginning and since they are short you pretty much just breeze by them, wetting the appetite for the next one..I enjoyed so grab a copy. .

I just loved this collection of stories I just love a good quick read and these were really good well written quick stories. There was not a single one I did not enjoy and I find it a super way to try new authors I would recommend each and every one of these.

This was a steamy fast read. I love anthologies because you can at least find time to read a story at a time but I wont lie for this one I read the whole book in two sittings. Most of authors in it are new to me which is another plus for anthologies because you discover awesome authors you've never read before. Definitely going to be looking up some of them asap. If you like quick reads with steam then definitely give this book a try.
