Great!

Aiden and Skye have an emotionally charged second chance love story and Maya is awesome!

I voluntarily read an advanced copy.

I was in the mood for some lovely clichés and a good amount of romance - and Entangled delivered just that.

The story
Aiden Sinclair was a commercial fisherman before he suddenly came into his billionaire inheritance—not that he’s complaining. Being a Sinclair does have its perks. But things were simpler before the money. He may have been dirt poor, but he loved his job and fully intended to always come back from the sea to his girlfriend, Skye Weston, so they could move toward something more permanent. Or at least that had been the plan . . . until he returned from a two-month fishing trip to discover that she had moved away and was marrying somebody else. It tore his world apart.

Now Skye’s back in town after nearly a decade. She’s a single mother and just as beautiful as ever. However, for some odd reason, she appears to hate him, when it should be Aiden who wants nothing to do with the woman who dumped him. Unfortunately, more than nine years of separation has done nothing to put a damper on their white-hot chemistry when they’re together. But even if those feelings are real, Skye has been keeping secrets. The truth of the past is about to come to light, and there is so much more at stake than just Aiden’s heart.

The opinion
First of all, this book was described as steamy - it is. If explicit, smutty scenes aren't your thing? This book probably isn't the thing for you. However - it's more than just smut. Which is important to me. There's an actual story to support the lovemaking, and it's honestly not at all what I was expecting when I read the description.

If you're used to reading romance, the "truth about the past" is quite an obvious one. After all, boy likes girl, boy leaves, girl disappears and has a secret, even 9 years later? It's a classic trope, and, while it's executed well, there's nothing too new there.

However. However - the real plot twist? The rest of the secrets Skye's past has to reveal? Those I did not expect. Let me just keep it to this - it's very clear from the beginning that Skye's mother is involved in something that could, if you were feeling nice, be called a religious cult. And it's a thing. The influence it's had on Skye's life is both huge and negative, but to see Skye and Aiden work through those problems - either with, or without their clothes on, and occasionally becoming entangled in one another? That was kind of my favourite part of this book.

Of course, there's more do. Hints and touches are given away about exactly how Aiden and his family went from poor to rich, and it's really made me want to read more on that. Luckily, as one would have it? There's an entire series already published, dedicated to nothing but the "rich Sinclairs". I'm quite curious to see how exactly they are, away from their one-sentence-appearances in Entangled.

The rating: 2.5/5
If you're in the mood for a fluffy, smutty read that features fun characters, realistic character development and of course: people with too much money and just the right amount of sense? Then this is definitely the book for you!

I received an ARC from the publisher and I am voluntarily providing this review.

Such a great story of love shared between Skye and Aiden Sinclair. I knew there had to be more to Skye's disappearance and anger that kept her from Aiden and finding out Seth had a hand in all the drama was enough to make me spit bullets. Aiden finding out he had a daughter was so touching but demanding they immediately move in with him was over the top Alpha Macho that I would not have taken as graciously as Skye. Though his intentions were good, he first came across as a bully.

I quickly came to Aiden's defense when I figured out how much he loved Skye even when Maya's paternity was questioned. The love the Sinclairs showed Maya brought me to tears. I cannot wait until Seth take the fall into the love pool. I hope there is a bit of payback for him.

3.5 Stars

I am beyond elated and excited that J.S. Scott is continuing onward with the Sinclair's... I loved the east coast Sinclair families, now I am liking the west coast bunch as well. Keep them coming.

I love a good second chance romance as much as the next, but this one didn't bring enough oomph to the table, if you get my drift. I felt that something was lacking in a sense. Aiden was beyond swoon-worthy to get his childhood crush/lover, Skye Weston, back into his grasp, but he had to fight the shadowed ghosts that came along with her. Skye was a heroine that I felt you could relate to, coming from her predicaments, but the rebuilding of their chemistry was a bit off. His demands vs her falling backwards to his every whim... I felt like there was no push/pull magnitude.

Anywhoo... I will always keep reading J.S. Scott's work as her writing is always impeccable, always downright engrossing. Entangled just fell a little short, that's all, and that's okay.

Ah <3 Entangled! I think this book reignited my love of reading, I just felt this connection and I was so glad to have the opportunity to read it.

Entangled is the second book in The Accidental Billionaire series. I didn't read the first one, but I don't feel you have to read the first book to enjoy the second book.   My curiosity was piqued, while reading Entangled, to find out the details of Jade and Eli’s story, so I plan to go back and read the first book in this series.  I always enjoy second chance love stories, and this one was excellent. Entangled is told in the dual point of view style, going between the two main characters Aiden Sinclair and Skye Weston.  This book was well written, and I did like Ms. Scott’s writing style. Also, she develops her characters in such detail, I felt like I knew them and they are people whom I would want to befriend.

