Marianna has lived a very sheltered life. But when she gets a chance of a holiday in Greece, she decides its time to get adventurous. Opportunity presents itself in the form of a handsome and tempting man, Nico.
Nico has had a hard life and doesn’t trust easily. But something about Marianna intrigues him, and he invites her back to his place.
2 months later Marianna is back in Greece pregnant with Nico’s child. She wants to marry Nico in an attempt to give her child both mother and father under one roof. But will Nico be able to trust Marianna for this relationship to have a future ?
Beauty and the Greek billionaire is a well written read that started off really well. But somewhere along the way I had mixed feelings for Nico, sometimes I was angry at him and at others I felt sorry for him. Marianna is a strong heroine who is willing to do everything for her child. It was a steamy read and I enjoyed the hiding the cat game.

"Fun, Easy and peacefull."
I've been wanting to read this book for a long time, I read on instagram review and got hooked.
The protagonist is a 26-year-old woman very overprotected by her brothers who travels to Greece with a mission; lose your virginity with a gorgeous and very weathy greek man.
This is what I like to call "a Sunday book" - this type of book is usually used to spend an enjoyable afternoon but it does not make an impact, either in your life or in the same day, so you can return to your normal routine the next day, with the reassurance that while it is not a bad book, it does not have the ability to surprise you, or be addictive enough to not be able to stop until it's finished. so if you have a little time to spare and want to read a good (but not that good) this is it.
What I liked most were the dialogues, they were fluid and entertaining. also the protagonist surprised me pleasantly with his strength and determination.

A funny romance, that will take your heart for a ride! When Marianna's determination to lose her virginity to a random stranger, leads her straight to the one man she should be steering clear of, she's instantly thrown into a tangle of lies that brings out the monster in Nico due to his tragic past. I couldn't put this book down, wanting to know more about both of their histories and how they could possibly overcome it. There were moments that my heart was literally in my throat and your heart breaks a few times, but it's definitely worth the ride.

Modern day marriage of convenience romance for a couple whose one night stand delivers more than expected! I liked both characters here, with Marianna willing to give Nico the benefit of the doubt and time to come around to the idea of being a father - and a real husband. Bit of drama with the ex and best friend of the couple but all is resolved nicely. The Greek island of Corfu makes for a lovely setting. Sexy and enjoyable!

Okay so #realtalk: There’s nothing unique to read here. No, seriously, if you’re an avid reader you’ve read this before somewhere, at least 100 times LOL and it’s gonna be predictable as well. BUT … guess what? ……….. you’re not gonna care because the story was still fun, you will love Marianna and Nico to bits, and Stefanie London just doesn’t disappoint. I really enjoyed reading these two and I smiled my way to the end. Both Marianna and Nico grew as characters on the page and we reached a beautiful ending. I mean what more can you ask for?

Oh my God! I can’t believe how much fun I had reading Beauty and the Greek Billionaire. A steamy, sexy and sweet romance with a little angst, it was practically perfect.

Marianna is accompanying one of her seven older brothers on a business trip to Greece. Having a profound love for languages and different cultures, she’s not only having the time of her life but also planning how to get rid of her pesky v-card. When the swooniest tall, dark and broody guy ever saves her wallet from being stolen she decides he’s her fated devirginizing hookup.

Nico is wary of the sexy Australian making eyes at him. He can’t deny he’s incredibly attracted to her and finds her natural and unassuming air completely charming. Next thing he knows they’re having the hottest encounter of his life, but things don’t end really well. Two months later and he’s moved on, if being more of a broody hermit than ever could be called that. That’s when Marianna shows up knocking on his door saying she’s pregnant with his baby and his world tips upside down.

I loved Marianna. She was sweet and loving, quirky and adorkable. The fact that she was all for doing the best for her baby made me love her even more. That and the way she kept messing up with Nico to loosen him up. Nico was one sexy recluse, having a difficult upbringing and not the happiest past, the walls he had built around himself were understandable. That doesn’t mean that I didn’t want to slap the crap out of him to make him see the light, but he had issues with reason. Once he let his walls down, he was funny and charming, and had an incredible depth of feeling. I absolutely adored these two together, as they made for one of the cutest and awkwardest couples ever.

With fabulous chemistry, a bit of angst, some lack of communication but loads of sensual tension you could almost feel in the air, Beauty and the Greek Billionaire captivated me from start to finish.

This story has on page sex and cursing (including f-bombs) so if those things will cause you to leave a bad review, this isn't the book for you.

If you've never read a Stefanie London book before and don't know where to jump in, this is a great place to start. It showcases her sense of humor and her ability to write characters who don't seem like a good match into a sweet and wonderful couple that you can't help but root for.

