I absolutely loved "Justice Delivered" by Patricia Bradley! I had a hard time putting it down. This book caught my attention from the first page until the end.

This book centers around sex trafficking. This is a very touchy and scary subject. Patricia Bradley did such a good job of portraying how scary this is, yet not going into full details. There were a good bit of twists and turns throughout. There was a little romance with lots of suspense, which I love!

I have loved all of Patricia Bradley's books, but I believe this is my favorite. If you like good, clean, suspenseful books, you will love this one. In fact, you will love all of Patricia Bradley's books.

I received this book from the publisher through NetGalley for my honest opinion.

Carly Smith came by her trust issues honestly. A victim of sex trafficking, she's been at the mercy of merciless men, ignored by law enforcement officers who should have helped her, and seemingly rejected by her family. She can't even trust herself to do the right thing. Though she escaped her captors and is working hard on building a new life, the past continues to haunt her when she discovers that the man she couldn't bring herself to report to police for fear of reliving her captivity is still out there, luring vulnerable girls under the guise of being a modeling agent.

When her own niece is kidnapped, Carly must overcome her fears and come forward with the information she has before it's too late. When that proves to be not enough, she'll have to go after the perpetrators herself.

This book started out slow. But then the paced picked up quickly. The story gripped me and I didn't want to put it down. The story line was a difficult one to read though. I know sex trafficking is real but to have it described like it was in the book, was sometimes hard to read. Overall, I recommend this book.

I was given this book by NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated in any way.

4.5 stars.

Bradley has been a hit-or-miss author for me in the past, but I have really enjoyed her Memphis Cold Case series. Justice Delivered, book 4, really blows it out of the waters, though!

Firstly, I should mention that this book deals heavily with the topic of human trafficking, specifically the sex trade. This is a subject that is very close to my heart, so I was very interested to see how Bradley would tackle this difficult topic. I was greatly impressed. Bradley shows the reality and the horror of this abominable crime against humankind, yet does so with great sensitivity and respect. Kudos to the author for that. Human trafficking is not something that is talked about enough, so I highly recommend this book for that reason. But that being said, I would not recommend this book to young or sensitive readers.

The mystery and suspense definitely kept me on my toes and constantly guessing. For quite a while, you have no idea who is good, and who is not. The action was nearly non-stop, and my adrenaline was pumping in certain scenes. Once you pick up this book, you will not be able to put it down.

I feel like there were more characters and points of views in this book than the others, but I actually really liked that. I loved the inclusion of David Raines story and was so happy to see him and Maggie finally get their happy ending. I also really loved the characters of Carly and Logan and found them incredibly relatable. **SPOILER** I particularly liked how the reader is unsure whether Logan is trustworthy or not. That's definitely a twist you don't find a lot in these types of romantic stories. **END SPOILER**

All in all, I highly recommend this suspenseful story with a sweet romance line and a very realistic topic.

Wow, what an ending for an amazing series! This is the final book in the Memphis Cold Case series and I am bummed. This series has kept me on the edge of my seat since the fist book.

Patricia Bradley knows how to draw a reader in and keep them hooked until the final page. I couldn’t put this book down once I started reading. I felt like I was right there in the story, through every heart racing second.

I am sad that this series is over, but I look forward to whatever new books or series Patricia Bradley comes out with next.

Recommendation: I highly recommend this book and series to anyone who enjoys Christian Romantic Suspense.

This is another great addition to the Memphis Cold Case series. When Carly Smith is forcibly reminded of her years as a sex slave, she decides it’s time to go back and see if she can find the man who sold her into slavery. What she doesn’t know is who among her former acquaintances might also be involved.
This is a heavy book. It deals with the darkness of human trafficking, something that most of us don’t know much about. It’s hard to wrap our minds around such evil. Bradley handles the topic well and reminds us there is hope for a new life after such things.
The suspense keeps building to the end. The danger gets up close and personal. It’s an exciting read.
Thank you to Revell for providing me with a complimentary e-copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

Then while visiting Memphis she is shot. A man who is now a cop, remembers someone with starburst eyes, but who. Her counselor, said she needs to learn to trust, that Logan is a good guy.The plot is thick with tension, each page grips you of what Carly is going thru.
The uncertainty of each day that she will be found out, a procession of a barrette she is never without. A story that will grip you and one you won’t forget reading. Given ARC for my voluntary review and my honest opinion by Net Galley and Revell.

Once again Bradley has crafted a tale of suspense that will have readers second guessing their predictions as to who the bad guys really are. This story takes on the difficult subject of human trafficking and greed's power to suppress human decency, putting gain before true human value. It also deals with the power of forgiveness and the freedom it can bring, a type of freedom no one can take away.

Having been trafficked after attending a party at her date's home, Carly Smith spent eight years in slavery. After escaping, reconnecting with her former life had seemed impossible. Her one attempt had seemingly ended in tragedy. Now she was back in her hometown on a mission to find those involved, a mission that would imperil many to whom she would have wished to be close.

