I received this title through netgalley in return for an unbiased review. I had high expectations for this book based on the summary and the title, but I was left feeling meh. A majority of the characters were well developed, but some were just meh. It’s a quick easy read for anyone wanting something predictable. I honestly enjoyed Easton more than Della.

I really liked Dellas character. I can see where she would come off as naive, but she was presented well in the book, like a really awkward person. I even liked Easton, but I got angry when he shut her out, especially considering the circumstances.

Della is a young, cliché, nice girl. She is new to the USA and happens to find herself living with not one but three rodeo performing cowboys. Such an obvious set up for a nicely written, easy, romantic read.

I read this in a night. I felt the title was a bit cheeky as it seems to play off a current super popular book and movie and didn't quite fit the story line.

Overall I think some characters were more developed and tangible and others were a little too cliché.

If you love an uncomplicated read then this book is perfect. I know it came to me when I needed a happy ending book. I recommend it to any YA romance reader.

Incredibly touching and romantic book by D.R. Graham...The story of Della and Easton is sweet, romantic and emotional. It is very worth the read on so many levels.
Della is a Russian immigrant to Canada who lands herself at Stanford in California when she finds herself rooming with three men, Easton, BJ, and Chuckie it is Easton and Della that have instant easygoing chemistry. Their story is beautiful and quirky and what's not to love about sexy Rodeo Cowboys.

This is a super sweet read I actually didn't like Della very much at first but I have to say she did grow on me she was the quintessential young woman that we all where as we where growing up but she changed and matured as the book went on Easton was the perfect man for her. The relationship between the two of them id gorgeous in fact the relationship between her and her three male room mates is fun I have to be careful what I say because the story would be so easy to spoil by giving spoilers. Let me just say make sure you read this book it will appeal even though it is a young adult book

First let me say this, I really LOVED this story!! Most of the time, I shy away from YA books, but something in the description just made me want to read it. I am so glad I did. So many characterizations of Della in this story, reflected MUCH of my younger self at Della’s age. I also was that shy, conservative girl. So, I could really relate to some of what she was feeling and doing. And Easton!!! My gosh, I loved him!!! The way he treated Della, and the way he…. Stop, I can just not explain without giving too much away. Let me say this, they, Della and Easton, were absolutely perfect together. The way that Della grew into her own and did not let ANYone put her in a corner.
There were a lot of lovable sub-characters in this book as well. Even if one of them was a douche at times. No, I am not going to explain, if Della can…. Sorry, I was about to give something away again. This book is too good to give anything away.
This is the first book I have ever read by this author. I was granted the privilege by NetGalley and the publisher, HarperImpulse to read this wonderful book. For this, THANK YOU!!! I have found another new author, to me, to follow, and continue reading.
In closing, if you like a really sweet, warm, coming of age romance, this book is certainly for you. I really enjoyed it, and I think you will too.
Thank you for reading my review.

I voluntarily read and reviewed a copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own!!!!
Very slow paced, boring book.
Judgmental heroine. Judgmental about everything and everyone. Very strange girl: everything was falling from her hands, she was falling on the floor...Clutz, but very CLUTZ....

This book is a must read. It is one of the sweetest YA books I have come across so far. I really enjoy reading stories about multi-racial characters do this is one I savored. And I can honestly say that it has got me curious about other books by D. R. Graham. I have read 2 books from her MC series but this one goes on a different tangent. The title is a tad misleading because the heroine is so not a "buckle bunny". But you will find yourself falling for Easton right along with Della.

If your looking for a college based book about finding true love this book is for you, if you looking for steamy erotic romance you will not find it here and that’s what I love about this book. Just a little bit and not over doing it. Hard to write reviews with out spoiling anything

I gave this a five star and believe it or not, I almost didn't finish it! Della came off as insanely immature and naive, I thought she was just too much - in a bad way. But Easton intrigued me enough to keep going. Once you see Della more as Quirky it's a lot better. There was so much other stuff that started happening besides the relationship, it totally turned around for me. So much so that I was actually bummed when it was over. I even caught myself tearing up at one point. What a perfect sweet ending too. I really enjoyed it

This story is best described as a sweet read, which normally isn’t my style of book. That said, it was a good read, if a little slow in places, but it had enough going on to keep my interest. Nice characters, family interference, and some ups and downs along the way which catered more to a YA audience, but the ending was good, so I’m glad I persevered.