After reading this book I have decided that Stefanie London is the queen of quirky and awesome heroines. Marianna might come off as a small town girl who is a little naive at times, but she was also smart, incredibly strong and tenacious, and she refused to compromise herself for anyone. Not even Nico. I also thought that her quirks were absolutely adorable. In a nutshell: I adored her. Nico was less than perfect, but he wore that fact from the very start so it didn't make him unlikable. His inner thoughts and his childhood memories made him lovable. Even when he was pigheaded at the end we knew he'd get it together because he was a good guy at heart. Watching these two get to know each other and actually develop a relationship was really sweet – even if Nico didn't want to be emotionally involved, there's no question that he was from the start.

I would recommend this story to anyone who enjoys the unexpected pregnancy theme or to anyone who loves a gruff and growly (but lovable) hero and a quirky heroine.

I really enjoyed this book, I like a good marriage of convenience story. This book had that and so much more.
Marianna was a very sheltered young woman, she grew up with 7 brothers that pretty much protected her from anything and everything. Marianna goes along with her brother on a business trip to Greece where she has a list of things she wants to do while away from her family. First up- Lose her virginity. Marianna sets her sights on a gorgeous Greek man and attempts to flirt with him. I say attempts because she is quite naive and has no idea what she is doing. Nico is very suspicious of this young woman because of his background. He is suspicious because he was who the business meeting was with that her brother had and he saw her with him and she gave a fake name. For all of her awkward flirting Nico is attracted to her and takes her to his house and she is able to check something of her list. He calls her out on her so called deceit and she leaves and returns home.
A few months go by and Marianna seeks out Nico at his home and tells him she is pregnant and he is the father. She suggests that they get married so that they can give their baby a mother and a father.
For as sheltered and naive as Marianna was she was actually pretty smart. She was very book smart but I loved how she knew what she wanted and that she went after it because she deserved it. She didn’t let her family convince her to just stay with them and let them help her raise the baby. She didn’t take Nico’s marriage in name only agreement because she deserved more and she was falling for him. Marianna was so good for Nico, she showed him what it was like to be loved and to have a family even though he fought it tooth and nail. But only because he had a rough childhood and didn’t realize her deserved what Marianna was offering.
I loved this book and I couldn’t put it down once I started. I would recommend this book for others to read.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ out of 5
I devoured this book and couldn’t get enough! I would say the whole virgin one night stand turning into pregnancy and marriage of convenience trope was my guilty pleasure but I have nothing to feel guilty about. This was GOOD! So good!
.
Our heroine has decided enough is enough and when she accompanies one of her brothers to Greece she plans to lose her V card. She chooses our hero, a hot Greek Billionaire, to do the deed and after an incredible day and night together they part ways. 8 weeks later and guess who is pregnant? She decides she wants her child to have a mother and a father so proposes to our hero to make that a possibility.
.
What is it about grumpy heroes that do it for me? The hero in this book was definitely grumpy, with major trust issues that made me totally fall for him. The heroine was sweet, honest and open and exactly what he needed even when he was pushing her away. Overall I loved this book and couldn’t put it down! Perfect balance of sweet and sexy!

Nico and Marianna were a fun couple to get to know. And this story is set in one of my favorite places in the world - Corfu. As I was reading all the places they visit it was like I was right there with them.

I loved Marianna's determination to prove to herself and well as Nico that they are worth all the trouble in the world. Although I got to say I was a bit sad that he needed so much time to see how much he ment to her.

Overall I loved this quick read. I'll be looking for more of Stefanie London books.

sometimes i read these category romances and while some aspects of the settings have changed, namely the technology, but books like beauty and the greek billionaire are blasts from the past. this could have been one of my grandmother's harlequin books.in fact, i'm one hundred percent positive, it was one of my grandmother's harlequin books. and i don't mean that in a plagiarized, bad way. it's just that the whole vibe of this book reminds me of a harlequin presents.

and i love it. it's kind of trope-y and predictable, but in the best possible ways. marianna and nico are just perfect for each other. her optimism and whimsy and smarts are the perfect counterpoints to his pessimism and practicality and distrust. everything about them shouldn't work but does. because in his heart of hearts, nico craves the whimsey and his shattered heart can only heal with the kind of faith a person like marianna can give him.

that's what makes these love stories so sweeping. it's the power of love to be transformative. it's what my grandmother's harlequin's did. it's why i always enjoy a good category romance.

**beauty and the greek billionaire will publish by october 29, 2018. i received an advance reader copy courtesy of netgalley/entangled publishing (indulgence) in exchange for my honest review.