I thank Patricia Bradley for providing a suspenseful read that kept me highly engaged for hours. I also thank Revell for providing me with a copy of Justice Delivered via NetGalley in exchange for my honest opinion. I was under no obligation to provide a positive review and received no monetary compensation.

"Justice Delivered" is a romantic suspense novel. It is the fourth in a series, but it can be read as a standalone novel. A high level of suspense was created by the kidnapping of the niece and repeated attempts to kill or kidnap Carly. It was a constant race to track down clues as to where the kidnapped niece was, who was behind Carly's original kidnapping, and who was attacking her now. I had a good idea of who the bad people were, though I was in doubt as to which person did which actions until nearly the end. I was a little surprised that the hero, at the end, knew there were some loose ends yet didn't immediately spot the clue that should've alerted him to further danger. Anyway, the story was very exciting.

The main characters were likable, and I cared about what happened to them. I liked that the romance built slowly during the story, so I was disappointed that it was rushed at the end. The hero and heroine dated a few times 16 years ago and worked well together after Carly overcame her trust issues with him regarding men and cops. He admired her strength and courage as well as her looks. But we went from Carly just learning to trust him to "Want to get married?", "Yes!". They never go on a normal date or get to know each other under normal circumstances before deciding to get married, and they didn't deal with the potential difficulties facing them. I guess I prefer the "six months later" epilogues.

Though only briefly mentioned, Carly learned to trust God more by the end of the story. There was no bad language or sex. Overall, I'd recommend this enjoyable suspense novel.

Suspenseful, intriguing, exciting and emotional, Justice Delivered combines mystery, action and romance with a heartbreaking story of traumatic circumstances overcome and the fight to battle fear and evil. Justice Delivered is the fourth book in the Memphis Cold Case series. Each book can be read as a standalone title. Like the other books in this series, Justice Delivered is a thrilling book, with relatable characters and heart-pounding suspense.

Carly knows not to trust anyone. After being tricked, kidnapped and then sold into a human sex trafficking ring, Carly survived eight years of abuse. Now, Carly lives a careful but free life, until her work as a counsellor brings her into contact with a young girl who was also trafficked and who has a scarily similar story to Carly’s. But if Carly decides to break her silence and seek justice against those who harmed her she will bring down danger not just on herself, but on her young niece as well.

Justice Delivered reminded me of Called to Protect by Lynette Eason, and it is perfect for fans of Irene Hannon and Dani Pettrey. Human trafficking is sadly a relevant topic and a very real danger in today’s society. The horror of Carly’s experiences are expertly conveyed in Justice Delivered without portraying too many details. The mystery of who was behind the trafficking and attacks was easy to guess but there is still plenty of action and twists to keep readers glued to the pages. I enjoyed the multiple featured characters in this book. Justice Delivered is Carly’s story, but it is also her brother-in-law’s story, the story of the mystery of her sister’s death, the story of Carly’s niece, and two romance stories. It’s packed with details expertly woven together and wholly enjoyable.

Justice Delivered is an easy book to recommend for suspense readers, who are sure to enjoy this fast-paced and thrilling title.

The publishers provided an advanced readers copy of this book for reviewing purposes. All opinions are my own.

Wow! This is a real page turner that I had trouble putting down. Patricia Bradley has written an intense, fast paced suspense that is a great addition to the Memphis Cold Case series. I think that it is my favorite in the series.
Heather Morgan and her sister, Lia, were raised in Memphis by their aunt and uncle after their parents were killed in an auto accident. As a seventeen year and dating an older guy, twenty year old Logan Donovan, Heather was taken in by someone posing a modeling agent, only to find herself sold to a pimp in a prostitution trafficking ring. After eight years, she is able to escape with help from some caring Christian women and try to start her life over as Carly Smith. Now, eight years after escaping, she has a degree in counseling and works as a counselor in a recovery home near Nashville for troubled girls with a problem with drugs. One of the girls that she has in her group, Jenna, told the same story of a modeling agent that promised a career in modeling. Feeling like it is her chance to find the person who abducted her, she returns to Memphis to investigate. She can't resist going to watch her niece Lexi play soccer, hoping that no one will recognize her. But Logan is the soccer coach and her aunt, uncle and others are there. No one appears to know her but she got into a conversation with David's friend, attorney Maggie Starr. Maggie is able to give her directions to a home for girls where Jenna had been staying before and where Carly has an appointment with the director. Maggie has a need to go there as well since she is the attorney for the home. As she walked Carly out of the home later, Carly is shot. Someone knows who she is and wants to shut her up. The next day, Lexi is kidnapped and Carly is warned to back off or Lexi will pay. Eventually, Carly's story comes out and she tries to help find Lexi. But what a wild ride that takes place in the process. There are twists and turns and so many people to suspect...so much action, danger and suspense with some romance thrown in. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and highly recommend it as all the books in the series.

