I like this second chance sports romance. My only complaint is I really wish I had Evans point of view. While I was reading I just kept thinking to myself it would be so much better if I knew what he was thinking. I love sariah's #series but need the males pov. Would totally rate it five stars if I had Evans point of view. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

This my first time that I read from this author and I was impressed by this story. I just love the story line and how it kept me wanting to read more. This is a must read!

Another “awesome” book!!! (Sorry, couldn’t help myself!) ;)
What a fun book to start off my 2019. I love the first two books in the series so much and couldn’t wait to read this one as well. It did not disappoint. Even though I’m not a sports fan, I loved being transported into the NFL world...especially the NFL wives/girlfriends world.
Evan was everything you want in a hero and Ashton was very relatable and I enjoyed her inner monologue. I usually don’t like books where the girl has a grudge, but this one was different. She was still fun(ny) and I really liked her family, especially her sisters.
Also, there were so many lines that had me laughing and writing down because they were so funny.
Anyway, this is a definite must read, especially if you’ve read her first two books in this series. If you haven’t, you can read this one and then read the other ones. They don’t have to be in order and are all soo fun!

Sariah Wilson is a go to author for me, especially this series. I've read all three and have enjoyed them. Each time she announces a new book in this series, I get pretty excited! These are full of fun moments, laugh out loud moments, cringe worthy moments (because of something the characters do of course, those open mouth, insert foot moments that we all know about and have probably experienced too many times), very swoony moments, and moments of happy and contented sighs.

I will say that my favorite of the three books is, #Moonstruck. But this one didn't disappoint in the story and the journey of these characters navigating life and their history together as well as their many moments of interaction.

I really don't want to give away anything. But one thing I will say that might make some readers unsure about this book is that Ashton's boss wants to ruin Evan. She wants to prove that his pure and good persona is all a front and not real. So she sends Ashton in to prove that he isn't a virgin. That could make it seem like it's not a book many would want to read. I myself wasn't 100% sure what I was going to think about it since it starts off with that. It took me a couple chapters to completely decide but once I realized the type of characters Ashton and Evan were I couldn't help but cheer for them and continue reading.

No more spoilers, except to say that there are several football game scenes and I loved them...a lot! Oh, heavens I was laughing out loud during the first one. Sariah Wilson definitely knows how to write some great comedy as well as some sweet and swoony love stories. There's some history between Ashton and Evan and pain, but I was definitely cheering very strongly for Evan to get in there and fix it all. He is pretty Awesome, "Evan 'Awesome' Dawson". Hee Hee! You'll understand when you read it.

Content: Clean. But I would recommend for older readers. There are some mild innuendos throughout. A couple kissing scenes, one more of a make out scene than the others but nothing further. The characters talk about promising to wait for marriage to have sex. If you're wondering and want more detailed info for content you're welcome to private message me and I'm happy to answer any questions. I'm pretty conservative in what I read.

I received a copy from the publisher, Montlake Romance, via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions in the review are my own.

Happy Reading!!!

Sariah Wilson is a fabulous writer. Her characters are well-developed and easy to get to know. Even though I prefer a helping of spice with my romance, this clean love story kept me engaged from beginning to end. Although it is difficult to ascertain that an extremely successful pro football player could be a virgin at almost thirty years old in this day and age, Ms. Wilson makes it work. #Awestruck is the third book from the #Lovestruck series and it can be enjoyed as a standalone.

Ashton Bailey loves professional football and is an avid fan of her local pro team. One day she hopes to call the games, but first she has to pay her dues as she works her way up the sportscaster ladder. She presently works for an ESPN like station as an unpaid intern, and hopes to get a full-time job with them when her internship is completed. Unfortunately, her boss is a real psycho and wants her to expose one of the NFL's greatest quarterbacks, Evan Dawson. Evan inadvertently hurt and humiliated Ashton way back when, so naturally Ashton is on board with her boss's request. As Ashton tries to get the story, she and Evan develop feelings for each other and fall in love.

This story is well-written and the characters are well-defined. I formed an immediate connection with both Ashton and Evan, in addition to the secondary characters. Their feelings for each other developed at a wonderful pace and their time together was quite seductive. In addition, Ashton's young niece had some hilarious moments. Overall, this is an entertaining novel that should be added to your TBR list.

