I received a free ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This is a very simple story about fall. The pictures are cute. The story is very short so good for young audiences.

I liked the images in this book but it was far too short for me and I didn’t like it as much as some of the other books in the series - it is only 2 stars from me for this one sadly

Very short. Very cute but probably just for toddlers who already enjoy the “Olga the Cloud” series. Olga the Cloud is bored because the sun is tired during the fall and sleeps a lot. She “picks up the telephone and calls her friends.” The happy clouds gather together and have fun making rain. That’s it. That’s the story. Like we said—short! Adorable illustrations but we’ll pass on this one.

I have read several Olga the Cloud books and I am fully aware they are geared to babies and toddlers, but this one missed the mark. Besides telling the reader that the leaves fall, there is not much sun and it rains a lot, there was not much happening. The illustrations continue to be cute, but this one was a miss for me. My grandson wanted to know where the rest of the book was and my granddaugher seemed rather bored with this one.

Thank you to NetGalley and Xist publishing for the ARC provided in exchange for an honest review.
My little niece is a huge fan of Nicoletta Costa’s stories, so when I saw Fall with Olga the Cloud I was really excited. The book did not disappoint- it had a very sweet story and cute pictures to go with it. While it might be on the short side, I don’t necessarily see it as a drawback. I think it depends on the age of the child you are going to read it with. Mine is two years old and the length is just right.
I would definitely recommend it and would love to see the other titles in the series.

No matter what device I tried, I couldn't get this book to open. Shame since the cover looked cute and description sounded nice

Incredibly simple even for a children’s book, this tiny tome features a bored cloud that calls its friends to join her in making rain. Everyone else is unhappy with this—even a tree says it’s too much rain—and a cat uses an umbrella.
Other than to say the sun sleeps a lot in fall, and of course it rains a lot, there’s not much here that’s educational. . . there’s not much of anything at all. Even a child could read this in less than a minute. Would have been better with more effort and more story.

2 stars.

This was OK. The illustrations were quite good and the story was one that sorta made a game out of why it rains more in Fall. So in that way it was a fun read but my only set back with this is that I felt it ended too fast. Like there was more of the story that could have been told. There wasn't really an ending so much as just the story coming to a complete sudden end. It is very short at only 8 pages. But still, yeah it wasnt bad.

Thanks Netgalley for this copy.
Unfortunately I did not like the book because it is too short and the informations about Fall are just a few. I mean, Olga is happy wuth friends making the rain, but is not saying anything about why is good the rain. And the leaves are only yellow? Too bad because the idea of the story was nice.

Extremely short book about what happens during fall. Well, a tiny bit about what happens in general, slightly more about what happens to a particular cloud. It seemed to end abruptly and there wasn't really any story to speak of, but maybe good for kids just learning to read on their own, or those who are already fans of the series. Art was nice enough, but didn't wow me.
