They say opposites attract but when one wants revenge against the family that did them wrong that's more important. At least it is for Cole Mitchell.

Being fired from her job is a big deal for Maddie Russell since she needs her job to take care of family. Determined to beg for her job back, Maddie knows it's not going to be easy, especially when Cole Mitchell is the man she has to convince.

The way this story opened was a mix of feeling sorry for the heroine then fun because of the way the hero and heroine meet. There's instant chemistry between Maddie and Cole and their interactions definitely show that, despite Cole having such disdain for Maddie's family, especially her grandfather after what he did to Cole years ago.

I really liked both Maddie and Cole. They're both strong characters that want things their way. Cole's need for revenge drives him while Maddie's need to help people drives her. Neither have time for anything else and yet this pair are so drawn to each other.

Overall, Ms. Weiss has delivered a good revenge trope themed story in this where every interaction between the pair built plenty of chemistry. Cole is a decent man that eventually realizes revenge is sweet but love is sweeter and I liked how he did come to the conclusion. Maddie makes him want to be a better man and shows him that together they can move forward from the past. Furthermore, the epilogue wrapped this story up nicely and had me cheering for this couple.

The plot of The Millionaire's Revenge Contract had some often used elements, such as enemies to lovers, revenge story, high emotional stakes for the romance... But the actual story was kind of lacking. Everything happened at such a fast and unbelievable pace and there were plenty of 'What the hell?!' moments. In the end the unbelievable elements and plot holes meant that I couldn't continue reading it.

He didn’t trust her family after everything that had happened. Unwilling to leave the past behind he sets out to exact his revenge and finds the perfect person to help him. He would make them pay and finally feel at peace. You would think that would be the end but it was only the beginning.

This is book 3 and the final book in a series about three millionaires who met in juvie and are seeking revenge against those who put them there. It's been a long time coming with the books published in 2015, 2017, now this in late 2018. I haven’t read the 2nd but didn't feel it took from the story. Although I didn't realize at first it was this particular series, I was excited. I really enjoyed the first.

It didn't fully work for me as I didn't click with either character. Maddie was very forward and came on strong. Cole was a little all over the place for me and was hot/cold. Their familiarity with each other became so... familiar less than 5 minutes after meeting. Her proposal to be his “mistress” had no buildup and was abrupt. Although I didn’t feel the connection between them, I did enjoy the drama and dips and turns the storyline took. I also liked the interaction and connection between him and the other 2 men from the previous stories.

I received a copy of this book through NetGalley for an honest review.

Maddie Russell monetarily helps her wheel chair bound sister and nephew,so when she loses her job she becomes desperate. Every one including her sister Dani believe there is a trust fund paying for everything. Truth is there is nothing. She finds out the new boss is Cole Mitchell who blames the Russell's for himself and his friends being charged for a crime as a juvenile that also killed his friend while serving. He is out for revenge and will take down anyone who was part of it. They have a past with each other and the feelings are close to the surface enough so that she offers to be his mistress in turn for money. They say revenge is best served cold but this revenge get super hot in this fantastic book. Finding out the truth and finding love is part of the revenge. A true keeper . Loved it

What Goodreads and the cover didn't tell me is that this book is a part of a series and some part of the plot is continued from the previous two, so this book is not a complete stand-alone book and you can understand that while reading the book. The book overall was meh for me and the blame is not entirely on the connection to the other books. I wasn't a fan of the kind of chemistry Cole and Maddie had. They didn't click for me, but I liked them as people. I was expecting a more angsty book considering the contract and the past, but I didn't get that. I really liked the plot about Maddie's grandpa framing Cole and his friend and I think that it was the best part of the book. The Millionaire's Revenge Contract is the final book in the series and I recommend reading it as such.

Cole is out for revenge on Maddie’s family since her grandfather set up Cole and his friends for a crime. While in juvy, one of Cole’s friends is killed. When Maddie loses her job due to Cole’s revenge, she begs for another chance so she can continue to take care of her disabled sister. Cole comes up with another plan, but they don’t expect the hot sparks that ignite between the two of them. I enjoyed the complexities in this story and how Cole and Maddie figured out a way to be together.

Growing up, she was the kind girl with wealthy parents whilst he was the bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks. How life changes! Her grandfather framed him and his friends for a crime they didn't commit. One of his friends died whilst they were serving time. He's determined to seek revenge and now he's wealthy and powerful enough to do just that. He's taken over her family's hotel and sacked all the family members, including her. However, the attraction which grew between them as teenagers is now an inferno and she's desperate to have the funds to help her sister who is healing after a tragic accident. Can they make a crazy business deal to give them both what they want? Can they resist their attraction? What will happen to the revenge?