Wow! This book, Beauty and the Greek Billionaire by Stefanie London....just talk about an escape to an exotic getaway! The author's way of describing the locale set in this remote part of Greece is breathtaking. She does a magnificent job of making the reader visualize everything that is there; from the scenery, to the people, to even the harshness of the local favorite beverage. It was a wonderful experience to immerse oneself in.
While I was not quite as enraptured with the couple in the story, mainly the heroine's rather in my view, old fashioned thinking, I still enjoyed the book. The book pulled me back in time and time again, making me want to "see" more details of this place. Kudos to this author for making me want to go to Greece! And in the meantime, for a while making me feel like I was there.

With seven overprotective brothers Marianna has never been able to experience freedom and independence although she is well educated and a master at languages. When she is given the opportunity to travel with her brother to Greece on one of his business trips she is determined that this will be the chance to lose her innocence.

Nico is an orphan and when he finally found people to call his family it came to drastic end which has left him closed off and unwilling to let others close. When a beautiful woman starts flirting with him, even though he can tell she has no experience, he is drawn to her but also wondering what she wants from him.

It was only a matter of time before the chemistry between them erupts but when the trust between them is challenged due to a misunderstanding will they be able to find a way back to each other or is his past too much to overcome?

Marianna is sweet yet naïve while in the beginning Nico was hard to like as more of his background is revealed it give you a greater understanding of his actions. There is a lot of drama and angst that must be endured before they find their happy ever after. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I love all of Stefanie’s work but this has to be my all-time favourite. A fun riff on Beauty and the Beast, the story reminds me of the romance books my mum and I read on poolside holidays. Nostalgic, enjoyable, fun. Definitely one to pick up (or download) and enjoy on a lounge chair (or pretend you’re on one with!)

3.5 Hard Walls needing to be Brought Down Stars
* * * 1/2 Spoiler Free
Take a woman who was raised with 7, yes, 7 overbearing but loving brothers. They live in Australia out where there wasn't much happening. This limited our gal's ability to have the usual growth a woman would have had by the time she turned 24.

So an opportunity arrived when one of her brothers was going to Greece to pitch a money man for a new company he was promoting. There the pitch, unfortunately, did not go well. But...it causes the brother to look for another connection away from where the brother and sister were staying. This allows the sister to fulfill her reason for coming to Greece.

She is determined to lose her virginity with a man here. She has studied all the romance novels trying to see how to make this happen and now that her brother is going to be away overnight...this is her chance.

What happens next is the billionaire who turned down the brother saves the sister from a street tourist incident. This leads to them chatting and gives the sister just the person to focus on to do the deed.

There are a couple of secrets our man is hiding but he is attracted to her and her, him... so after a wonderful day and evening, the chemistry takes off. They do the deed, enjoy the freeing moments and then go their separate ways.

Surprise, she is pregnant and is not going to let this child not know his father.

The focus of this tale is how these two manage together, what walls have to be broken and each needs to trust one another. She was strong and focused on giving the child a true family. He had been through a horrific childhood with abandonment issues with a past hurt so deep, he would do anything not to experience it again.

It took a couple of hot mess minutes for him to get his head together and see what was in front of him while she held strong and showed love for him and her future child.

Nico is the brooding beast and Marianne is the spunky unsure beauty. Their relationship goes on wild roller coaster ride as Nico tries his best to keep a hard protective shell around his heart and Marianne is determined to break it down. The author gives her a quirky habit of reciting facts when sh is nervous which is very endearing. Eventually the walls fall down and they find their HEA.

An innocent seductress meets a gruff loner and passion ignites! She's got one thing on her mind and running into such a tempting man is just what she had dreamed of. If only she had been prepared for the consequences! I really enjoyed the latest from Stefanie London! The characters are both enchanting in their own right with back stories that endear them to our hearts quickly. The plot is a take on a modern day fairy tale with no need for a play on magic to captivate the audience and have us hanging on every word just hoping for that happily-ever-after.  Well developed characters, a fast moving plot and enough strife and drama to keep our attention. Well done!

Australian beauty Marianna Halsey is tired of her life. She has seven ridiculously over-protective older brothers, and the fact that she's twenty-four years old and still a virgin shows that she can't get away with anything. While on vacation with only one of the self-proclaimed bodyguards of her virtue, she vows to slip away and find a handsome man to have a vacation fling with. She might still be going home to that same family, but she'll have had fun beforehand!

Self-made billionaire Nico Galinas might go out of his way not to have to interact with people on a daily basis, but when he sees a solitary vacationer about to have her wallet stolen, he can't help but step in to save the day. Suspicious once he realizes who she is, he can't help but follow along with whatever game she's playing, even when it's clear she has set her sights on seducing him. He'll let her think she's pulling the wool over his eyes, but he'll be the one in control of the situation ... up until the day she returns claiming he's the father of her baby-to-be that is!

