Again I have to say I wish these stories were longer. The characters are so lovely i just want to read more and more.

Really enjoyed reading Amy's story more than Emma's for sure. The Berecombe setting is cozy and charming. Looking forward reward to more from Georgia Hill.

Amy is the manager of The Little Book Cafe. Amy is a romantic at heart and just loves books. Haven't read any of the author's books before but will definitely look out for them.

I haven’t read the previous two books, but it didn’t matter, the author is brilliant at introducing all the characters so I felt I knew them already. I loved Amy and her different relationships with her mother, her friends and Patrick. This engaging book was fun, touching and it’s realistic characters ensured a great read that I couldn’t put down.

This was a really fun book to read! Absolutely love the colorful cover on this one. Great atmosphere and setting in this one. It makes you really feel Halloweeny with the talk of carving pumpkins, decorating the bookstore and a costume party. Very festive. After being stranded at the alter the last thing Amy wants to do is think romance. She's comfortable in her own skin even though that skin maybe a bit overweight. Between her meddling Mum getting in her business about her weight and lack of a love life it's enough to make a girl grab another slice of cake with clotted cream and hide in the back working in her bookstore. Amy loves her little coastal town and realizes she may be falling for the handsome author who helps in her shop from time to time. He seems to be harboring a secret that is preventing him from opening up to her and it's causing a bit of friction between the two of them. This is the third novella length book in the Little Book Cafe series and it's lots of fun featuring three friends.

I haven’t read the previous two books in this series but I didn’t notice so it’s good to read as a stand alone book. However I will go back and read the other two now!
I really enjoyed the story of Amy and her work in the Book cafe. I’d love to join their book club! It was a really enjoyable read and I felt for the characters involved. Even the mum! (At times!)

I have read all three novellas in this series, and enjoyed them all. I think that you could read them individually, and still follow the story.
This book features Amy, who owns the bookshop where the two previous characters Tash and Emma attend the book club that Any runs.
Although Any has featured heavily in the previous novellas, as the book club features heavily, she has remained an enigma.. She is painfully shy, and nervous, and Tash is often mean to get in the first book. This book is set around Halloween, and is a perfect Autumnal read.
Any is busy running the bookshop, and organising events for Halloween. Any was jilted at the alter a couple of years ago. She also has a bossy mother who constantly criticises her. This means that her self confidence is very low.
Author Patrick is a regular visitor to the book shop, he is also a member of the book club. He is kind to Amy, and often helps out when it's busy. Amy begins to fall in love with Patrick, but she can't believe that a famous author would ever want to be with someone like her. As she tried to put her past behind her and become braver and more confident, she hopes that maybe, Patrick might begin to have feelings beyond friendship towards her too.
This is a great book, I really liked to read it. The characters are well developed, and have real problems, which makes you warm towards them. There are also plenty of comedy moments, which make the story well balanced.

Great story! Poor Amy's mum is terrible towards her, but her welcoming town, bookshop, slightly dysfunctional book group and friendly author Patrick give her the courage to confront her nasty mum and rebuild their relationship. A great holiday read.

Thank you to HarperImpulse for the chance to read this advanced readers copy via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was the final instalment of a 3-part series and I raced through, much like with the first and second parts. Yes they're short but they are just so fast paced you cannot put them down! The wider story is about a book club that meets at a cafe/bookshop - we met Tash in Book 1, Emma in Book 2 and now we get to hear Amy's story.

Amy is in love with the delightful sounding Patrick, however this is unrequited love - or is it? There is a little to'ing and fro'ing about whether they will get together as a couple but I actually found their story so romantic, Patrick sounds like an absolute gentleman.

This was a delightful read that focused on simply daring to take a chance in life, and on love in particular. As with the other stories in the series, there is more to Patrick's character than expected which explained why he holds back a bit. This story was so engaging, I read it in one sitting with a smile on my face as it was humourous at times as well as heart-warming.

Overall the series came to a perfect conclusion, with Amy's story probably my favourite of the three. I highly recommend this series of books which were so pleasurable to read!

I somehow missed the second installment in this lovely series of novellas about three women. This time around it's Amy, who I felt most sorry for in Book One because Tasha, the focus of that novella, was mean to her. Amy's the one with the book shop, bookclub, and rotten mom. You'll root for her in her relationship with Patrick. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC. This is a happy quick read (and you don't need to have read the first two parts to enjoy this one.)

I was really looking forward to the third part in the series and believe this is is far better it so so brilliant although the others were great to this one was full of romance and moving forward and finding yourself so you are happy. It's story plot is fantastic and so well written I really didn't want it to end.
Amy runs the book shop which is joined to the cafe and she runs a book club with her friends she's moved into the flat above the shop and her mum isn't happy and takes every opportunity to put her daughter down. She is trying to move forward after her boyfriend left her at the alter on her wedding day her confidence is low as it is and her mum continues to put her down. A writer comes to the shop and starts helping her out but her heart skips a beat everyone she sees him but she knows nothing about him and when a strange lady rings asking about the writer she's worried he's married. She decides to start running to try and loose weight and her writer friend has left but when he returns who is also there but her ex and who will she turn to in order to be happy and will the book club go well as well and how will her mum react when she tells her some home truths.
A brilliant read.

What a brilliant series of books, this being the latest instalment Amy's story.

This story picks up from the end of book 2 and continues as this trio's friendship continues to grow. It gives you a chance to get to know Amy and her insecurities and get a sneak peak into what's been happening in her life up until this point.

A brilliant story that I binge read and thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this entire series of light hearted reads about friendship and relationships surrounded by a healthy dose of food and books.

This novella is one of three stories that center around The Little Book Cafe. In this story, store manager, Amy takes center stage. Halloween is approaching and Amy is getting in the spirit, decorating the shop, setting up scary story read-alouds and carving pumpkins. Along the way she deals with her truly awful mother and her handsome Irish boyfriend. This is quick, sweet read that will charm book lovers

Great short read. The character of Amy is very likeable, and not just because she works in a book shop! You hope things work out for her and Patrick, and that her mum stops being so hard on her all the time.