I loved the other 2 books in this series. Really loved them. But this one was a little… Off. I didn’t believe Ashton’s and Evans relationship as much. It felt forced in places, and there was less chemistry.

I liked Ashton and Evan. They were great characters, a little whiny on Ashton’s side but I was able to look past it. They were both well developed characters, and seeing Ashton forgive Evan for their history was a good way to go.

I would have loved to have had Evan's POV though. In the other 2 books, we had the POV of the characters who were saving themselves but this time we didn’t. I would have loved to have known how Evan dealt with the temptations from a man’s view on it. I’m glad that Ashton didn’t obsess over how she felt about sex and everything, I think that would have been an awful move for this book.

Ashton and Evan’s history was dreadful, but from the reviews I read I was expecting a lot worse than what we got. I’m glad it wasn’t as bad as what everyone has made out though. I can look past Evan’s mistakes and really like him as the grown man that he actually is.

This is another well written book from Sariah Wilson. I just wish the chemistry was as intense as the previous couples. I read these books for the clean romance, and the intense chemistry between the characters but this book just didn’t quite have it for me.

The story is lively but predictable. It's a cute clean romance read. The characters are likeable and entertaining. The story kept my interest. Overall, a good read.

I've read and heartily enjoyed both of the previous books in this series, so I was very eager to read this installment! However, when I finished it, I found myself vaguely disappointed by it.

I found it very hard to believe that Ashton would have held on to her grudge against Evan for so long without trying to find out more about his reasoning behind his actions. Nor could I believe that her therapist mother didn't have the soul searching talk that she'd had with Ashton in the book long before the time it actually happened! I also didn't like how easily she capitulated once Evan had his chance to explain things, because if she'd held on to her venom for that long, and got her family to hate him too, then I don't believe that she would have accepted things so quickly. Ashton's boss' motives were also kinda squicky and I couldn't believe that there was no one overseeing her and her decisions. It didn't seem realistic to me!

Setting my issues with the story aside, there were a few "Aww!" moments in the romance, and I found that I was hoping for a story for Ashton's younger sister! Even if this is the end of the series, it was a good way to end it!

Not being truthful causes so many problems!

Intern Ashton Bailey had been head over heels in love with Evan Dawson in high school but it ended when she wrote him a letter that got spread all through school leading to the bullying from other students. Ashton’s boss wanted to get dirt on quarterback Evan Dawson for a news article because he was saving himself for marriage. Her boss picked Ashton because Ashton wanted to get even with him after all the years that had passed. Evan needed a girlfriend because his contract was up for renewal and his boss had given him some flak about his beliefs and Ashton needed information to find dirt on him.

Little did they know that falling in love without Ashton telling the truth about her boss wanting dirt causes all sorts of problems and that makes it a good story.

P.S. I loved the name Ashton’s niece, Charlotte, gave Evan because kids repeat the stuff you don’t want them to say!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Friends-to-Enemies-Revenge-Fake-Engagement-to-Lovers pretty much sums it up. A little cheesy but I do like a good football story! The author is very witty, and I had several laugh out loud moments, especially when reading dialogue like this: “That I’m not single but in a long-distance relationship with my boyfriend, who lives in the future.”"

Charming & Entertaining! Everything about this storyline and these characters captivated me. The inner dialogue is diabolically entertaining. Evan and Ashton are charming together. Their personalities, their conversations, their chemistry...yum! I was held captive from the first page until the last. Unable to stop reading, to put this story down. This was so well written, and boy did I ever fall in love. Full of quick, witty banter, Lol moments as well as heartfelt goodness. So sweet, so charming, so captivating. Every moment spent with these characters was an ultimate pleasure. I had belly flutters, little electric sparks zapping me as I read. I Loved this story! I can’t recommend it enough.

HOT!!! Oh my! All the feels with this one. Absolutely loved it. The plot. The romance. The characters. Everything. Would highly recommend it and would read it again. A keeper!
*Thank you to NetGalley for my copy. These are my own thoughts and opinions and I received no compensation, nor did I have to leave a positive review. It was entirely my choice and these are my honest opinions. This author writes clean romance that is suitable for all ages.

Sariah delivers, as always! I will admit that it was hard for me to get into the book at first. It took well over 100 pages for me to get past the main character's angst enough to get drawn in, but once I passed her unlikable period it was worth it. I really liked seeing both characters grow in a very tough situation. Plus they're just cute together. I found myself grinning at them a lot.