This is a hot second chance romance where initial motives have to be reconsidered as the couple get to know each other again. The dreadful history between them is a serious motivator but as he seeks revenge on her grandfather, she is determined to protect the old man. With conflicting motivations, this is a romance with a side helping of revenge, a moving story with great characters and quite a few twists to keep you guessing right to the end.

I requested and was given a copy of this book, via NetGalley. This is my honest review of the book after choosing to read it.

I'm reviewing this book a little late but I don't care it was awesome!
Maddie is busy taking care of her family when she sees Cole again, and the only thing he wants is revenge against her grandfather.
What surprised me about this book is how honest and not they were, like they talked about how he wanted revenge and she wouldn't let him and didn't lt their relationship really be affected by it. It was such a weird and cute relationship, both of them wanting to be mean and they just couldn't it was so funny! As soon as they started talking they found out they actually liked each other and I just wanted to cry with happiness.
It was a good book and I wish I had know there were other books before reading this one but I don't regret reading it, it was amazing and I can't wait for another story (maybe Dani's?)

Quite a light hearted romance, Cole is the typical bad boy he wants revenge but he has not let it overshadow the smaller things he wants to do so has kept his inherent goodness. When he meets Maddie he knows she is familiar but can not place her, what he does place is the searing lust that Maddie reciprocated.
What follows is a whirlwind of revenge, desire and familial obligations as both struggle to stay true to their own individual desires: Maddie' s being to protect her family and Cole's being to avenge and bet justice for his friend.
The story is sweet in the way only a HEA romance can be, characters are strong willed and have the connection described in such a visual way it feels like the story is u folding before your eyes.
Exactly what I want in a revenge.
Definitely want to find more from this author.

Cole was once framed by Maddie’s grandfather for a crime he didn’t commit and now Maddie is desperate for his help. Maddie offers Cole a deal he can’t refuse but will he seek his revenge or will their chemistry spark something else. Fast-paced read with lots of drama and plenty of steam. I liked the characters and the story is entertaining. A good read.

Revenge thwarted by love is the theme that runs through this story. Though missing a few pieces, Cole & Maddie's story kept me engaged and curious, waiting to see what would happen next. I liked that there was no complicated level of subterfuge and secrets.

I recommend that the books in the Seduced by Love series be read in order. As mentioned before, there are parts of the story that are missing, which I believe can be found in books 1 & 2. In spite of this, I enjoyed this sweet romance.

I voluntarily read & reviewed an ARC of this book, received via NetGalley & Entangled.

Cole y Maddie met each other a long time ago. But they don't know it yet. She comes from a very rich family. He was a poor boy who was always in trouble.
But now things have changed. Cole is a millionaire who wants to buy Maddie's family hotel just because he wants revenge. He went to a juvenile facility because Maddie's granfather accused him of something he hadn't done. Or that's what he says.
Maddie is not willing to let him win. She wants to protect her granfather. The problem is that she has always had a crush on Cole. That's why she accepts the craziest deal ever.
I liked this book. The story is good. And the characters are well built.

in the millionaire's revenge contract, cole mitchell is very clear that he's out for revenge. he likes to tell everyone and anyone this. he seeks vengeance on the russell family for their actions that led to the death of his friend adam. really, it's one russell he's bad at in particular, unfortunately for maddie russell, even though cole isn't mad at her, she's going to bear the brunt of it.

there's this whole scheme about the two of them beginning a sexual relationship, so he has a contract written up and she has a counter one written up and the end result is that she's going to be his mistress for six weeks. this whole plot is kind of old school harlequin in the way i love.

the thing is, in spite of all his bitterness, at his heart cole mitchell is good people. so he acts like a bear with a thorn in its paw most of the book, because he's got this scab he's never let heal from adam's death. and he unintentionally hurts maddie before he figures himself out. but at the end of the day, maddie loves him, and when his grand gesture is cheesy and romantic enough, he earns his forgiveness.

**the millionaire's revenge contract will publish on november 12, 2018. i received an advance review copy courtesy of netgalley/entangled publishing (indulgence) in exchange for my honest review.

The Millionaire's Revenge Contract by Sonya Weiss is the story of Cole Mitchell and Maddie Russell.
Cole blames Maddie's grandfather for him being accused of a crime he did not commit. Now he is the one on the right side of the money and he is seeking revenge. But the attraction between the two is hard to resist and a plan/agreement is set up between the two. But feelings start to make it more than just a agreement.
Enjoyed their story.

