A Serial Killer’s Desire by C.F. Rabbiosi
Book 1 (Obsession is book 2)

Sick…that is what I said to myself as I read the last of this story. I found the story well written in a dark gritty rather disturbing way. Jynn finds herself with a serial killer but over time rather into Antone although his brother Devon is there from time to time trying to talk her into getting away from the inevitable death she faces if she stays with Antone. I really can’t say much about the story as it would give the storyline away. I will say the story included pain, suffering, blood, bondage, sadism, psychological manipulation, twisted thinking… it was different and left me wondering how many people in the world are really like those portrayed in this story.

Thank you to NetGalley and BooksGoSocial for the ARC – This is my honest review.

My first time reading C.F. Rabbiosi, no regrets!

I give it 4 stars.

He's rich, he's hot, he's a bad boy. What's not to love?
It was good, interesting, easy to read and follow. I didn't want to put it down. It was original. Not just sex, but dialogues, a story... If you like that kind of books for adults you will love this one!

I'm a fan of the darker side of life. Serial killers are right up my alley so, although erotica isn't something I normally read a lot of, I was immediately intrigued by A Serial Killer's Desire.

I love the originality of this book. Let's face it, serial killers are sexy. There are thousands of women who regularly write to imprisoned killers*, confessing their love and devotion that will agree with me. Danger can be thrilling and what is more dangerous than a psychopath who has killed people?

While I did find Antone and Jynn unique, and a little scary at times, I didn't enjoy this book nearly as much as I had hoped. I think I had a different idea in my head of what I was going to read and that was just way off. Really....WAY off.

The sex scenes didnt bother me. I was expecting some pretty intense play so I had some sort of idea of what to expect. What bothered me, however, was the narration and the interaction between characters. It all felt very awkward to me to the point of cringe-worthy at times and I really just couldn't get past that. I mean, it takes a lot to make me uncomfortable but I never thought a simple conversation between killers would do it.

In all, this book really does have everything I look for in a good read; unique characters, twisty subject matter, sexual tension and one hell of a twist. IF I could have gotten past the uncomfortable awkwardness, I probably would have really enjoyed this book.

I would like to thank NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with a copy of this book to read and provide my honest opinions.

*Side note: I dont write to killers. No judgement on those that do, but my fascination ends with books and documentaries. Just wanted to throw that out there.

I was kindly given this book in exchange for an honest review.

I’ve never read an erotica like this before & although i knew what I was letting myself in for, at times it was a little bit too dark for me.

I did however like the writing style & thought the story was very well developed.

I will be picking up more from this author in the future.

He's a rich bad boy. She's a damaged beauty. Not even close.Because he's not just gorgeous, he's deadly. He lures women into his deceptive web and tortures them into submission, LOVES them to death, and won't stop until they've fallen for their captor. Won't stop until they've loved him with their last breath. But this time, he's taken the wrong girl. This time, he may be captured instead, his heart chained by an astonishingly well matched foe. When I started reading I couldn't put it down.C.F. Rabbiosi is magnifysent and amazing writer.I cannot wait to read more of there books.Keep up the great work. You should definitely read this book. Can't wait for the next book.

I received an advanced reader’s copy in exchange for an honest review

Sometimes I get myself in situations where I ignore clearly labeled information. I read the blurb for this book and thought “that can’t be what it really is” but yes that is EXACTLY what it really is. Shutting down the part of my brain that clutches pearls, it’s pretty standard erotica playing into a very specific fantasy. That’s what is is. As labeled. Whoo

It's not often that I read this genre, but it was the synopsis that drew my attention and the words 'serial killer'. The words 'serial killer' never fails to grab my attention!

I am in two minds about this book. The story was good, but I am not fond of stories which has too much dialogue going on between the main characters. It is the first time that I have read a book by this author and am happy to read more. If you enjoy this genre, it is certainly worth a read.

My thanks to Netgalley and the Publishers for my copy. This is my honest review, which I have freely given.

A review will be posted to Amazon and Goodreads later today.

Thanks to the publisher for an ARC to read and give my opinion.

Unfortunately I don't have many positive things to say about this title. The story line was hard to follow and the characters didn't seem to have any chemistry. I feel like the author was trying to ~fancy~ up a basic storyline of sex and power play but it felt off.

Sincerely this book need a few more rewrites..... Not only did I have a hard time following the storyline but the characters have zero chemistry. Even compiling the strange couplings between the two, the storyline just appalled me. Give me some erotica....some character appeal...attraction between the characters...something. This story has some strong themes but there's hardly any description, its mostly conversation after all is said and done because he chokes her until she goes into a dream like state. I gave it a two star like since it didn't really entertain me at all.
