A very funny and accurate story, written with humor and filled with beautiful and very original illustrations.

I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. As a cat lady myself I found this book to be both true and humorous at the same time. Great gift for all the cat lovers in your life.

The pictures and words are adorable. The text is also very accurate. This crazy cat lady (I currently have eight indoor cats) approves!

Cat Ladies have gone from being portrayed as the elderly eccentric with dozens of cats and a garden with enough catnip to supply woodstock, to being seen as hip, happening and in the know young women and men. Ester Scholten gives cat lovers an honest reflection of their addiction along with tantalizing tidbits to remind them - hey famous people loved cats too. The illustrations are cute and cheery.

But it goes where many gift books have gone before. It doesn’t break new ground or offer anything unique. The illustrations are cute, but I’ve seen better. I do recommend Crazy Cat Lady as a gift book, but it isn’t one I’d buy for myself, and I am a cat fanatic.

I enjoyed these Cat Lady Cartoons. Anyone who has been owned by a cat will recognize themselves. The artwork is cute. This book will make a wonderful gift for any cat lover. Enjoy

I am a huge cat lady myself but I didn't love this book. It was very light on material. I could relate to some of the things in the book but there was hardly any substance or humor. It is the sort of book that could be an impulse purchase if displayed at the counter though.

Of course when I saw this book I had to get it because I’m a proud Crazy Cat Lady (CCL). I have the reviews of books about cats to prove it. Cat hair? I’ve got it. Believe me with four long haired cats, there is a never ending supply. Talk to them? Why, of course and they listen and totally understand me. I’m sure of it. Brushes and combs and cat toys all over my house? Got those too and will probably buy another comb just to have one in every room. I do indeed take better care of them than myself. If there’s any bad weather forecast, I buy cat food and litter first and only then stock up on food for me (but not bread and milk). There are empty boxes (perfect cat toy) all over my house. Complete strangers walk up to me in stores and smilingly say “you’ve got cats, don’t you?” Yes, I am a cat mom, cat lover, cat addict, and ailurophile. And this charming little book celebrates me and all other people who adore the kittez. B

I really liked this book! It was fun and humorous to read. I could also associate with it since I am a woman and love cats! It brought out every joke about cats and single women. I found myself laughing out loud at almost every page. It would be especially great if you were having a bad day. It was easy and fast to read. I highly recommend it.

Entertaining book with beautiful illustrations! Being a cat lady, I enjoyed the book immensely. However, it is too short to my liking and would be better if the facts thrown inside were incorporated into the illustration somehow. Seeing them back, it felt too different (the font, the full texts) with the cute illustration.

Very cute illustrations, sadly nothing new or of substance on the topic of cat enthusiasts ;) Would still make for a cute gift for someone who has never read anything cat-related on the internet.

As a proud Cat Lady, I really enjoy finding books aimed at me, snarkily or not. I believe in embracing my weird, and the fact that I have two cats and would happily take in more if mine weren't homicidal little sociopaths is not something I'm particularly ashamed of. Love me, love my cat hair infested clothing choices.

There are good books about being a cat person, and bad books about being a cat person.

This one....well. It kind of doesn't even get on the spectrum. It falls smack dab in the middle zone, utterly forgettable. The illustrations are certainly fun, but the only person I could see giving this to is someone who has literally never read a book marketed to the feline obsessed.

Not a bad book, by any means, but sadly nothing special.

An illustrated book about a cat lover. Facts, quotes, tests and short sentences about cats are illustrated on this book. The illustrations are very nice! Perfect book for a crazy cat lady.

I own four cats, so I didn't *really* need this book to confirm that I am, indeed, a crazy cat lady. Crazy Cat Lady is a simple and quick read that would make an excellent gift for any cat lover. While this is primarily a lighthearted, tongue-in-cheek look at the joys of cat ownership, there were a few interesting factoids included that taught me something new. The illustrations are bright, colorful, and guaranteed to make you smile. The only drawback is that I felt there were a few pages that seemed to be thinly-veiled space filler. I enjoyed the book with my giant tabby, who showed his approval by promptly rolling over to receive belly rubs.

It’s just a matter of rebranding. Repeat several times, “I’m not a Crazy Cat Lady. I’m a Cat Enthusiast.”

A humorous graphic look at what it means to be in love with your cat(s). The book is filled with cute illustrations and witty You Know You’re a Crazy Cat Lady When asides. There are also useful quizzes such as when your cat should get their own Instagram page, how to select your cat’s name, and how to make the perfect cat toy using common household objects. There are wise sayings regarding cats like “it’s not drinking alone when the cats are home.”

It’s nice to know that even in the Netherlands there are still crazy cat ladies. Crazy Cat Lady is the perfect gift for a cat owner—crazy or not. All owners will see themselves and their cats in these pages. 4 stars!

A cute little novelty book for the cat lover. The illustrations are cute and it’s a good idea of a gift book, but As a cat lover, I kept wanting more. It may have been that there was nothing new about the little anecdotes and jokes. Still, very cute.

A cute gift for the "Crazy Cat Lady" in your life, this little book is a collection of cutely illustrated stereotypes. It simplistic yet still creative.

This is a really cute book. Not much substance if that is what you are looking for, but any cat lover will like this. Great gift idea. The illustrations are wonderful, and I would totally deconstruct this book to frame many of the pictures. There are a few quotes and facts about cats that add to this book, and combined they make a wonderful presentation. I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley to review.
