This was actully really good, well written. At first I was little unsure about the whole virgin thing since most of the romance I read don't have virgins. I will definitely be checking out more of her work.

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the advance read

#Awstruck is an entertaining sports romance in Sariah Wilson’s #Lovestruck series and it can be read as a standalone. While the story is somewhat predictable I enjoyed this witty, humorous, romantic book. Ashton is a dedicated and humorously sarcastic heroine. I loved her as a character. She is pursuing a career that is dominated by men and seizes an opportunity that will help her get ahead all while enacting revenge on the star quarterback and her former tormentor, Evan. Evan aka “Awesome Dawson” is quite the gentleman in that he is kind, loving, romantic, sexy, and supportive of Ashton. Evan was portrayed as the perfect gentleman and at times he almost seemed too perfect to me. Nonetheless, I loved his character and he would be the ideal book boyfriend. The question is, is Evan truly what he seems? The two of them together make a great couple - they compliment each other in every way and you cannot help but want them to get their HEA.

Two things that I would have liked to have seen in the book are 1. an epilogue and 2. a few chapters from Evan’s POV as I would have enjoyed getting a glimpse of his thoughts and emotions. #Awestruck moves at a good pace with no parts that lag. I loved the secondary characters - especially Ashton’s sisters and Nia. This book has a HEA with no cliffhanger. I received this book as an ARC and I voluntarily leave this review.

I didn't have very high expectations for #Awestruck because I'm not a huge sports fan and I don't usually like how sports play into romances, but I enjoy reading Sariah Wilson's stories. #Awestruck had a really nice balance between the romance and sports. Most of the sports scenes involved Ashton's family, which were really heartwarming and well done. I really liked Ashton's sisters and her parents were so cute (especially the dad with his dad jokes). I also loved little Charlotte calling Evan "Uncle Satan".

I enjoyed how Ashton and Evan had history and we got to see them evolve from trying to mend their past and move on to something more. I especially loved how they each had characteristics that weren't stereotypically common for their gender. Ashton aspiring to be a sports announcer, which even I know is extremely uncommon for females, and Evan dedicatedly holding onto his virginity was quite different from typical romance novel characters. It was really refreshing to read about the characters breaking gender norms and how they each tried to deal with it.

#Awestruck was funny, sweet, and so charming. Such a delightful read.

LOVE THIS BOOK!!

I'm a fan of Sariah Wilson's books. This book actually made me cry, just like her first book Royal Date.

What starts out as revenge for something that happened in High School, turns to forgiveness, turns to love. Then the misunderstandings and then the distrust. Sariah Wilson spins a story and weaves her characters with intellect and drama. I love how she stands for no sex before marriage. The intense feelings you have for someone and wanting to wait for the perfect partner. I could not put this book down. A Must READ!

Great read! Ashton is out to get her own back after Evan broke her heart in high school. But as they spend more time together she starts to fall for him again. I liked her crazy family too!

Another rich, satisfying sweet romance from Sariah Wilson. Definitely recommend reading this. Hope to be able to read more about the Portland Lumberjacks in the future. Really looking forward to reading about Rory. So fingers crossed Sariah writes her story. This is part of a series but can be read as a standalone romance. Don't deny yourself the pleasure of reading them all though.

This is my third Sariah Wilson book. Her books just keep getting better and better. She has a real knack for sucking you in and putting you through the ringer until she lets you go at the end. She reminds me a little bit of a lighter version of Colleen Hoover.

Ashton and Evan have a history. His actions in high school broke her heart and left her with deep emotional scars. Evan is a professional QB who is at the top of his game. Ashton is trying to further her career in sports journalism by finding dirt on Evan. Her mission brings them back in touch and she starts to realize that everything is not what it seems and maybe it is time for her to forgive and forget.

I read this book in one sitting. I kept trying to put it down to go to bed but I ended up staying up until 1am to finish it.

I love Sariah Wilson books because she 100% understands that I love LOVE and everything about it! This book was third in the series and I just darn loved it. I feel the author has really grown in her writing. I do think the last chapter happened too fast based on the pace of the rest of the book and was sad to find no epilogue. Seriously though, those are my only two negatives. I was given this book to review and I recommend it. The dad puns made me laugh out loud, the laundry room scene was funny, the niece is hilariously adorable, and the whole podium scene just melted my heart - total swoon!

I am going to sound like a total fangirl here and I don't care. I love this series and this author actually. Her books are like lovely desserts without the calories. I read them in one sitting.

This book is no different, with a swoonworthy hero and a feisty heroine.

Highly recommended, perfect read to make a grey day better.

This is Ashton and Evan book, Ashton has big dreams of becoming a sports announcer and Evan is the Hotshot quarterback! They knew each other in school Evan was a little older because Ashton had skipped a few grades. Even really did Ashton dirty in school where she even had to go to a different school!! It was really bad! But they're working through their problems and Evan does feel really bad for what he did! Ok my problems with the book is first it's just her pov mainly! Second it's way to young adult he's a virgin which ok whatever I really don't like guy virgins he's the Hotshot really hot quarterback with woman all over him but he's a virgin?! Just not my type of book! I'm sure there's some ppl that will like that type of story and if you do this books for you! But not for me! Lol thank you Netgalley and the publishers for sharing this book with me!

OMG, I LOVED this book!!!! This is a wonderful romance between two people that have a great deal of history together....the bad kind of history driven by teenage bullies and angst. When circumstances bring them together again, their relationship develops over a tapestry of lies.

I loved the characters and was totally in love with their story. I felt invested in their lives and found myself wanting them to get their HEA ending. This book made me vacillate between smiling and being sad, but most importantly, feeling for the characters.

This novel is a must read for fans of the genre. The author is on my must read authors' list.