Maddie felt she had failed her younger sister Dani, lost her job, and a colleague Frank who constantly asked her out was striding toward her with a leer on his face. A self-centered braggart who made fun of others. She couldn’t deal with Frank right now. When housekeeping had been understaffed today Maddie had traded in her pencil stripe skirt and blazer and put on a maids uniform.to help. But her kindness had gotten her fired. Maddie had taken her work key and went into a suite she had played in as a child. It was hard to believe the family’s hotel was lost now to what Maddie figured was a mistake on her grandfather’s part. His hunger for money and material possessions had made Samuel Russell just as driven as her parents. But he loved Maddie fiercely and had often been her only port in the middle of the dysfunctional storm. But Daniel’s decline in his mental function had let him to clean out the hotel’s operating funds and taken Dani’s inheritance- money Dani was counting on to live on and make her home wheelchair accessible. Today the hotel had been sold and rumor had it the multi millionaire was making sweeping changes. Evidence was in the email telling Maddie she was fired. Maddie had worked in the hotel all her life and now it was gone. Maddie planned on asking the owner if she could keep her job. A good portion of her check went secretly to Dani and there was no way she could make anywhere near what she had been making at the hotel as she was in executive management. Dani had a six year old son Sam. Maddie heard someone come into the suite and thought it was Frank. She jumped into the shower and then the curtain opened and there was a very hot naked man. Then the man asked her to meet him at the bar as she said her name was Athena and he said his was “Mr Big' she said she would meet him at the bar in twenty minutes. Maddie figured why not. She had no intention of getting seriously involved with anyone. But she’d never felt a spark like this before and a little flirting couldn’t hurt. Mr Big was really Cole Mitchell and he was the new owner of maddie’s family’s hotel. Cole had felt a pull toward the brunette woman. While talking to her Cole realized he wanted this woman with a intensity that made it hard to focus on anything else. He then asked her if he already knew her as her gestures seemed familiar to Cole. Then he asked Maddie to dinner but she said she couldn’t make it as she had her nephew’s birthday party. The next night she had a masquerade ball to attend but Cole talked her into giving her the plus one ticket she had. The ball was at the Rice River Mansion. Maddie added the sponsors would be taking donations and the proceeds went to teens who age out of foster care system and she added she mentored some of the teens. The blue eyed goddess was the most interesting woman he’d met. This was the culmination of a long journey that had started when Samuel Russell had lied and said Cole and his friends had started a fire that nearly burned out of control and they went to a juvenile facility. His friend Adam had stuck up for Cole but in the end he died at the hands of the guards. The burn for revenge had seared Cole’s soul and he worked his butt off and became a millionaire. Now Cole’s goal for revenge was a reality first buying Samuel’s hotel and firing all his family and friends who were working there. He didn’t want Samuel to have anyone to turn to. He would take everything from Samuel and financially ruin him. Then Cole could find the peace that had evaded him. Her father had found out Maddie was the product of an affair her mother had he had made Maddie pay over and over again. But Maddie preferred to focus on the positive and not the negative. Dani said Maddie rarely did things for herself. Maddie was twenty nine years old and all she did was work and take care of others especially Dani. Sam was Dani’s son and had lost his dad- Brody- and Dani lost her loving husband- in a car accident that left Dani in a wheelchair. Brody had played on an amateur hockey team and he and Sam used to travel together to the games. Cole found Maddie at the ball he said he found her by her eyes. Without words Cole called to Maddie in a way that made her want to answer wildly, and crazily. Maddie wanted to let go and not worry about the consequences for once. Cole left his key in the suite and when Maddie offered to get a extra key in the executive office . Cole realized who Maddie was. She said she had been fired the day she met Cole. Then she realized it was Cole in HS she had to tell him to get his hands off her when he helped her up form a slip as her father was watching and would only make things really bad for Cole. As it was Cole was fired. Cole walked away from Maddie he would not be with a Russell. Cole’s friend/lawyer said Maddie may be the way to get to Samuel who was her beloved grandfather. As no one Cole had hired could find Samuel. Cole then called Maddie and told her to meet him at the hotel. They both had legal contracts on Maddie becoming Cole’s mistress. She was even to move in his house but she agreed as she could save more money to help Dani and save for her own smaller place was the contract was over.
I loved this book, it was a true romance with just enough angst. I loved that a guy who believed he couldn’t love a woman found out different. I loved the relationship Maddie had with Dani and Sam. I also loved how good hearted both Maddie and Cole were even though Cole tried to play he didn’t have a heart. I loved how Cole grew very protective of Maddie and she of him. I felt bad when Maddie realized her grandfather had lied to everyone about Cole and his friends. I was glad Cole had his best friends/business partners to stand by him. I was very sad for what Cole went through as a teen and lost his friend Adam after Adam had stuck up for him. Adam died at the hands of the guards. I happily found nothing to criticize in this book. I have a new favorite romance. And will look for more books from this author. I love the characters and the ins and outs of this books and I highly recommend it.
