This was an excellent alternative to so many books that focus on housewives as submissive, religious, conservative, and traditional. It provides a look into the lives of housewives who choose to value egalitarianism and respect for our planet. Highly recommended for anyone interested in learning about non-traditional housewives and different ways of living.
