This is a delightful book that allows readers to focus on re-centering their faith and growing in dedication to Christ. The collected Bible verses, the prayers, and the emphasis on bringing lists to life is a wonderful way to center. This was such a treat to read and a great book to share with my Bible study friends - what a wonderful book that can be enjoyed in any format, on one's own time. The balance between modern challenges and timeless needs along with celebratory gratitude make the lists for each day joyful and comforting. Thank you for allowing me to read and review this!

For the Christian person, this is a very thoughtful and positive journal and devotional, that is lovingly created. If I were Christian, I would want to get this book for myself or give it to a friend, because it feels personal and warm.
I would recommend that you get this book in paperback though, I did not like the formatting of the Kindle version.

Lists to Live By was a fine read. After starting it, I realized it wasn't really a book for me -- I prefer a little more depth in my non-fiction reads. I liked how some of the days ended with a prayer and kind of wish there would have been more of that. While I did find some of the chapters to be very good, overall it was just okay.

‘Lists to Live By’ was a wonderful book full of journaling prompts based on a passages of scripture. The questions encouraged a lot of introspection and I really enjoyed working through them day by day.

Ellen Elliott’s ‘Lists to Live By’ is part journal, part self-help book. It is infused with Scripture and actionable tips for taking things from your mind and heart and bringing them into your everyday.
This book approaches reflection on the Scripture in a unique way. Rather than reading a verse and thinking of ways to apply it to your life, Elliott presents a verse already connected to something in our lives, asks us to make a list related to that connection, and then closes the section with a prayer or concrete tip (“Bringing This List to Life”).
‘Lists to Live By’ makes studying Scripture and applying it to our lives approachable, doable, and practical.

Thank you to @netgalley and @harvesthousepublishers for the review copy of Lists to Live By by Ellen Elliot. This is a unique devotional book. There are 75 devotionals and each include a scripture, a list to make based on that scripture and then a suggestion of how to bring that list to life. I appreciated the length of the devotionals—they are short allowing plenty of time for pondering the list you’ve made and how you can apply it in your life.

This is a cute book that helps you realise how much you have to be thankful to God for. It’s not something that you would read all at one, but a little bit each day as you reflect on the lists you’ve made.

I love this book!! It gives you 75 different things to make a list for to see how much we have to be thankful for. This is an interactive journal that you can do on your own or with a friend. I must have a hard copy of this book. Thank you Harvest House Publishers via NetGalley for the free copy of this wonderful book. This is my honest opinion.