If you’ve never read this #Lovestruck series, drop everything and pick up the first book today! I’m serious, these books are that good. I find myself laughing often, sighing in contentment, and toes curling with the fantastic clean romance.

This is the third book in the series, although they don’t have to be read in order and each can easily stand on its own.

I liked the different take the author spun on this story. Our hero, Evan “Awesome” Dawson, a famous, kind, and rich NFL star, and heroine, Ashton Bailey, a down-to-earth, spunky, wanna-be football announcer, were such a great match for each other.
There is a lot of history between them from the start, but watching them fall for each other was my favorite.

Some parts were a bit predictable, but it worked for this story. Evan was a perfect swoon-worthy hero, and even had me liking football by the end.

Another great book by the talented Sariah Wilson- I cant wait to see what she writes next!!

4.5 Stars

I'm going to be completely honest... this book was hard for me to get into at first. I was not connecting with Ashton. I thought she was selfish and would do anything to get her ahead in her career, not caring who she hurt in the process.

But then we find out what happened to her in high school and it started making sense. But I still wasn't connecting with her. It wasn't until she started questioning what she was doing that I actually started warming up to her. I guess I didn't like that she was so bent on bringing Evan down! Haha.

But I ended up really enjoying this book. Evan was such an amazing hero! I think he made the entire book for me! I loved the banter back and forth between the two of them. And those kisses! Those babies were sizzling! My only complaint was that the book just ended! I hate it when that happens! Haha.

#Awestruck was a fun addition to this series! This is definitely one of my favorite series! I'm looking forward to reading more by Sariah Wilson! :)

I love finding new authors and if Awestruck is anything to go by I will love other books by Sariah Wilson. Book 3 in the Lovestruck series but it can certainly be read and enjoyed as a stand-alone.
Ashton and Evan have a history, he broke her heart in high school what she didn’t expect was to get an opportunity to get her own back on him but will feelings once again come into play for this adorable couple....
Revenge to forgiveness then onto love with plenty of misunderstandings along the way, Ashton and Evan certainly have some obstacles to get around on their journey of true love. I loved this couple and I loved the plot and I certainly will be looking at other books by this author.

I've been so anxious to read this book but I've been holding off, waiting to get closer to release day. It's been so hard to wait, especially when my book friends have been reading it and loving it. Well, I just couldn't wait any longer. This book doesn't release until Jan 8th but that's only a few days away, right?

I have yet to meet a Sariah Wilson book I didn't like. Her books are easy to fall into, with clear characters full personality and humanity. They make mistakes, they learn and they love. I love the banter and the zingy attraction that always fills the pages and translates directly to my tummy butterflies and my heart.

Ashton is out to get Evan. Poor guy doesn't even see her coming! But thankfully Evan is one strong and determined man. He breaks through Ashton's defenses like a boss. I loved every interaction between Ashton and Evan.

This was a book I didn't want to put down. It was fun and provided the perfect romantic escape. I loved it!

Awestruck is the first book that I have read by this author and I must say that I was so impressed that I've already grabbed the first two books in the series and can't wait to dive in.

In all honesty, the plot seemed a tad bit corny but it was certainly unique and the author made it work amazingly well. The story drew me in from the start and I finished it very quickly. I adored Ashton and Evan and even wanted to yell at Ashton. "Just tell him already!"

All in all, I adored this story and look forward to reading the first two books in the series.

I've loved this series! It is a very sweet, clean and fun romance. It is a little surprising that I think I liked this one better than the second book. I wasn't expecting that because I am not in any way any type of sports fan. So when I read the main love interest was an NFL player I was a little discouraged. I'm glad I stuck with it though because it turned out SO well! Having the male character be the celibate one for a change made it even more interesting. I would have loved a couple of chapters from his point of view. I'm not sure if the author will continue with this series or if she plans to move on but I'll read whatever she writes!

I received this book for free from Montlake Romance and Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. Thank you!

I've so enjoyed this series! Truth be told, I've enjoyed all of Sariah's books. Loved Ashton and Even, loved their chemistry, their background, the whole story. Wilson's characters are always what really captures my attention. Her attention to detail in fleshing out her characters is fantastic and one of the reasons I keep coming back for more. And I will be back for her next book, whatever that may be. Thanks for the preview.
