Wow! I don’t know what I loved the most about this book! It kept me interested from the very first word! Avery was my girl! She was smart, beautiful and the mouth of her ! Loved her. Declan hmmmm wow! All the characters leapt from the page into real people. Katia, Matt, Jamie, Shaun, Sasha they all came to life . It’s hard to believe this is the authors very first book! I will def add Tricia to my list of fabulous authors! I loook forward to more from her!!!!!!!!

Omg great book! But I did have to take a star off because Declan doesn't talk that much?! I thought it was single pov but then Declan did get a few chapters, like two?? So I wish we had his side a little more!! But this story was soooooo good that, that made up for a lot!!! This is Declan and Avery story, Declan is a lead singer of a local band that could actually make it big it they don't want that! Avery is on vacation in New Orleans!! That's where her and Declan meet! My bestie and I are from Florida and took a trip to New Orleans earlier this year! We managed to go to a book signing while there! Anyway there was so much in this book that we saw in New Orleans that really made the story for me! I loved the graveyard scene!! We went there too!! Lol so if you want to get away to New Orleans in your head definitely read this one!! I loved it! It brought back lots of great memories! This book was funny, had some heartbreak , some heartache, some drama, and was really really 🔥🔥🔥!!! Definitely don't miss out on this one! Thank you Netgalley and penguin random house for sharing this book with me! I truly hope this is going to be a series!!

I had trouble with the book; I liked it overall b ut have to say I had a hard time liking either of the main characters. They're both idiots at times (sometimes for good reasons) and both are extremely stubborn. Sometimes so much so I just want to yell at them both. In all honesty, I can't say that they're good for each other but they do care alot about the other.

My favorite part of the book had little to do with the main couple as a couple. ***Minor spoiler: It was when Avery told a room full of men at her former job to go fuck themselves. It was just so satisfying. Got to love a strong woman."