Patricia Bradley brings the suspense in Justice Delivered. Right from the start, danger unfolds as we meet Carly Smith while she is trying to escape from human trafficking. Carly puts her life back together but realizes that she can’t stay silent while her abductors are free to pursue their evil endeavors. Carly heads to her home town to track down the man that tricked her into a supposed modeling contract, but she is unable to stop her niece from being kidnapped.

Justice Delivered is hands down the best in this series, and I enjoyed the other three Justice novels. (This can be read as a stand-alone if you haven’t read the other novels.) Just note the sensitive subject material for some readers. The author does a great job of giving plenty of action without over-the-top details, but this does deal with human trafficking and child abduction. The story actually sheds light and brings awareness to a scary and very real issue plaguing our cities today.

The non-stop suspense and plot twists will keep you up all night. With terrifying bad guys and admirable good guys, the intense story line flows rapidly as every flip of the page leads to new dangers. I’ve never seen a character go through so much as Carly. She’s a warrior and I loved the chemistry she has with police officer Logan Donovan. Justice Delivered won’t disappoint suspense fans! Justice Delivered doesn’t come out for a few weeks, but add it to your TBR list now. If only I could give it six stars!

In Justice Delivered, Patricia Bradley delivers with a stunning, page-turner that will leave you dropping everything to finish it. This book is the fourth book in this series. Readers can read this book and the other books by themselves, but I highly recommend all of them. Ms. Bradley’s books are full of suspense and will leave you guessing throughout. This book focuses on a cold case(s) in Memphis. Carly Smith was kidnapped and sold into prostitution for several years. Eventually, she is able to get free from her perpetrators. She needs healing, but she is also afraid to allow anyone to know she is alive. However, after hearing of another girl with similar circumstances to her own, she decides she must be brave enough to face her past and determine who was behind her kidnapping. As she faces her past, she is reunited with people from her past who were important to her. Read as you discover who she can and cannot trust in this page turner. I highly recommend this book and know you will not be disappointed!!! I loved it!!!

Mrs. Bradley expertly pens a novel that tells of the horrors of modern day slavery. Carly Smith is a former human traffic victim who escaped eight years ago. She returns to her hometown to help her niece who is kidnapped. I don't want to give too much a way in a review but you should definitely give this one a try.

Justice Delivered is the 4th book in Patricia Bradley's Memphis Cold Case series. I did not read the other books in the series, but I feel that this book can be read as a stand alone novel. Patricia Bradley created a fast-paced novel filled with a lot of action and suspense. She tells the story of Cary Smith, a former human trafficking victim, who finds herself in danger again when she returns to her hometown. Her niece ends up being kidnapped, and with the help of detective Logan Donovan, Carly needs to share everything she knows about the possible perpetrators before it’s too late for everyone involved.

This is a well written novel that will keep readers anticipating what will happen next. I was not expecting the identity of the final person involved in the crimes, and the ending really surprised me. This is a novel that fans of romantic suspense will enjoy.

This was a true heart pounder of a book. I started reading it thinking I would have a relaxing time reading. Um. No. I don't think my heart rate went back to normal until I finished the book. There were times when I could not turn the digital page fast enough to find out what was happening. I also appreciate that ms. Bradley went in depth on a subject that is a huge problem in the us. But people don't really know of it or think it is. Hman trafficking or modern day slavery is a,huge business and I'm,glad she used her platform to speak out and hopefully educate and moce people to help end this.

Thanks to Netgalley for letting me read this book in return for an honest review.

The subject matter of this book is the horrors of sex trafficking which is not a favorite subject of mine. I did enjoy the mystery and the characters.

This could be a story ripped from today's headlines. The dark underworld of sex trafficking young girls and teens is the main focus of this eye opening story. Carly, escaped after eight years of an unimaginable life on the streets tied to a ruthless pump that owned her. With huge trust issues, Carly returns to Memphis to try to find justice. Not knowing who to trust, Carly is reluctant to tell anyone her real name or the purpose of her return. This story has so many twists and turns to keep readers guessing throughout. Highly recommended!

Patricia Bradley brought out the horrors of human trafficking through a woman who escaped and showed the lengths a person would go to help find someone who is on their way to being put into the human trafficking world. The whole idea of human trafficking sickens me. I can't imagine the horrors those young woman have to go through. Bradley used a current horror and wrote a fast-paced suspense novel that gripped me from the confusing opening prologue. I really enjoyed the story. This is how a suspense novel should be composed. Something horrible in the opening chapter with plenty of down moments filled with equal moments of doubt and cliff-hangers at the end of the chapters. I didn't want to put the book down. I wanted to see justice done and Lexi set free from what could be her future. The romance is the way I like it too. There but not the main focus of the story. I believe fans of Lynette Eason, Dani Pettrey, and DiAnn Mills would enjoy this novel.