Although I really wanted to love Beauty and the Greek Billionaire there were a few too many things that kept me from really falling in love with either MC. The whole thing came together too quickly with a lot of characters and situations introduced that felt rushed. It never allowed the MCs to develop anything more than surface level attraction. The romance was scarce in this one and Nico's constant insecurities seemed to overshadow Marianna's needs. In the long run, this felt too one sided for me.

2 stars. Unfortunately, this book didn't really work for me. Beauty and the Greek Billionaire is Marianna and Nico's story. Marianna has led a sheltered life with many older brothers in Australia. When she travels with one of her brothers to Greece while he is on a business trip, she sees her chance to break out and have an adventure. She decides to have a fling and give up her virginity. Marianna meets Nico and has a one night stand. But it comes back to haunt her when a few months later she finds out she is pregnant. She heads back to Greece and Nico, who was a was an orphan and doesn't want his child to be born out of wedlock, offers to marry her. So begins a marriage of convenience that turns into a real relationship.

The story is a very old school romance trope. I liked Marianna but she was very much a doormat. Nico was a huge jerk and treated her meanly throughout the book to the very end. Marianna kept forgiving him and giving him more chances to hurt her, never giving up on him. I did not see why she kept trying to make a relationship work with him and what she saw in him. He was cold, cruel, and pushed her away over and over. Right up the last few pages, he refuses feelings for her. When he finally does apologize, it was very little and too late. Marianna even took the blame for some of his actions, when none of it was her fault.I felt bad for her, but I did feel like she asked for his treatment after giving him so many chances to hurt her. I really didn't like Nico at all. I felt no love between the two of them. There is OW and OM drama too.

Overall, this was just not a good read for me. The premise had potential, but the execution fell short. Still, if you like books with jerk heroes and lots of drama, you might like this book and should give it a try.

Marianna Halsey is on a business trip with her brother on one of the Greek isles. While her brother, Daniel was conducting business, Marianna had her own business to attend to. She is all set to lose her V card…yes that’s right, her virginity. It’s tough growing up the only girl with seven overprotective brothers. One would think Marianne would know all about men, but she knew nothing of what they wanted in a woman. She really did not have any girlfriends or people she could talk to about sex. Everything she knew came from the romance books she loves to read. But, Marianna is prepared and has her checklist handy. All she needs is a sexy Greek man, a private location, sexy panties and last but not least some liquid courage. While on the hunt she comes close to being pick pocketed, but is saved from plundering by the sexy Nico Galinas. One look at Nico and she knew romance book heroes really ARE true. Greek man found…..check! Fast forward two months later Marianna finds herself pregnant and back on Nico’s doorstep ready to take their relationship from one night stand to forever. But, can Nico give her the happily ever after she seeks?

Marianna is such an easy heroine to love. She is quirky, often spouting fun language facts when she gets nervous (which is all the time). She is a terrible flirt, but it makes her all the more endearing. She is shy around men. She has only been kissed once and it was a complete disaster. Men did not go for women like her. Marianna’s only romantic experiences came from books, so when she decides it high time to change her status quo she takes a huge gamble when she chooses the sexiest Greek man she has ever seen. She fumbles and boy does she fumble, but Nico is enraptured by her innocence and shyness. He finds himself attracted to Marianna even though he doesn’t want to be. Nico is a hermit. Sure, he is a billionaire, but work is work. His private life is just that…private and lonely. Nico had a rough start at life growing up in an orphanage and he was alone for a very long time and established major trust issues as he was growing up. When Marianne announced her pregnancy and how she wanted them to become a real family, Nico had other ideas in mind. The only thing he is capable of giving is a marriage of convenience only for the sake of the baby. Marianne has other ideas though, and she sets out with the hope of changing their marriage of convenience to a marriage based on love, trust and commitment. Nico is in so much trouble!

Have we seen the marriage of convenience, surprise baby, shy virgin heroine tropes before? Yes, in many many books, but no one writes a story quite the way Stefanie London does. She has such an easy knack for drawing you right in with her humor and heartfelt moments with a story full of angst. I found myself deeply invested in Marianne and Nico’s story right from the first page. London’s humor sucked me right in and then she changed the script to a story full of so much love, acceptance, tender moments, and yes, even some moments where I wanted to bop Nico in the head with a bat. Gah, men! There is also a big misunderstanding which had me grumbling because I know if they just talked it would all become clear, but in this case with this story it was more believable because of Nico’s history. I felt that Nico stayed true to character.

One more thing I would like to add is this story is HOT…like bring on the fan you are about to be sensory overloaded (in a good way!). London sure does bring on the steam and if she brought it even harder, I think my glasses might have fogged up. I think I may have melted a time or two…okay maybe more, but who’s counting!

Beauty and the Greek Billionaire blends humor, charm, and pure sexiness into a wonderfully written character driven story. I fell in love with Marianna and Nico and I know you will too. I highly recommend this charming and heartfelt story.