If you have to summarize this book it would be "sugary sweet". Della is a new student, who needs an affordable room near campus. Her nephew sends her to Everley, who turns out not to be a girl but a certified cowboy. Although her father is very oldfashioned, she decides to take the room with Everley (aka Easton) and his other two roommates (BJ and Chuck). The guys are not very used to have a naive young girl in the house and this results in some funny situations.
Della and Easton are attracted to each other but they don't want to give in to the attraction to avoid issues in their living agreements. So, they try to keep their distances...
And when suddenly Della's parents make an appearance (since Della 'forgot' to mention her roommates are male...), things get a bit messy. But fortunately this story has a very happy ending. Want to know how happy? Then you have to read this book for yourself. And don't forget to brush your teeth afterwards. Three out of five stars from me and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.

I think I'm just not a romance fan. I could not get interested enough in the story. It's not for me I suppose.

I have to agree with other reviewers - I almost didn't select this book to review because of the title. The author does work the title into the story but it is almost at the end of the book. Plus, this isn't the "usual" cowboy story, so the title doesn't do the story justice.

The characters and story were MUCH better than I expected - I loved Della and her quirkiness. Easton was very charming and easy to fall in love with. I liked the tension surrounding Della and her dad and between Easton, his dad and their ranch. The author does a great job of bringing in secondary characters and sub plots that don't overwhelm the main story since this is essentially a love story between Della and Easton.

A quick read with the right amount of romance and some unexpected twists.

This is a sweet story if you could not fuss over the title for a second or two.
Della's shy and conservative but she's also determined to make a name for herself and pursue her dreams even if it means disapproving her Father, but being a room mate to three cowboys is something she never expected. Havie's the one she meets first, BJ is the sweet one and Chuck is the one who could have made Della millions by paying a dollar for every time he cursed or was crude! So, as a New Adult/Young Adult story- it kinda fits the bill and with a promise of happy ever after, it's as entertaining as it can be. Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.

Overall a good story. Della, a clumsy but charming naive college student is in southern California, via Canada via Russia. Her cousin is a photographer, and gives her a location that was looking for a roommate. Thinking it will be all girls, she is surprised to find the opposite, and all three are hunky cowboys. The main one, Easton, starts the sparks flying. BJ is a sweet guy, and Chuck is a jerk. Each guy has pros and cons of course, but for her Easton is her guy. I liked this story, and the only issues I had were at times I wasn't sure what the problem was, for example with her father, and the issue with the bank is skimmed too fast, and I wasn't quite sure what the bank guy did and how it affected people around the area. I also didn't quite get the idea of the Russian deli owner who wouldn't serve Native Americans. Didn't make sense. Other than that though, I enjoyed the book and author, and highly recommend both.

So, I'll be completely honest - I didn't think I'd like this book, and the name put me off massively. HOWEVER, it's a BRILLIANT story and I love Easton and Della so, so, so much! I loved that this book had an actual storyline and wasn't full of smut (this literally had the perfect amount) and everything was just sO GOOD. I get why the title would put people off but if you can put it aside the story is wonderful and I cried happy tears at the end. I need more of BJ and Chuck though!

The story of Della and Easton.
They are attracted to each other the first time they meet, but there are so many obstacles to stop them being together.

I'm going to start my review by saying I normally shy away from first person present books. It's just not something I'm interested in. I almost put this book down because of my own preconceived biases.

But, Della's sweet innocence had me reading on. And Easton, Everly, Havie (whichever name he chooses to go by) had me hooked with his sexy cowboy charm. As I got into it, the first person present kind of grew on me. A lot of it was stream of consciousness writing in a totally modern, fun Albert Camus kind of way. I found myself relating to Della and her inner monologue. The stakes we're my stakes. The conflict my conflict. The happiness my happiness. It all totally worked.

All in all, this was a fun NA novel and I really hope that Chuck and BJ get their own books cause I really want to see what happens with those cowboys as well!

**This review was based on my own thoughts even though I received a free copy from Netgalley in exchange for my review.

This is NA/YA so don't expect heat and do plan for a sweet story. Della is a young 21- she's clearly been shielded from a lot of the world. Now, however, she finds herself sharing a house with three young men who are....wait for it.....cowboys! Graham has created a multicultural array for her to befriend, starting with Everly. This isn't deep but it was a quick and entertaining read. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC.