Skye and Aiden started their love affair when Skye was only eighteen and Aiden was twenty-six. Both Skye and Aiden grew up poor.  Aiden and his older brothers have been supporting their younger siblings since their mother died and their father abandoned them. Skye grew up with a crazy religious mom that let a cult dictate how she lived her life.

Skye and Aiden’s relationship was very intense from the beginning, and their attraction was off the charts. An unforeseen complication forces Skye to leave town, and the two are separated for almost ten years. She comes back to Citrus Beach a changed woman, not the innocent girl she once was. The things she had to live through were unbelievably horrific. Although she has lived in fear for the past ten years, this fear has made her stronger but also closed off emotionally. Her mother has died and left Skye the cafe where she worked all her life, so she comes back to Citrus Beach to try to make the cafe a success.  Aiden is also not the poor fisherman that Skye left all those years ago, he is now a billionaire, a very gorgeous, alpha billionaire, who is still broken-hearted and pissed off that Skye dumped him for a wealthy mobster.

Reading Skye and Aiden’s story was a joy.  These two have never stopped loving each other, but will Skye’s past and her secrets prevent them from realizing that they still love each other and that they belong together.  Sorry, that's all I willing to reveal.  Entangled is a beautiful story of second chance love and I wholeheartedly recommend reading this book.

Entangled (The Accidental Billionaires Book 2)
By: J.S. Scott

📚💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💕📚

Can two past loves find second chances?

Aiden and Sky once happy need closure or many just a second chance at love. Both have had major life changes multiple times that have broken each person in ways that second chances might be the only peace they have for true happiness.

Or at least that had been the plan…until he returned from a two-month fishing trip to discover she had moved away and was marrying somebody else. It tore his world apart.
Now Skye’s back in town after nearly a decade. She’s a single mother and just as beautiful as ever. However, for some odd reason, she appears to hate him, when it should be Aiden who wants nothing to do with the woman who dumped him. Unfortunately, more than nine years of separation have done nothing to put a damper on their white-hot chemistry. But even if those feelings are real, Skye has been keeping secrets. The truth of the past is about to come to light, and there is so much more at stake than just Aiden’s heart.

This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

Thanks Netgally for letting me read and review.📚💕

4 1/2 stars! I love this series and the Sinclair family. J.S. has given us a whole new bunch of Sinclairs to fall in love with! I really enjoyed this second chance romance so much! It is such a wonderful story. Aiden & Skye had some serious communication issues that unfortunately kept them from being together or even speaking for that matter for so many years. So much happened to cause the perfect storm that crushed their young love and led to years of being apart. Skye recently got out of a scary situation that very well could have broken her, but she rose up and fought until she could make a better life for herself. Aiden came into an inheritance that basically took him from rags to riches but there was always something missing. And that was Skye. It's a beautiful thing when hearts that have always been entangled, find their way back to each other and claim the HEA they so rightfully deserve.

Entangled by J.S. Scott was beautifully written second chance story with great twist, that made the story even more intense. I am sucker for second chances, to see how the love thrives after years spent apart.

Skye and Aiden´s path divided but they never have forgotten their feelings.
When they were young, they fell in love but because of many unknown and difficult circumstances they were separated.
When they meet 9 year later Skye is still angry that Aiden hadn´t fought enough for her then. Also he has never understood the reason she married another man.
When the truth finally appears, both of them need to know and trust each other again. Although due to Skye´s past it seems quite difficult. Yet if anything, their feelings get stronger day by day.
The most beautiful addition to the story was their daughter Maya.

And between the sheets... full of emotions, the chemistry cracking with sparkles, their bodies exploding with pleasure.

I haven´t read anything by J.S. Scott for a longer time and have to say I totally forgot about her amazing writing skills.
This certainly wasn´t the last book I´ve read by her :)

J.S. Scott’s second book in the Accidental Billionaire’s series and I highly recommend it. Skye and Aiden are second chance lovers and there is so much more to their story. I absolutely love their story because Skye is a hard worker and so is Aiden. Aiden is one of the brothers who had always helped provide and worked hard on fisherman boats to provide income for his siblings after his parents deaths. Aiden has a big heart and is super protective. Skye had little family and was Jades best friend growing up. She developed a relationship with Aiden that turned into a romance but he had to go back to work on the boats, she told him that she loved him. He left for three months for his job. Skyes mom was involved in a crazy church and wanted her in the cult like church more no matter the costs. A lot happens while Aiden is away and they don’t speak for several years. Will they be able to have a second chance at love? What is the mystery swhirling around these two? It’s a wonderful love story with so many ups and downs. It’s a must read series.

