LOVE LOVE LOVE Slothilda! I discovered her through Instagram and have been in love ever since. Slothilda and peanut are both incredibly cute and funny, but also too relatable. Slothilda comic collections will be auto=buys for me from now on!

I was approved for this book, and before I got home to download it, it archived... So I had to wait and eventually I got my hands on it.
I was pretty excited.
unfortunately the book fell flat for me.
I love graphic books and generally enjoy them as a quick break.
And while this was cute, and fun to read, it lacked substance... like nothing.

Its cute, I get it but I like something that I can really relate to, and while there were a couple... I still found it lacking

'Slothilda: Living the Sloth Life' by Dante is a series of cartoons about someone living their best sloth life now.

The book is divided in to sections like Fitness, Food, Money, Home, etc. Each section has a humorous joke about intentions and reality. The jokes are cute, and I could certainly relate to them, especially with regard to exercise.

The illustrations are cute and the jokes are fun. Slothilda is a pretty adorable character as is her pet, who is always getting in the way.

What a funny graphic novel! I loved Slothilda and reading about her leisurely lifestyle. Great illustrations too.

Sloths are fascinating but extremely even paced - downright slow. In this same light, Slothilda fit the mold. The illustrations were well done, but the content was a bit slow and repetitive. I will say, this may be do to the fact that I am not a huge comic or graphic novel fan. So, if you are a fan of those, you will most likely enjoy this read. It would also make a great gift for the right person.

Slothilda is the embodiment of the introvert and self-care master in all of us. She does things her own way, and is okay with that...besides, her puppy loves her, and in my opinion that is as good as it gets. SLOTHILDA is a comic book for adults everywhere reminding us to embrace each moment and that power napping is a super power.

A very cute and relatable book. I belive it would fit for most people, and it would make a great gift.

Somewhat, although the continuing revolution of who is sick in my house at any given time (always a two out of three scenario), plus my broken iPad (fuck you apple, and also the tile floor I dropped it on a while ago), plus my belief I can do much more than I realistically can, definitely makes me want to lazy sloth away. Although, Slothilda has a dog, and not cats, like me. So can I really relate? I'll say yes. Can non-lazy people relate? Probably too, but I am lazy, so I'm not going to go through the leg-work to find out.</p>

Living the Sloth Life is a cute, fun read. I had not seen the comics from the blog previously, so it was all new to me. I related to some of the images and thoughts, but not all, which is usually the case with collections. However, I really like the artwork, I thought Slothilda was very cute. I liked the inherent honest the author has in sharing the desire we all have to eat and rest as often as we want, and the over exaggeration of the lack of motivation made it funny while making the reader feel better about the things they do and their choices. I am feeling much more accomplished with the amount of work, cleaning, and reasonably healthy eating I do after seeing the sloth version of such activities.

Sloths are loads of fun, so I like their use to illustrate observations about modern life. It's a pretty standard web comic collection but a good gift choice, especially for sloth fans.

Slothilda has noble goals, like all of us -- and like all of us, she sometimes fails to meet them. It's very easy to relate to the many innovative uses she finds for her treadmill, the procrastination she succumbs to, and more. And she is very, very cute. While the topics tackled and the sentiments expressed are pretty common modern complaints, it's fun to see them through the lens of a sloth.

I love sloths and comics, so expected to love this book. The illustrations were very cute, but at times felt more like a collection of memes.

I really, really like Slothilda but honestly? I was kind of annoyed by the book. I'm not even sure why, because it was exactly what I expected - a collected edition of all the cute Slothilda gifs I know from Twitter as cute Slothilda cartoons. And maybe that's it: I already new Slothilda, I've been following Dante Fabiero's Twitter account for a while now and this book just doesn't offer anything new. It's still super cute and a great little gift for all sloth (and corgi) fans, but maybe not if they already know Slothilda.

The illustration for this book is cute but I thought it lacked substance. I've never read any of the author's comics online so this was my first, and probably only, foray into their work. Lots of other people love this character and book but I am not one of them. There are tons of one panel or three simple panels to convey the point, which is fine in itself, but not when the book is mostly comprised of these. There were also quite a few instances of dejavu because comics were so similar to one another.

I stumbled to the Instagram account of this last year when I was looking for comic books to follow and I instantly like the adorable drawings of the author. The simple and cute illustrations of how Slothilda and her corgi pup Peanut live their everyday lives will bring a smile to anyone who will check out this comic book.

One way or another, I reckon that a lot of readers could be able to relate themselves to Slothilda. There are a lot of us who are glued into our smartphones, tablets or laptops. We also tend to procrastinate once in a while or from time to time for those who make it habit already. This 109-page book showcases how we live like a sloth and it's really funny how Dante Fabiero depicted our laziness in a comical way.

I read this when I should have been sleeping. It was just too cute and relatable, so I kept going. Sleep is over rated, right?

The illustrations are really cute, and complemented the books text perfectly. After reading Slothilda, I kind of think I'm living the sloth life without actually being a sloth.

I really have nothing bad to say about this book. It's great for a quick pick-me-up.

This was a fun book, cataloging web comics about a very Cathy-esque sloth. It's impossible not to identify with her troubles. As fits they're origins, there are plenty of pages you wish you could share with a friend immediately.

There were a few cute jokes, but overall I found it repetitive and not very engaging. I would try another work from this author though.

It is lovely, but it is a one-time read in my opinion. It's just 'eh'.

This book was nothing special. Sure, the illustrations are cute and the sayings are relatable, but in the world on internet memes, it just doesn't stand out. It will get compared to all the other art/comic/meme books that people have illustrated/written. With that being said, yes, the sloth and the dog are very adorable. But considering I have read many books like this, it just isn't anything new and amazing.
