Very well written, keeping my interest throughout the book.The writing style was very engaging and I felt that i was right in the action of the book as the author wrote. It was an exciting read that took me to another time and another place.

This book was heart breaking and encouraging all at the same time. Filled with many, many stories of women in Afghanistan who have suffered unimaginable sorrows and horrors and yet are filled with hope. Written by a women who has labored in the country of Afghanistan this book sheds light on the many women who the author has met and the lives they have lived. This book makes you feel like you are there seeing these women's struggles and I was encouraged and yet heart broken at the same time.
Well written and poignant this book is a must read.