What can I say? This was a 5 star read for me. This author writes a lot of Billionaire romances. And from what I can tell quite a few of them are interconnected in some way. The Billionaires in this series are "accidental billionaires." These Sinclair siblings grew up poor and struggled in many ways. I did not actually read book one prior to reading this one. Entangled is a standalone. That said, while you can definitely follow along, I did have some questions regarding the details of how this group of Sinclairs became billionaires. I will definitely be back-reading to get my answers.

So, this is a second chance romance with a lot of emotional baggage. Aiden and Skye were a couple for a very brief time when she was eighteen and he was 5/6 years older. Aiden left on an eight week fishing trip, looking forward to his return when he could work on his future with Skye. Unfortunately, Skye was gone when he returned and Aiden was heartbroken. Here is where I tell you that you will have to read this on your own. I can tell you there are misunderstandings, a lot of rampant emotions and a sweet happily-ever-after.

I truly enjoyed reading this book. It was well written and flowed nicely. I definitely will read more from this author!

This is my honest and unbiased review. Thank you for taking the time to read it. :)

Entangled is the second book in the , "Accidental Billionaires" series, and it was so good I could not put it down. The story of Aiden Sinclair and Skye Weston. Aiden and Skye knew each growing up. They were close but both knew that their responsibilities in their lives would not let them have the lives they wanted. Aiden had to go away on a fishing trip to help take care of his siblings but promised he would come back for Skye. When Aiden returns he finds Skye's is gone and moved on.
Fast forward almost 10 years to Aiden when he runs into Skye and she is back in town with her daughter, Maya. There are so many unanswered questions as to why she left and why is she treating Aiden as if he did her wrong, when he feels he should be mad since she left before he got back from fishing. Skye has secrets that only she knows and that need to be told. Aiden was a victim of his brothers interference and no one knows that. Once things start to unravel, truths start to be told , things become a lot clearer. Aiden and Skye start to build or rebuild a relationship to see if they have anything left. Can new beginnings start? Or is the damage done, feelings hurts, lies, told?
I did not want this story to end and look forward to hearing about more of their story in the next books in this series. J.S. Scott did not disappoint with this series and it will keep you wanting more.

I love JS Scott’s Sinclair series and now this spin off series. I was so happy to finally read about Aiden and Skye’s story which has been mentioned in other stories.

Part second chance romance, part family story. I loved how the character’ pasts unfold with their romance. I was worried that all the withheld information in the beginning might slow down the plot or make the characters unbearable... but it unfolded at a great pace and only deepened the plot.

Such a fun read! Can’t wait for the next one.

Skye and Aiden come together in this story of past betrayal and long lost love. It is a very emotional tale of acceptance and forgiveness, but I sometimes felt the feelings weren't fully developed. Aiden moves forward so quickly despite his anger at Skye for keeping his daughter a secret. Aiden gets very angry a few times, says horribly hurtful things, and Skye excuses his behavior each time because she understood why he was mad. I liked the premise of the story, but I didn't always like how the characters played their parts.

It took a little for me to get into this story but it was well worth the time. These characters are very real to life and suffer the emotional ups and downs that young romance brings. Faced with an unexpected pregnancy and a boyfriend who took off, Skye was faced with a decision that had long term consequences. Marrying someone who would care for them both seemed like the best choice. Ten years later, she’s done with that marriage, returning to her home town knowing that she’ll have to face that man at some point.

Aidan became a billionaire quite unexpectedly but it doesn’t make his life perfect. He doesn’t bow to anyone and least of all the woman who ran off on him. He’s not willing to forgive her anything until he finds out some news that changes things.

Second chances don’t always work out nor do they happen easily. But once they happen, it can be so good.

The Sinclair’s are at it again! In the next chapter of the Accidental Billionaires saga, we focus on Aiden Sinclair and his former teenage love, Skye. After disappearing nearly a decade ago, Skye comes back to town, as a single mother to a wonderful little girl. Tension between Aiden and Skye is so thick, but when they finally share some of the demons haunting their pasts, they realize that they need each other more than they knew.

The relationship between Aiden and Skye is rekindled, and now that Skye has Maya, how will Aiden handle having a little girl in his life? The emotions were raw and complex, but as usual, J.S. Scott was able to weave a great love story into this second chance romance.

Aiden Sinclair may be a billionaire but for me in this story Skye is the rockstar. To overcome the odds, take on the challenges that she did and raise her little girl, for me Skye's character is going to be a favorite. I know if you haven't read the book that probably makes no sense because I don't want to give anything away and ruin the story for anyone, but when you read this story you will get it. Entangled is a heartwarming and emotional read that pulled at the heartstrings a little and left me loving this story. I can't wait to read Seth's book now.
